Allow me to ensure that there is no miscommunication between us. Encrypted data transfers from the original satellite to a midway point, in which a team of individuals manually initiate a program that will decrypt said data. Afterwards, they will either re-encrypt the information with a different set of credentials or transfer it without encryption entirely to another location. Is this correct?

The feed from the satelites is sent already encrypted to a team of people who decrypt the files to prevent tampering, then they send the unaltered feed to wherever it needs to go. The encryption bit is a bit more trickier to explain.

The decryption isn't automated? You have a physical team of individuals tasked with decrypting data? And they use a computer to manually do so?
