Yeah while gravekeepers spirit enhances you it only enhances your base value. It isn't perfect so no even with the spirits it won't work.

However you don't need to be at the shrine to upgrade your sword. Stick your sword in the ground nearby and pray

The goblins soon met though it wasn't in the most pleasant of situations. They found themselves away from the trolls and soon heard the sounds of the trolls yelling out in pain nearby. The one that Gina first sliced in the leg was holding it tightly in pain while the second one wasn't able to stop her from jumping onto its back and feeling the pain of the ax burying itself in its back. It had thick skin however and while she broke through to the muscle she wasn't able to cut through into the spine like she intended. The troll tried to shake her off while the other stood up and went to crab it's club to help. However a second goblin showed up with an impressive sword striking the one Gina was still on in the chest. It croaked and coughed up red blood as it struggled to breath. The sword was an amazing one and cut through its body like butter till the sword pierced the trolls heart.

The first troll looked shocked that his friend was dead and he cried out "Mean gobies! Mean gobies!" before it ran away not having the brains to outthink the goblins or the strength to fight with an injured leg. All the goblins that had moved towards the trolls would soon heard the light thundering of it's feet as it ran away. If they were smart they would have sent someone to follow said troll to see where it was hiding. The sun was starting to set in the distance signaling that they would soon need to head home.

The hobgoblin ran as fast as fast as his feet could carry him. The skull soon turned to dust as he found his way back and saw the pool of blood under the child. The weakening of it's eyes indicated that it was getting weak and if that weren't enough some of the apples on his tree were starting to fall off. When he got close enough the child opened it's mouth signaling for the goblin to feed it to him. When it was in his mouth he weakly chewed his fruit and his body returning to it's normal color. Then through his mind he heard from the child "Run tiny green one. It will be dark soon and it will come, you can not face it. Leave me" it weakly ordered.
