At first, Jason found his lack of senses... Unnerving... However, over time, he managed to become somewhat accustomed to this strange new existence.  As he was exploring what he assumed was some sort of cave, he crawled onto what appeared to be a cluster of crystals, though he didn't know WHAT they were, Jason quickly concluded that they were not your average, run-of-the-mill crystals; he couldn't put his finger on it (partially because he no longer HAD fingers), but there was something special about these crystals.  Curious as to the nature of such crystals, Jason stretched around as much crystal as he could and attempted to remove it. Though it took both time, and effort, he managed to break off a fair size chunk before continuing on his way. After travelling for a bit, Jason felt the ground beneath him beginning to grow moist; there was water nearby. During his time as a warlord, Jason quickly learned that logistically, water is above all else, no living creature could survive without it; these would be his hunting grounds.  As the ground became more and more wet, Jason felt some sort of plant beneath him. Interested, he eagerly sucked up a few plants before reaching the water's edge.

In his childhood, Jason had observed how crocodiles hunted; waiting, biding their time in the water, and when another animal came to drink.... SNAP!!! The crocodile would strike! This is how Jason would hunt; he would not need to seek prey, but instead, prey, would come to him.  Slowly slipping into the water, Jason began to map out the pond, making certain there were no other opportunists in his midst.

Even with the current lack of genitalia (which will hopefully change in the future) due to being a SLIME, Jason still happens to be a Male.

Species:
(Immature) Stone-Hardened SLIME MAGE 

Appearance:
"A thin layer began to peel off of Jason's body, until it had formed a thin flap of nothing but the slime's membrane that now waved freely anytime there was a breeze. Then, a section of his "skin" began to swell outwards, towards what would have been the top of his "head," until a sort of brim surrounded his top half. Then the very very top of his gelatinous body became more rigid and also began to swell, coming to a conical point. Jason now looked just a smidge bigger than he had been before...and had the appearance of wearing a wizard's hat and cape made out of his own jelly-skin.

Then, with a sudden rumbling from deep within the slime's gut, a "core" within him lit up the color of raw gold ore. This orb exploded in a bright flash of light, sending golden colored "veins" that almost looked like cracks in glazed pottery throughout Jason's body. From either side of his conical "hat," two actual clusters of something like gray stone erupted as if they had just spontaneously generated there."

Goals:
Jason just wants to kick ass and take names, other than that, he just wants to take over everything, as he is a bit of a control freak.

Past Life:
In his past life, Jason was an African malitia soldier that eventually earned the title of warlord.  Upon earning such a title, Jason began to change, he began to see so many problems, ones only HE could fix, and so he would, he just needed more control.  Every other warlord, they held Jason back, while they still had power, HE could never succeed. Everything had to be under Jason's control, it was for the good of all, only JASON could make the world right, HE HAD, TO MAKE IT RIGHT.  If it wasn't for that damned traitor lieutenant, he would've succeeded. He could've fixed it.  As Jason drew his final breaths, tears fell from his eyes, all his good work was for naught, he just wanted to help everyone, why wouldn't they let him fix it?

Abilities:
PHYS DMG RESIST I
Warcry II
- In your past life you were familiar with the horrors of war and the rallying of your soldiers. In the heat of battle, you can unleash an echoing roar of fury. At this rank, it might hurt someone’s ears, but its real effect is to cause enemies to focus on you for a short amount of time.
- Range of Effect increased. Enemies will focus their attention on you immediately. Very Low Chance to Intimidate enemies.
Stone Shot II
- You have learned to charge a piece of stone with your energy before hurling it at your opponent. This attack does blunt, piercing, and Earth-elemental magic damage. It consumes less MP than most spells, but requires ammunition.

