Sylvia took the apple skewer and slid it through the crack. That oughta do it. Now they can find their way back to this spot, and nothing will be able to come through it. After that, she stood back up and looked to Dragon's Watch. Looks like everyone's starting to prepare for breakfast...which she probably should too...

She looked towards the sound of Buddy's footsteps and she waved to him greeting, "Morning, Buddy!" She then started to head towards him and out of the room, "Think the others are up yet? I'll get started on making breakfast," She led the way out of the hall. She'll tell him, Pylia, and Shortfang about what she found once they've all woken up and assembled for breakfast. For now, she can only trust that the apple skewer will be there again when they return.

While walking out, Sylvia would try to talk with Buddy, noting that she saw him practicing his fighting moves this morning. As soon as they find a fire, Sylvia would start cooking breakfast with what food she still had on her from her travels. She remembered that she had a bag of sugar in the Bag of Holding. So with some of that sugar, she'd thought she'd try and make pancakes.

Sylvia took her time looking around, considering there weren’t any immediate threats like before. She soon found the large hole she and her friends created when they charged into the battle. And the kobolds were going to repair it. Oops....
Pushing that thought aside, Sylvia looked around until she finally found something. Another crack in the wall.

“Hmmm...What do we have here?” Sylvia asked out loud.

She definitely wanted to get Buddy to help knock down the wall and see where this led. However, she doubted the kobolds would appreciate them making another hole in the wall. Plus there was other business to attend to once everyone woke up. She also couldn’t send Dinah through due to the crack’s size. So for now, Sylvia decided to try and find something to use to mark this spot so she could find it again later for investigation.

Sylvia would gently try and to place Dinah on her own shoulders, trying to not wake the familiar up, and let her have a place to keep sleeping if the cat wanted to. After that, she would head out and take a look at the keep. Buddy was clearly busy practicing, and the sun wasn't even up yet. There were only five or six kobolds on watch, so it didn't seem like Shor or any of his team is here yet. So, trying to find them to sell the Wakestone might not be possible right now. She felt for the marker medallion around her neck, just to make sure it was still there for sure.

She then came to realize something. The cultists were here...maybe there were some other clues here that nobody else had found? It couldn't hurt to do a sweep of the area, and the keep where the party rested. Who knows? Maybe she'll find something that she and Shor's group missed the first time around...

Rain smirked mischievously and she answered his question about the kenku, "Oh you know, raven like people who can only communicate either by writing or full on mimicry? Never heard of 'em either, huh?"
When he asked what needed to be done, and what he could do, she answered, "We don't really need any smithing done, but we do need some help getting those tents up. Mind helping with that? There are still a bunch of tents to put up!"

Yuki stares at the shambling mound for the longest time, as though she was trying to figure out an answer to Keiji's question. Soon enough, Yuki's best response to his question was, "It very wriggly!" Clearly Yuki was not an expert like the Wizard is. At least she tried to give an answer that the Wizard had not already given the group, and by extension, to the both of them. But it was still an obvious answer...

The fight raged on in front of Keiji and Yuki. The Barbarian laughed as he was able to cut a significant part of the Shambling Mound down. However, it managed to slam right into a very vulnerable part of his body. After another hit, in the stomach, the Barbarian was knocked down. It seemed like he was defeated, but he managed to get himself back up, and right on time too! The Shambling Mound had moved forwards and was about to ensnare and engulf the Barbarian. The half-orc however, wasn't too pleased with that idea and he roared "HEY! GET OFFA ME!" as he managed to pull away from the tendrils.

The bard shouted to the shambling mound, "Hey you! I've seen thornier rose bushes than you!" The insult seemed to work...somehow, and the shambling mound somewhat recoiled from the insult. The bard then called to his barbarian friend, "Hang in there Ryuji! Show him what you've got!" The barbarian grinned as he could feel his wounds close.

The Wizard remains still, clearly focused on his spell.

Barbarian hits the Shambling Mound with a 20 and deals a whopping 12

Shambling Mound takes 14 damage from the Cloud of Daggers.
It will attack the Barbarian with a Natural 20 and deal a devastating 15 Damage.
It attacks again with 18 and deals 13 damage.

The Barbarian stays standing at 1 HP thanks to his Relentless Endurance and makes a Strength Saving Throw of 17, preventing him from being engulfed by the Shambling Mound.

The Bard casts Vicious Mockery! The Shambling Mound must make a Wisdom Save. 11 is a failure, and the Shambling Mound takes 1 point of psychic damage, and has disadvantage on its next attack.
He will cast Healing Word on the Barbarian and heal him for 7

The Wizard will take a Dodge action and keep his concentration on the Cloud of Daggers going.

Sylvia was surprised at the potency of the mosswine, but she had to admit it was really good. She just wasn’t going to have any more for the sake of not getting wasted. Despite that, she was pretty sure that she isn’t able to walk straight. She was happy to see that the kobolds enjoyed the caramel apples she and her friends made for them. When the kobolds asked how she made them, she told them how she made them step by step. She did note that apples are sensitive to temperature. She hadn’t expected to be a judge for a fashion show, but she certainly didn’t complain. She had to admit that the dresses looked beautiful, and the trog skin dress was the most impressive of the bunch since she had no idea it was a trog skin dress to begin with.

Overall, Sylvia had fun at the party. She almost couldn’t remember the last time she had this much fun. She helped Pylia to her room while listening to her ramble and rave about the Defiance, like she was the weird priest from the military camp. Despite the rambling, it was still hilarious to see Pylia this drunk. She noticed that the kobolds who were part of the fashion show seemed very interested in him, but she didn’t comment on it. When Dinah pranked the belligerent drunks, she laughed and petted Dinah saying “Good one, Dinah,”

When it was time to go to sleep, she did so, with Dinah close by. It didn’t take her long to fall asleep considering the day they had. She kept Buddy company in ghost form. When the next morning comes, she would come to realize that they didn’t sleep at the Silver Stag. They were going to need to get their stuff and return the key if they weren’t going to stay there for another night.

Before that, she would take note of her friends and their bearings as well as her own.

Sylvia looked towards the sound of the horn, before she turned her attention back to Skinwalker, and she nodded before heading to the celebration with her. She stood in the back of the crowd and she looked to Longstrider as she gave her speech. She didn't understand the Draconic, but thankfully she switched to Common when she spotted them. She listened as Longstrider spoke, and she rubbed the back of her head at the mention of how they helped change their story from tragedy, to one with a happier ending. She accepted the cup and looked at the liquid curiously. She looked to Shortfang as he explained what it was.

When Longstrider made the toast, Sylvia quietly said "Cheers" with a raise of her cup as well, before she drank a bit of the mosswine. She wasn't sure if drinking all of it in one go was a good idea. She called to Shortfang after he called to her to hurry, "Coming!"

Sylvia was in awe at the quality of the new outfit she was wearing. It was amazing to say the least. This was probably the ideal outfit for adventuring. Her thought was proven right when she heard the explanation that the clothes were made from fire rat fur, and when she noticed how the clothes were light and breatheable with pockets. She smiled happily as she caught Dinah, and she told Skinwalker, “This is an amazing outfit, Skinwalker! Thank you so much!” She easily caught Dinah in her arms when she jumped to her.
