The big one? Almost every navi with a level of consciousness is drawn to the idea of being alive. Not that any of us wants to get rid of the benefits of being a navi, but the idea of living is so... compelling.

Nope. Your band can break and you can sustain some injuries though. So if you fell over and scraped your knee, you'd also be hurt in the real world.

Well, yeah. Falling forever would get boring.
Worst case scenario is deletion. But ideally, servers will have phased that out.
