Bio

Hello all. I am an experienced writer who is writing my own fiction stories on the side. I can role play any genre. What I love most is being able to go-all-out when weaving tales with other writers. It just makes the story more interesting, so I can't wait to write with you. :)

So let's discuss what is going on in a logical manner. I will refrain from posting to give Saltwater an opportunity to join.

There is a novice trainer with a Machamp. This Machamp is not at a low level. So fighting a Machamp at such a high level would call for an instant faint. His stats are way above the Pokemon currently in that area.

The cops can't get involved because it was a Pokemon match. Yes, it didn't go the way anyone liked, but it was still a match between trainers.

There is a logical way to go about investigating the situation and all I can say, the wise thing to do would be to let the trainers handle it. If the Pokemon want to get involved, then I would not attack the Machamp unless you want to go to the Pokemon Center.

This game is turning into Dark Souls lol. I present you with a situation and it is up to you to figure out the best way to handle it. But every GM post has been significant up to this point.
@TalijaKeySame day.
@KitsuneI just may bring my Beastman Wolf-Type to this. This will be the third DBZ game I've played him in. Hopefully we can get past the first event lol.
It would be very interesting to see a DBZ game actually get off the ground and last longer than 2 weeks. They tend to die instantly. Also, it would be nice to have a dedicated GM running it that won't disappear for long periods.
@Shadow DaedalusI saw it before I posted the GM post, but I think it's best you have him either respond to the GM event if he's in the area (since his location isn't really defined) or get involved with the other players because Arclady and Officer Sholtz had exited the area a long time ago. It wouldn't make any sense for her to just magically be around, especially not in the company of her trainer. Also, be sure to plan things with the GM or any player in the future if you're wanting to do a specific scene. It'll be more courteous and it'll make things less sudden and random but convenient for both writers.
Make it double...

Situation Location: Park to the right of the Pokemon Center [refer to map]

“GO! MACHAMP!”

The pokeball was lobbed into the center of the battlefield. The female opposing trainer’s heart sank into a frigid pool of fear at her opponent’s cry. A Machamp? How could a beginner trainer possess a Machamp so soon? She couldn’t believe it! The light bent and molded into a hulkish, glowing silhouette. The opposing trainer’s face paled when the light faded, revealing four iconic arms. The burly gijinka appeared—gray skinned with four massive arms and yellow lips quirked into a malicious smirk as its red, gleaming eyes gazed down upon the small Buneary.

The trainer of the Buneary fell to her knees as her legs gave out beneath her. Her opponent pointed and laughed at her reaction and the terror that made the Buneary shrink back toward her Pokeball.

“Ha, ha, ha! I told you I was strong!” her opponent gloated. “Go, Champ, use CROSS CHOP!”

Machamp tsked. “What an unworthy opponent. You want me to crush this baby bunny? Whatever.”

Buneary’s trainer rose to her hands and knees and screamed, “BETHANY RUN! DON’T FIGHT, RUN!”

The Buneary whirled and started running toward her trainer. Tears of fright spilled down her cheeks as her brown dress swished at her knees. She looked to be only about seven-years-old, a rather young Pokemon that had to be still learning moves.

“Rinny-chan!” Bethany cried, fearing for the worst.

“I yield, please, call your Pokemon off!” Pokemon Trainer Rinny begged her opponent.

Her opponent only continued to smirk, his eyes sadistically twinkling as he imagined the power his new Machamp would display. The titan charged, arms curling and muscles bulging with boulder-like strength. Bethany made it to Rinny’s arms who immediately embraced her and rose off the ground to flee. As hard as she ran, she was in no shape to outrun the colossal Machamp that closed the distance. The Machamp snagged her Buneary by the pigtails and wrenched her from Rinny’s arms.

“NO! BETHANY! GIVE HER BACK!” Rinny screamed. She hammered her fists against the brick-like abs that covered the Machamp’s stomach. The Gijinka was unfazed. Still holding the dangling Buneary by her hair, he tossed her into the air and stretched out all four of his arms.

“RRRrrr!” the Machamp growled as it frowned with concentration.

The Buneary screamed as she fell back toward the earth. Before she hit the ground, the Machamp’s arms closed like scissors, crushing her body like a pair of plyers and instantly draining the Pokemon’s health to 0. It was more than super effective, it was overkill. The life left the Buneary’s eyes as the Machamp spread his arms to allow the limp morphing body of the Pokemon to plop upon the grass. The girl had transformed back into a Pokemon. The bunny laid there unmoving as Rinny screamed immediately diving on her Pokemon and snatching it away from the Machamp and her opponent. As the trainer raced for the Pokemon Center, Machamp and his trainer laughed victoriously.

“Yes! I love it! You destroyed that Buneary. Wow,” the boy praised.

Machamp grinned. “I only wish she had been fully evolved, then maybe she would have given me a better match!”

“Don’t you worry Champ; our next destination is the Pewter City gym.”

Machamp’s fists crashed together with a thunderous thoom as he exclaimed, “My fists can shatter boulders. I can’t wait!”

Who owns the Luvdisc now that Ashe dropped her trainer? Or who wants the Luvdisc to be exact?

"Mercy is a kindness that will not be shown to those that refute conformity."

Name:
Phineas Cage

Nickname:
N/A

Age:
N/A

Race:
Warlock (Human)

Height: 6’4’’
Weight: 168 lbs.
Hair Color: White
Eye Color: Grey

Description:
Hair white as snow, with skin a permanent grayish pallor, Phineas Cage could be easily mistaken for a Frankenstein, and that assumption is not far from the truth. Having used magics and potions to extend his life far beyond the natural span, his body, tall, thin, and toned, is in prime condition for a man centuries younger than him. With a face gaunt and chiseled, lips always halfway between a grim frown or smile, and eyes dark and focused, Phineas has maintained the look of grave determination that has haunted him since his youth.

