I am writing up Loki's relationship sheet now, because he is going to know practically everyone, unlike that uptight goodie-two-shoes Suriel. :P

This is proving to be quite entertaining. Give me a shout out if you want something special included in your character's relationship with the Kingpin. :D

God damn, did this feel good! Jareth was thoroughly enjoying himself on that stage. You know that stupid happy grin people get on their face when they are doing something they love? Yeah, Jar was wearing that grin. Sweat threatened to smudge his eyeliner as he danced around and sang his little punk-rock heart out. The audience seemed pleased, so Jar was also pleased when he finally made his exit for the next brave soul to take their place on the stage.

The crowd excitedly swallowed him back onto the dancefloor. A few people nudged his shoulder or gave him a thumbs up to show that they liked it. A couple told him they wanted to hear him do another one. Jareth bashfully blushed and thanked each and every one of them. For all his charisma and confidence while performing, he was rather shy when not in his stage persona. He still loved the compliments though, I mean, who doesn’t?

Jar danced for a couple of more songs, and some girls managed to squeeze their way through the crowd to be able to dance with him. Pretty girls, and decent dancers too. Hell yeah, living like a rock star was dope. He should do this for the rest of his life… oh wait, that’s the goal, isn’t it?

His body was buzzing with energy now, and it was about time he got his mind buzzing too. Jar made his wake back to the blonde bartender and ordered a second Jack and Coke, his drink of choice when at any bar. The woman raised her brows at him as she handed him the drink.

“That was pretty damn impressive… had me swoonin’.” She remarked and then flicked her eyes to the stage where a woman was giving her drunken rendition of Spice Girls. ”Sure as hell are better on the ears than that. Yeesh.” she said before grabbing a rag to wipe down the counter. Jareth chuckled at her remark and then sipped the fresh drink.

“Ahh, she’s enjoying herself up there. Everyone deserves their moment, especially when their friends are inevitably recording that moment on their iPhones to use as blackmail.” They both laughed at that one. Jar stayed by the bar and drank his beverage a little faster than he probably should have. He was eager to get back out on the floor and find the Belle of this ball, plus, a new song was starting that had a dark, danceable beat.

“Now there is a set of pipes. I think you’ve got some competition.” The tender remarked, but Jar was already turning to face the stage. He squinted to get a better look.

No. Fucking. Way.

That was the girl! From the pool! No man in his right mind could forget the way that bikini-clad wonder had sashayed her hips out of the water. So, apparently he hadn’t dreamed that whole situation up. AND she could sing. He had to have her, plain and simple. That was the Belle of the ball that he was looking for.

“I’ll take another one.” Jar said over his shoulder to goldilocks, obviously still enraptured by the tattooed beauty. “And whatever potion you have that can make that girl fall in love with me.” The bartender whipped up the two drinks and closed out his tab.

“I don’t know about love… but it might get ya laid.” Her crassness didn’t really surprise him, but he still blushed through the laugh. Jar said thanks and left a good tip on the counter for her, she more than deserved it.

Jareth made his way closer to the stage with both drinks in hand. He was nervous as all hell, but excited too. When he was near enough that he managed to catch her gaze and hold it for a moment, he raised the cocktail meant for her and nodded his head in a direction away from the party. Then he weaved his way to the edge of the dance floor and out onto the outer deck of the ship. The message was clear: "come with me?"

There was always the possibility that she wouldn’t follow him. That would suck. But, if this was indeed the same girl from the Solarium pool, then he doubted that would be the case. He hoped it wouldn’t be. Thankfully, there weren’t really any people out here, his anxiety wouldn’t be able to handle that. Good thing he remembered his pills this morning, too.

Same! I don't want kids, but I'd make a damn cool Grandma! I mean, I already have cats, bake fantastic cookies, crochet, know how to use a sewing machine _{shit I am a grandma, and I love it.}

I know I'm not actually old, but this site makes you feel like it sometimes. People complaining in their statuses about tests and papers when you wanna complaining about car loans, student loans, taxes, health insurance... XD

Well, I was four when the first one came out, so my parents didn't take me to see it. But I'd watched it on VHS and saw the second on in theatres the year after. XD