As an Active Spell Skill, you can use any rank of this Spell you possess. You can fire (3) shots max at Rank I, and (2) shots max with MP leftover at Rank II.
Rock Spire II
- A basic Earth-aligned spell. It deals more damage than most level one spells for the same MP cost, but requires that solid earth be within the user’s range of sight or perception. An earthen spike is created beneath the targeted area, object, or creature. Does Piercing and Earth Magic damage.
- MP Cost increased. Number of Spires increased to 3. Each spire does the same amount of damage and has the same range as before.
Tremor Sense II
- You can feel vibrations through the earth within a 30 foot radius or so around you, whether they be footsteps, tunneling creatures, etc. You have already learned through your previous experimentation that you can also produce these vibrations to a very limited degree.
- Range increased. Projection increased--now instead of passively sensing incoming vibrations, you can more strongly emit your own. This skill is weaker when passive, but when actively used you can perform a more detailed type of echolocation through solid, earthy materials.
Soil Manipulation I
- An Earth Elemental Magic Spell. At this Rank, you may move up to 5 pounds of loose soil (sand, dirt, and powdered minerals, but not gravel, pebbles, or anything made of larger fragments) freely within a 10 foot radius around your body. Using this soil to create a shape or exert a larger amount of force consumes more MP, and takes 30 seconds at minimum. At this rank, created shapes cannot consist of more than one part, or be more complex than quadrilateral structures. At this rank, created shapes cannot change the quality of the soil (sharper, harder, etc) nor its color or texture.
Telepathy II
- Channeling Mana through thoughts creates Psychic-type abilities. At Rank I, this skill can only be used when you are in physical contact with another creature. This skill can only send simple thoughts or emotions. This skill is currently only one-way transmission. This skill is an Active Non-Offensive Spell and consumes MP.
- MP consumption slightly increased. More complex thoughts and stronger emotions can be sent. One-way messages can be sent to a creature you have made contact with before as long as they are within 5 feet. When making physical contact with a creature, if they are willing they can send you a single return message.
Material Analysis I
- You may now analyze physical materials to learn their most basic physical characteristic
Magic Analysis I
- You may now analyze magical energies or objects to learn their most basic magical characteristics. Less effective on Materials and Monsters unless they are magical in nature.
Monster Analysis I
- You may now analyze Monsters and other living creatures to learn their most basic characteristics.
Mental Resistance I
- Take less damage from Psychic-type spells or skills, and have a better chance of resisting mind-altering effects such as Confusion or Hypnosis. This counts as an Elemental resistance for the purposes of Magic Resistance.
Charisma I
- Your force of personality is almost magical unto itself. You have a better chance of convincing others during negotiations, unless their Will is sufficiently strong.
Limited Shapeshift I
- By practicing the manipulation of your body, which Slimes are naturally predisposed for, you gained this skill. You cannot alter the total size, texture, or consistency of your body. You also cannot alter your body’s primary qualities--you cannot become “sharp” or “hard,” for example. At this level, complex structures are too difficult. But making yourself into a rolling sphere, a flat puddle, or shaping your pseudopods would all be possibilities, plus more. This skill consumes Stamina, not MP.
Focus I
- By spending at least 30 seconds focusing before using an offensive Skill or Spell, you can increase its damage. At this rank it is comparable to increasing the power by one rank (eg Mana Orb I to Mana Orb II) while also increasing the MP cost by half again (spend 1.5x Mana Orb I's cost).
Mind Wave I
- This spell uses a wave of psionic force to attack an opponent's mind directly. It may Confuse them temporarily. At this rank the spell requires eye-contact, and thus its range is limited by the user's eyesight. Its MP cost is slightly higher than that of most first level spells, but it is very difficult to dodge due to Psionic mana lacking many of the visually distinct characteristics of other spells.
Spell Chant I
- Magic is the unison of Nature, Spirit, and Will. Language is the expression of Will. Using personalized language as an aid in manipulating one's energy is the first step to conceptualization and understanding of what Magic truly is. Using a previously existing Spell Skill as the Base, you may enact one (1) alteration of the spell's typical qualities. You possess the skill Focus, which allows a spell to increase either its power or range in return for increased MP cost of 50% of its initial value and delayed casting time of 30 seconds. Spell Chants will also delay casting time by a default of 10 seconds, as any chant shorter than this will be ineffective. Skill Synergy between this skill and Focus will allow you to alter Power/Range + One (1) other spell quality, which may include Power or Range a second time. The more complex the chant, the greater the alteration, but also the greater the increase to MP cost; by default the spell's cost is increased by a further 50% of its initial value.
Bounce I
- A unique skill to Slimes and certain other monsters. Upon taking an impact, the user’s natural elasticity allows them to compress their body further and bounce back. This will even work if an attack slams the user against a wall or other object. The bounce can be used evasively or to return the attack. However, the damage dealt will only be equal to the original attack. Using this skill without being attacked first renders it largely ineffective.
Faster I
- Your base physical speed is increased! By gaining the skills Harder, Better, and Stronger, Skill Synergy will occur and you will gain one rank of Physical Conditioning.

Spells By Element
Stone Shot II