Personality:
Loyalty to the Syndicate above all else. While the organization is something Phineas believes in, his reasons for such staunch dependability are far more rooted in pragmatism. P.R.I.E.S. is the best chance the city, and maybe even the world, has of protecting it from supernatural threats. As long as the Syndicate holds to its beliefs and upholds the cause it’s been fighting for for nearly one hundred years, Phineas will remain steadfast.

Always focused and calm under pressure, he is ideal for high risk excursions or procedures requiring a delicate hand, and in his specific profession, both are commonplace. Though not opposed to occasional association with his peers for pleasure rather than business, Phineas always carries with him a certain aura of aloofness, enjoying the time he spends alone, working meticulously to provide for the Syndicate and it’s people. Whenever Phineas isn’t brewing up a batch of potions or honing his combative skills, he can typically be found working on his magnum opus, an encyclopedia detailing and describing all things fantastical.

He has beautiful handwriting.

Background:
Born as William Asplin in England during its Victorian period, Phineas was tutored from a very early age in the arts of magic. His parents, both wealthy aristocrats capable of the same powers Phineas was, taught him well. As he grew in age and ability, he began to work with his parents to create the impossible; a spell or concoction that would grant them all eternal life. It was years later, long after both of his parents had passed, that Phineas finally found the key to extending his natural lifespan. The spell and potion required to achieve such a thing, Phineas will take that information with him to the grave… or eternity.

When, years later, the rumblings of a war began to brew in Europe, Phineas was the first person to board a ship setting sail to America, which eventually led him to the city of Baylor. Phineas Cage donned his current alias and the life of a recluse, the chaos caused by the city’s common criminals and supernatural horrors too much for him to tackle alone. So he remained alone, scarcely leaving the house save to retrieve the bare essentials, and tended to his crafts in secret.

Why did he don the alias Phineas Cage?

That all changed when word of P.R.I.E.S. reached Phineas’ ears though, and he was among the first to join as an official member. He always recognized the danger that the supernaturals posed, but now with the Syndicate’s backing he and his new associates could actually do something about it.

Weapons:
Wand- Polished blackwood, reinforced with multiple wards and runes of protection, Phineas’ wand is his staunchest ally against the supernatural threat. Inanely magical, the wand fires blasts of pure energy at its chosen adversaries, able to either disable or kill depending on how much energy is channeled into it. Additionally, he has spent years of his life perfecting a powerful transmutation spell allowing the wand to easily morph into and out of the form of a four foot long hand a half sword, the blade made of a magically induced silver-steel alloy.

(You said that this weapon was "innately" magical. What about this wand is magical? Is it wood from a sacred tree? If it was a plain stick he found on the ground and then imbued it with magical properties, then it's not innately magical.

Pistol- In the event that use of magic is unwise or impossible, a three shot pocket pistol loaded with silver rounds secured into the left sleeve of Phineas’ coat can typically get the job done.

Dagger- A light, silver edged dagger concealed within the interior of Phineas’ coat and marked with multiple runes meant to dispel supernatural powers acts as a last resort when all other options are exhausted. (How does the dagger dispel supernatural powers?)

Potions- A leather suitcase with a padded interior, contains individual molds shaped for vials to be stored in. It holds up to fifteen small vials.

Skills:
Sharpshooting- Phineas can fire a variety of handguns with deadly accuracy.

Dueling- Loathing the idea of being vulnerable in any manner, Phineas has trained himself in the art of swordfighting, particularly against opponents of the supernatural variety. He knows where to strike, step, and parry to end fights decisively and in his favor.

Arcane Crafting- Phineas can apply his magical knowledge to create a number of useful items of fantastic nature, including but not limited to runes, potions, and traps. He is a master of applying runes to the tonics and concoctions he creates to amplify their effectiveness by carving them into the vials. (You will have to be very specific here and list out the spells he knows, the types of potions he can make, etc. There has to be limit. He is free to learn more things as the RP progresses, you'll just have to keep this knowledge up-to-date)

Where is your fourth skills? It's 4 skills and 4 powers. If you couldn't think of anymore, then let me know because I will be taking a tally of how many people found it difficult to fill out 4 skills and 4 powers.

Powers:
Ward Master- He can cast defensive wards on himself, allies, and structures with varying effects to suit the Syndicate’s needs. Wards do not last forever, and depending on the strength and amount of energy placed into one, it may need to be replaced after a long or short while. (Again, you need to be specific here. What defensive wards are being cast, what do they specifically do, and how long does the effect last. Time cannot be measured in writing, so duration will have to be measured a different way. Usually by turns, also known as rounds.)

Chief Enchanter- Phineas can whisper the power of magic into any mundane weapon to boost its effectiveness against specific supernatural creatures. Unlike wards, enchantments do not typically go away naturally, though a dispel with strength equal to or greater than the power of the enchantment may lead to the need of a replacement. (Against what types of creatures specifically. There has to be a limit. What is "effectiveness"? Damage? Durability? You need to specify it.)

Shadow Summoner- Typically simple minded creatures acting as cannon fodder for Phineas, he can summon magically fueled creatures in various forms that last for around an hour or two if they aren’t dispatched first. However, given enough time and concentration Phineas could summon something able to do real damage.
(You need to fix the time in this power.)

Missing a fourth power. As I said before, just let me know if 4 is too much.

@Bright_OpsLast I read she was recovering from a serious car accident. So you might as well improvise and go on ahead.
