So tomorrow I'm going to leave for a high school retreat to Lake Havasu. It's going to be super fun, and even though the staff refuse to tell me anything until "thirty seconds before it happens" I already read the entire schedule. I won't have electronic devices or MR until Thursday when I return.

I'm describing them as balls of raw energy that, when they hit, lash out in all directions with random force, favouring the direction in which they were shot. Does that make sense, as opposed to what plasma blasts usually act like?
Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Energy blasts don't need to be plasma these days anyway.
