Go crazy with the Senjutsu! I honestly think it's fine - at the same time, I think Space Time Jutsu and other such usually taboo techniques is perfectly fine, too. It just has to be utilized by someone who's at a level where it makes sense to know them.
If we had a character with a huge chakra pool and the shadow clone technique (Which, I think is teh most powerful jutsu in all of Naruto) they should be able to pick up advanced techniques much easier than everyone else, like Naruto did.

Though, Senjutsu itself isn't just something you figure out, you'd have to get taught from masters and the animals themselves, if I don't remember incorrectly.

I've been RPing since I was 14, going on my 7th year now. And while I've mostly kept in the Superhero genre, I've dabbled in most others. Most notably a year and a half consecutive playing in a Naruto RP that used to be one of the biggest on Guild before the servers crashed in 2013. I've had quite a lot of characters that could fit the setting. But, one from the superhero setting is someone I've played since 2011, while still keeping his core superhero team.

As I happen to not really be a fan of recycling ideas. Improving upon them, sure, but not really recycling them, haha.

Beyond his offensive abilities, he's just as prone to getting shot as anyone else.
His reflexes are limited to his eyesight, not the speed his body can react.

Personality:
Experienced, self-confident, skeptic, intelligent, immature.

Appearance: 187 CM tall, 80 Kg heavy. Short brown hair, 4'clock shadow. He used to be roguishly handsome, the years haven't been to kind to him. He's out of shape, sporting what the kids today calls "A dad body". He dons shirts, jeans or if he's feeling fancy he'll wear an ill-fitting leather jacket he used to wear in his younger days.

BRIEF Bio:
David spent his life chasing fortune, coming from a poor home, he decided he'd be somebody. Starting in petty crimes, he worked his way up to being a career criminal, only one short stint in jail for assault. In his late 20's he became one of the most succesful bankrobbers and performer of heists in American history, getting out of the game at 35 with several million in cash, he retired to a private island where he's spent the last decade.

He's now bored out of his mind, a midlife crisis richer and wants to use his powers to make up for his past mistakes.

Storylines:
His old life catches up, old cases on the bank robber who melted through vaults with his bare hands are reopened when he starts acting out on the streets. The heroes would probably have distrust for him as a result.
His old crew comes back, wanting him to do one more heist, he goes undercover to stop them.

Notes:

Prone to using "modern" slang incorrectly. Like Steve Buschemi and the skateboard. Except with lasers.

It's right there in the Character Sheet. You even already used it for your Custom Technique. You could just look at all the other sheets and see that every technique is fitted to that format there ;)
So, you just need to fit your other techniques to that format. You may still leave the title as a link to the Wiki, to help yourself and others further out with finding out about the techniques.
