Black sea? What was Kai talking about? For a second she thought he was just dodging what she was trying to get at. Pouting, she put her hands on her hips, looking away from him. She was just a little hurt, but the more she processed what he said, the more she thought of her own dream. It wasn't good to hide these things, and the uneasiness wouldn't go away, either. Was it a premonition? The sun like a heart...it sounded familiar to her, but it wasn't exactly something she was sure of, either.

"I didn't see anything," She admitted, dropping her hands. "A black sea...It isn't water, though, it's something dark that wants to swallow everything up. You can run all you want, but it will envelop everything. Every bit of light just...gone..."
Kai's expression as he thought about his dream alarmed Aira for a moment. He looked so lost, and for a moment he looked a little younger than he was. There was something he was searching for, an uncertain answer to a question he didn't know he had. Aira watched him until he spoke, the hesitation in his voice quite clear. It looked like they were both at a loss. Under the water, huh? She instinctively looked at the sea before them, and then back at Kai. He really seemed troubled by his dream.

Taking in a breath, she grinned, her hands behind her back. "Maybe it was about surfing?" She suggested with a small shrug. "I mean, you did wipe out really badly yesterday! I was almost afraid you weren't going to come back up!"

As she laughed at his expense, she placed her sandals on the ground, hat right next to it. Walking forward, she kept going until the water reached her knees, just below her dress. She looked back at Kai, gesturing towards the water. "I heard a story once that said that if you follow any river, it'll always lead to the sea. So if you ever get lost or lose your way, just follow the water," She told him, hands together. She paused for a moment, and then continued, "So...if we ever get separated...then you know what to do."

The bell for homeroom had already rung, but those who opted out of homeroom were still wandering the halls or just getting to school. It wasnโ€™t uncommon, nor was it technically allowed, but most teachers had little reign over what the many wealthy socialites chose to do with their time, so they usually compromised and just asked that they attend homeroom. Wade wasnโ€™t too serious about his studies, but he figured he didnโ€™t want to be labelled a bad student, so normally he would have already been in homeroom. Today, however, he was dealing with an issue that he had no idea how to handle.

It started back in the parking lot. After he had parked, he had noticed a rather large amount of staring. He could feel all sorts of eyes on him, though when he looked he had been expecting guys or whatever--considering his history with bullying, it paid to be cautious. But it was mostly girls--a few guys, yeah, but mostly females. And just the way they stared made him so uncomfortable. Some of them giggled, others sighed, there were curious ones, and it just...the entire ordeal was so bizzare he felt like hiding.

So he did. Wade had decided to hide out in the boysโ€™ bathroom until he could calm himself down, waiting until the least amount of students were in the building. As he exited the bathroom, he was glad to see the lack of students. Letting out a sigh, he passed his hand through his hair, though dropped his hand when he noticed Dante.

Dante was walking like he owned the school--though to be fair thatโ€™s how he always was. Wade always liked how confident he was, always hoping that maybe some of it could rub off on him. The two got along well ever since Dante transferred in years ago, hitting it off when Wade had decided to approach the seemingly untouchable new kid.

Unable to hide a smile, Wade practically skipped over to the eldest Mossos child, matching his pace as he walked alongside him. โ€œMorning!โ€ He greeted Dante cheerfully.

Dante, whoโ€™d been so caught up in his own little bubble of arrogance and superiority complex and the overwhelming urge to smoke, failed to notice Wade coming out of the bathroom. However, it was the sound of the young manโ€™s shoes skipping in the marble floor what finally dragged him back to reality.

D smiled at the sight of his friend. Him and Wade had bonded to something near brotherhood upon meeting in their Freshman year, when the blond had approached him and his cousin when nobody else did. Their love for speed and dare deviling on my united them further, to the point that you didn't see one without the other. Wade was one of the few people who knew Dante very well, and who D appreciated immensely.

