The area of effect is just whatever I choose. Typically not, but sometimes I do things like speed up the evaporation of water in case they get wet or something. That's one of the best things, because I hate when my clothes get soaked.
I've yet to meet someone who doesn't hate that. There should be a brand of self-drying clothes.
