Despite the fear she felt at the revelation regarding her dream, Sylvia did feel somewhat relieved when she found that everyone at Ricks' Inn were enjoying themselves after a hard day's work. She could see that Dirk was still working hard, serving food and drinks to everyone. It calmed her down somewhat.

When she noticed that Pylia had tugged on her dress and suggested going to the beach instead to talk, Sylvia nodded and answered her, "OK. We'll go to the beach," There was no sense in making anyone talk where they don't feel comfortable. So, Sylvia turned around and lead the way out of the inn so that they can go and talk at the beach.
In the silence, Sylvia felt as though the world was crashing down all around her, like a tsunami. She felt like she couldn't breathe. There was a dragon out there...flying over the ocean with monsters in tow...and she had no idea where it was going...!

She could only stare at Pylia as they stood in silence, like a deer in headlights. She snapped out of the stupor when Pylia tugged at her dress, and spoke. Sylvia nodded fervently, and answered "Ri-Right! Let's get outta here," She then stashed the doll in her backpack with her belongings, and started to head back to Cassari. She had a feeling she might need that doll again in the future...

Just hearing the words made Sylvia pale and her eyes widen. Just the slightest strained gasp could be heard from Sylvia. Her grip on the doll loosened, but not quite enough to drop the doll. Her vision was blurred with shock and...fear. She answered Pylia, her voice shaking "Y-Yeah...It-It did..."

She then looked to Pylia, unable to hide the fear she felt. She told Pylia, "It...It said it...wasn't a dream..."
Sylvia nodded in agreement with Pylia. Part of trying out the doll was not only to see if it worked, but also to see if there was a catch. She smiled to Pylia at the mention of her being there to help out and she answered "Thank you, Pylia," She then looked to the doll and thought more on her question.

As much as she wanted to learn more about how she got her and how she can return home, the black dragon nagged at her mind. The way that Pylia had spoken about it earlier bothered Sylvia. Asking the black dragon might be a wise decision.

She then told Pylia, "OK. I think I've got a question ready,"

She cleared her throat, raised up the doll to eye level and she spoke to the doll, "O' Magic Doll...What is the current condition and location of the black dragon?" She wasn't sure as to what to expect, but she was hoping to hear that it is sealed away and not getting out anytime soon.
Sylvia answered "It said that once a day I can ask it a question about what was, is, or will be, and it'll tell me the truth. That nothing was hidden from it,"

She was silent for a moment. This really did seem helpful! She almost couldn't believe her luck! But...why was this here to begin with?

After that moment passed, she looked to Pylia and she commented "I kinda want to give it a try. Today's almost over anyways, maybe we'll learn something important," Maybe she'll learn more about her situation?
Sylvia certainly hadn't expected the doll to glow, nor to hear the voice. Was...was that doll speaking to her? Soon the glow faded, and Sylvia was left in slight shock. She looked to Pylia and answered, "Y-Yeah. And I don't think this is an ordinary doll. Pylia, have you heard of talking dolls before?"

She kinda wanted to test the doll's words and ask the doll a question, but...what if there was some unknown consequence to asking the doll questions. It could be helpful to her journey!
Sylvia sighed at their lack of luck. However, before she could suggest going back, she caught sight of something in the rocks. She asked out loud, "Hold on...What's that?" She headed over to the rocks and looked at the figurine out of curiosity. If she could, she would carefully maneuver the figure out from between the rocks so as to not break it and inspect the figurine a little more.

Sylvia looks towards the horizon when Pylia pointed it out. Seeing the sunset and hearing Pylia's words reminded Sylvia of the old saying, "Red sky at night, sailors' delight. Red sky at morning, sailors' warning," But was that true here? She answered Pylia, "We'll find out tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be a red sunrise,"

Sylvia thought about her options, and she decided that since it was dangerous at night, and during the day with the goblins wandering about, she wasn't going to leave Pylia alone. She told Pylia, "Let's keep searching for the moonglow for now, but we should head back before the sun actually starts to set,"

It's better to be safe than sorry. She'd figure she'd give the search an hour before they start heading back.
Sylvia headed to the beach with Pylia, glad that they were able to find the herbs at all. After the hour it seemed somewhat hopeless. The fact that Sylvia was clueless about the flora of this word became painfully obvious during their search. And it would become apparent again during the search on the beach. She only wished that she had read the books Yerro gave her beforehand.

When reaching the beach, Sylvia begins her search for the special type of flower. Now the only problem was...what was she looking for exactly? What did this flower look like? She felt lost.
