Why are these guys so radically different from the rest?
They're usually found in or close to the Undernet. There's no real standard for what a virus should look like, so a lot of the ones you find in shadier areas will be weirder. On the other hand, the more common ones will be a little more cute because nobody's trying to be edgy.