โ€œWazzup, Wadey?!โ€ Dante asked the blond male in an equally cheerful manner, extending his arms to embrace his friend in a strong, quick hug. โ€œI was gonna go take a quick smoke before first period, but Iโ€™m supposed to take this to Ella down at the office,โ€ he told him, waving the plastic laundry bag in his hand. โ€œWanna come with?โ€

Wade nodded immediately, though his expression showed some hesitation. โ€œYeah, I wanted to ask you something, anyways,โ€ He said, trying to gather his thoughts. โ€œI mean, is she okay? I saw her almost hit a tree this morning.โ€

โ€œShe WHAT?!โ€ Dante cried out before succumbing to a tear-jerking laughing fit. It took the young man about a minute to calm himself down before addressing Wade again. โ€œOh man. That girl is on a roll today. First she nearly crashes into a tree, then she trips and falls into the pool. That new look of yours must really have her loved-up brain all kinds of fucked up then,โ€ he teased, proudly patting his friendโ€™s back.

At first he had missed what Dante was trying to tell him, earning a frown on his face. It took him a moment, and a slow realization came over him. He felt awkward for just a moment, though considering Danteโ€™s lack of a filter, he decided that he really needed someone to be straight with him. โ€œIs it...that obvious? Itโ€™s uh...Iโ€™ve sort of been noticing that Iโ€™m getting a lot of stares today. Like, a lot. Too much.โ€ He murmured, crossing his arms as the pair made their way down the hallway. โ€œItโ€™s really fucking weird, not even two months ago no one even knew I existed! How am I supposed to handle this?โ€

โ€œThatโ€™s easy, my man: you just gotta own it, you feel me? Bitches love a guy with confidence.โ€

Confidence? โ€œI guessโ€ฆโ€ He mumbled, scratching his head. โ€œItโ€™s sort of unnerving, for now theyโ€™re just looking, but what do I do if they want to talk to me or something?โ€

Dante couldn't help but roll his eyes. Wade could be so oblivious sometimes. โ€œYou talk to them back. What kind of bullshit question is that? They're girls, not aliens.โ€

โ€œEasy for you to say, girls flock to you every dayโ€ฆโ€

The Mossos boy shot him a smug grin. โ€œA fair price to pay for the blessing and the curse of being beautiful,โ€ he replied smoothly, shrugging his shoulders.

Suddenly, an idea so good, so evil, yet so brilliant came to him. He knew he would be an idiot if he passed it up, so Dante quickly put his plan into motion.

โ€œYou know what you need? Practice. And I know just the perfect partner for it...โ€ he declared, handing him the laundry bag with a mischievous smirk. โ€œHow about you take this to Ella at the office while I go take a smoke? I know she won't pass up the chance to have a little chat with you.โ€ he said suggestively, wiggling his eyebrows at Wade.

Furrowing his eyebrows, Wade took the laundry bag from Dante. After a second however, he perked up, nodding. โ€œThatโ€™s a great idea! Itโ€™ll be like talking to my sister! Ellaโ€™s super nice so I have nothing to worry about,โ€ He stated, grateful for Danteโ€™s idea.

Dante grimaced at Wadeโ€™s words, thankful that Ella wasn't around. He knew that she would probably throw herself into that pool on purpose if she ever heard โ€œthe love of her lifeโ€ considered her a sister. โ€œPlease donโ€™t let her hear you say that,โ€ the young man muttered, trying to save his cousin from any pain of heartbreak. โ€œBut yeah, just go down there and own it, you hear me? If you do things right, let's just say her uniform won't be the only wet thing in the roomโ€ฆโ€ he said smugly, then quickly added. โ€œDon't ever let me hear you say that about her, though. I'll bash your face in even if you are my bro. I'll be seeing you, then.โ€

And with those famous last words still lingering in the air, Dante shot Wade a wink and a parting salute before walking off to his favorite smoking spot.

Watching Dante walk away, Wade couldnโ€™t help but scratch his head in confusion. He wondered why he would say that, but ended up dismissing it. Instead he made his way to the office, humming to himself. Ella really was a nice girl, she would be more than happy to help him out. At least, he hoped she would. She was always good to him whenever they interacted last year. She was head cheerleader, gorgeous, charitableโ€ฆ even to someone like him. There was definitely a reason she was so popular with everyone, and Wade was no exception.

