What did It?
How could I know? Is a thing I denied for so long true now or is it...my fault for what happened?

History
A former engineer that transferred into working at an upstart animatronics company in the late 90s. It was not till 2006 that his skills were leant to entrepreneur Peter Greyson. Originally just for maintenance, but eventually in design, construction. Greyson was a visionary, but sorely lacking in technical expertise. The fact that Jack worked was a miracle in of itself, all the later models actually had things like gears and joint articulation. Perhaps it was that that should have alerted him that thing were...oh so very wrong with that place.
Moves

• I Know My Prey: You get +1 ongoing when knowingly investigating, pursuing or fighting the breed of monster that caused your loss.
• Berserk: No matter how much harm you take, you can always keep going until the current fight is over. During a fight, the Keeper may not use harm moves on you and you cannot die. When the fight ends, all harm takes effect as normal.
• What Does Not Kill Me...: If you have suffered harm in a fight, you gain +1 ongoing until the fight is over.

Gear

• Huge Axe (3-harm hand messy heavy)
• 38 revolver (2-harm close reload loud)
• Brass knuckles (1-harm hand stealthy)

Improvements

• Get +1 Tough, max +3
• Get +1 Cool, max +2
• Get +1 Sharp, max +2
• Get +1 Weird, max +2
• Take another Wronged move
• Take another Wronged move
• Gain a haven, like the Expert has, with two options
• Add one more option to your haven
• Take a move from another playbook
• Take a move from another playbook

Advanced Improvements

• Get +1 to any rating, max +3.
• Change this hunter to a new type.
• Create a second hunter to play as well as this one.
• Mark two of the basic moves as advanced.
• Mark another two of the basic moves as advanced.
• Retire this hunter to safety.
• You track down the specific monster(s) responsible for your loss. The Keeper must make the next mystery about them.
• Change the target of your vengeful rage. Pick a new monster breed: I know my prey now applies to them instead.
• Get back one used Luck point.

Well... with low credibility due to long absence I wonder if this might be the perfect game to get back into things on the Guild. Especially since I know Haruki's track record from keeping an eye way back when. I generally tend to avoid pbta games because the playbooks can be a bit restrictive with how they guide character building... But, I found The Strange quite appealing, with The Divine a good runner-up.

So, If y'all are willing to take a chance on me (if memory serves I've gamed with @rush99999), I'd be willing to lend this game a piece of my time.

Since the both of you have characters established, I was thinking over your characters...

While we wait for @Redking0380's character, would you two be interested in a bit of a prologue over the PMs to cover what lead to your characters going to investigate the amusement park?

Your prologues would be separate from each other so your characters can meet each other at the amusement park in the game proper. ^_^

That's a good roll! Unfortunately, it does not meet the DC. ^^" Voth does not recall who Nibs is or was.

But, he does succeed on the Insight Check with a 17! Considering that the party just helped Clapperclaw, Voth can easily tell that there is no hostile intent coming from the small scarecrow at all. It seems the little guy genuinely wants to help the group.

@Guardian Angel Haruki If I would want to roll some manner of check to see if I know who 'Nibs' is, alongside say an insight into the intentions Clapperclaw has in taking us to him, would I do that in a post or separately here in OOC?

You can either include the roll in the IC post or in an OOC post here. Your choice.

As for checking to see who 'Nibs' is, that would be a History check. However, the History check DC would be high.

Pepper winced as the fire erupted from her wand and the heat almost burned her knuckles. But thankfully, it turned out the auroch wasn't going to trample her. Instead it charged elsewhere! She took the opportunity to get some distance between her and it, possibly interposing a large enough tree between her and it.

She looks at the tree frog-like ribbet guard and the reinforcements she called, wondering why they weren't doing anything. She then looks above to see a winged figure flying above the auroch. The figure seems to be...praying? While Pepper can admit that magic has been performed by acts of faith, she wasn't sure if this figure was such a practitioner himself.

...Then she realized that the people didn't know what she knew! She needed to tell them.

She proceeds to take her wand, and with a simple incantation for a simple spell, she presses the tip of her plain, featureless wooden wand against her own neck. She calls out, her voice booming out loud enough for the guards, the flying figure, the people nearby, and heck, possibly even the people in the trees above to hear her.

"A parasitic plant is controlling that Auroch! Hold it still or cauterize its open wound!"

Pepper knew she was taking a serious risk with this move. But if it would help everyone else, she was taking that risk.

For this post, she is using Prestidigitation to function like D&D's Thaumaturgy.
