Current Posted a Game Master Guide in the Guides section. If you need help with GMing, refer to it for some handy advice. If you don't need help, then don't read it.

Bio

Hello all. I am an experienced writer who is writing my own fiction stories on the side. I can role play any genre. What I love most is being able to go-all-out when weaving tales with other writers. It just makes the story more interesting, so I can't wait to write with you. :)

@GentlemanvaultboyYou're overthinking it.

General Abilities are abilities that your character gets from their video game. So when your character levels up, the theme of all of your character's abilities come from their game. So Amaterasu will only have abilities from Okami.

Amaterasu's "General Abilities" are going to be her celestial brush techniques. "Sunrise" should go under General Abilities because it is a Celestial Brush technique. The act of being able to draw things into affect/existence can be a Strength.

Special Abilities are abilities that characters can acquire while leveling up in other worlds. These can only be acquired during missions in that world that isn't where that character originates. Say, if they go to Yharnim and your character isn't from Bloodbourne. When your character levels up, they can choose to gain a special ability but the theme of that ability will be Bloodbourne theme. You also do not have to take the special ability. You can just make general abilities if you can't think of anything or are just not interested in the current world theme.
@Lmpkio@Aether Spawn@Chaotic ChaoYou guys need to decide on one character. I will not reserve anything for you until you decide on one character. Since Chaotic Chao somewhat had a final decision, I put his reservation up there.
@Archmage MCIf you want to swap before the first mission, then you can. During the first mission, no. After the first mission when you are given a second character option, sure.
@Etherean FireI'm looking at your avatar. Did you want Mario? lol I can always choose a different character. It is absolutely no problem.
@Etherean FireYes. This one is "Casual-Advanced." You can refer to the little gray boxes (tags) right beneath the Title/Header of this thread in the top left corner of the screen.
@Etherean FireOh yeah also lol. The way I weigh whether a game I GM will be Casual, Casual-Advanced, or just Advanced by answering this question:

How bad of a bitch-Nazi are you going to be about grammar, spelling, and post-length?

Casual - He wrote "right" and he meant "write"...eh

Casual-Advanced - All right, I know there are some online spell checks out there somewhere. You guys at least should know how to proofread your own work for obvious mistakes. Two lines? Is this the free section?

Advanced - WTF!? OH HELL NO!
@Fabricant451Then which Zero? Because I will have to mention the specific one you are talking about.

Hey guys,

I'm sending out a GM message to everyone currently interested. If you have too many games on your plate or too much IRL stuff going on, then do not join this game because what normally happens is I will have a player send me a CS, get it approved, and as soon as the game starts they give me the "Oh I have too many games and IRL shit is going down, I got to withdraw." So if you see yourself doing that in the future, and you should know whether or not if you can take anymore games, then do not join. If you tell me, hey I am interested but probably will not join, then I won't reserve squat for you. I make reservations for those players who are absolutely sure and confident that they can handle another game.
@VampireOracleI don't mind.