An additional spring in his step helped Wade reach the office. Looking around, it didnโ€™t take him very long to spot poor Ella on a chair, shivering from the cold pool water. Even like that, she looked so cute, and he found himself feeling so bad. Instead of standing there and staring however, he figured she would greatly appreciate her clean, dry clothes.

Strolling up to her, Wade grinned and presented her with the laundry bag Dante had given him. โ€œGood morning, Ella! Your delivery has arrived!โ€ He announced cheerfully.

Meanwhile...

Tapping her heel on the floor rapidly, Aurora was doing everything in her power not to cry. In front of her was a tired looking man, glasses perched on his nose as he read the paper in hand. He was Jason Frederick, a man who taught biology in their school, and the current advisor to the Student Council. The little incident that had happened earlier had already reached him in the form of a report in his hands. After a moment, he let out a small sigh, placing the paper down and looking right at her. She winced slightly; she couldnโ€™t stand how disappointed he looked at her. Aurora, Grant, Vivi, and Reia were all going to detention on the first day of school: and that looked horribly on her.

Taking in a breath to calm herself, she tried to mentally prepare herself for a lashing, though all preparations failed as he placed one finger on the report. โ€œMiss Quill, Iโ€™ll admit I was rather hesitant to accept a junior as the Student Council President,โ€ He began slowly. โ€œHowever, your work ethic is phenomenal, your grades are exceptional, and all your teachers did nothing but sing your praises.โ€

Aurora put herself in President Mode, as she so fondly called it, and prepared her defense. โ€œI understand, but I promise you, what happened this morning was an accident and a misunderstanding,โ€ She said. โ€œI was trying to fix the situation, not add to it.โ€

โ€œThereโ€™s no doubt in my mind that you were innocent,โ€ He said, watching her perk up. โ€œBut the fact of the matter remains that it was your fellow council members who caused the issues at hand. What I do doubt is your ability to control them.โ€

The pit in her stomach seemed heavier and heavier, and Aurora ended up looking down at her knees. Honestly, it was something she had been afraid of, too. The morning meeting showed she was basically a mockery among them, with no one taking her seriously. Maybe Mr. Frederick was right.

When she had no response, he said, โ€œI was considering switching your position with Reia...until I found out sheโ€™s in detention, too.โ€

Looking up, Aurora nodded. โ€œI know it looks bad, but I can promise you that I will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation,โ€ She assured him.

โ€œI know. Which is why I hope we have reached an understanding: this canโ€™t happen again,โ€ He warned her. โ€œThis detention should serve as a wakeup call to all of you.โ€

Despite feeling defeated, Aurora agreed, excusing herself. As she left his classroom, she let out a groan, covering her face with her hands. Of course everything would go wrong on the first day! Thatโ€™s what she got for noticing the chimney Grant and Vivi were smoking right away. She shouldnโ€™t have tried to catch them, but she would still have wound up in the same place even if she hadnโ€™t tried to interfere. She needed to have a serious talk with Reia about this, she couldnโ€™t afford to have any further distractions.

Raising her hands to run them through her hair, she opened her eyes, and absentmindedly turned to her left. She couldnโ€™t really think straight, but she knew she needed to get away from where she was. Without really paying attention, she turned the corner at full speed and crashed right into someone. Letting out a quiet gasp, she took a step back, eyes wide.

Oh no.

If it wasnโ€™t the current prince of the Mossos family, Dante โ€œthe King Casanovaโ€ himself she had bumped into. The Notorious Playboy, King of Speed--he had a couple of other titles that she couldnโ€™t quite think of, but seeing him so close was unnerving. Truthfully, he was a very handsome guy, but the problem was that he was very well aware of just how good looking he was. He was the type of guy to look for if you wanted a good time, but was so good at giving you that time that youโ€™d want to chain him down. But of course, Dante didnโ€™t really do relationships, or at least not here in Kingโ€™s Academy. There were some girls who claimed to have been with him romantically at one time, but he easily dismissed them all. Aurora knew that Reia was at least acquainted with him, but she had warned her to stay away from him--he would โ€˜eat her up and spit her back outโ€™. And she definitely believed it.

But at the same time, there was just something about those piercing eyes that she couldnโ€™t quite get out of her head.

โ€œIโ€™m sorry,โ€ She finally threw out an apology, tearing her gaze away from him and clearing her throat. โ€œGood morning, Dante.โ€
Looking towards him, Aira gave Kai a warm smile as he approached her. She listened as he informed her of his morning, catching her curiosity as he mentioned seeing something and missing his stop. Not that that was a big deal here in Twilight Town, as the trains were frequent and usually forgiving for those who missed their stops. At the same time, it didn't surprise her too much; Kai usually was off in his own little world. As the thought crossed her mind, she watched his gaze turn distant, and she suppressed a laugh by biting her lower lip. Luckily, he returned rather quickly, stating that he had had an odd dream. She couldn't help but stare at him for a moment. Was it a coincidence? No, she was overthinking things.

Instead, she let out a small giggle, looking back towards the never ending sea. Should she tell him about her own dream? And the way it made her feel? The unsteadiness gripped her heart once more, though as she looked at Kai again, all those worries seemed to go with the breeze. "It seems to be one of those days. I didn't really sleep well, either," She admitted, fully turning towards him. "Do you remember anything from your dream at all?" She decided to ask him.
Something's happening...

The sea-salt air wasn't as refreshing as it usually was. There was just something off about it, the scent of the sea making her stomach churn. The sun hung high in the sky, illuminating the sea and making it appear as if it was made of crystal with how it shimmered. In truth, it was a beauty that masked a mysterious and unknown future. What was going on beneath the surface? Her only answer was in the waves that continuously crashed onto the sand, its remnants reaching her feet and pooling around her ankles. Her bare toes dug into the sand out in an attempt to relieve her anxiety. Her heart wouldn't stop pounding, her grip on her sandles tightening slightly. The wind made her white dress billow around her, though the feeling in her chest distracted her from everything.

Truthfully, it started with the strangest dream. Well, the same dream happening for several days now. It was something that clung onto her even after she would awaken, and until last night, she couldn't quite remember it. But the night before it had appeared to her so clearly that she had confused it for reality. In the dream, she was in a city she recognized but couldn't quite name. She was running through the alleyways with a sense of urgency. It wasn't that she was afraid, but she knew if she looked back, she would get caught. At the next turn, darkness was all that could be found. Once her steps would stop, the darkness surged after her, and she would take off running again. But the darkness formed underneath her, pulling her within. No matter what she did, she couldn't fight it, and just as she was overwhelmed, there was this bright light...and she would be looking into a mirror. Or at least, she had thought it was a mirror, but now that she thought about it, it was like she was looking at someone just like her.

A gust of wind blew her long hair into the air, and her free hand had to grab her sunhat to keep it from flying away. The breeze finally felt good against the warmth of her skin, and as she opened her eyes, it was as if everything was back to how it was. Yet, there was no fighting the unease in her chest, and she had no idea what to make of this dream, this vision, this nightmare. She closed her eyes, surrendering herself to the breeze and let her thoughts stir beneath the sun.
Same! Now to work on those baddies...

Aw, you're always a ray of sunshine in my RP's so hopefully you don't get too scarce. I have no intention of this RP dying.

Such dedication! Which means he's gonna come after us with a baseball bat if we don't post

I see what you mean, but it's also kind of equally odd on the otherside of the coin. I'd type "he sucked on her titty as they fucked, and then he rubbed the cooch" and I'll laugh that I actually tried to type that seriously, but I'll feel equally unerotic when I switch it to "sucking on a mammary as they engaged coitus, and then he kneaded the vaginaโ„ข."

Let me tell you that both those quotes are leagues better than half the stuff out there, though.
