Do you prefer to be asked questions about YC and the plot, since it affects both characters, or prefer that nothing is ironed out and both parties do sheets?

@Queentze phones are up to you. If your character's parent would have thought to give them one or if they had one your welcome to say they had it.

As for roomies I am too tired to decide if anyone wants to make a request I'm open to it.

Chaos, one of the first primal gods, appeared as a white mist vaguely human in shape on stage. "Welcone students. This is the academy's first year. We hope to make it a good one. We expect some growing pains as we go through the process and come across questions and situations that we hadn't thought of before. Rule one all students are equal. There will be no special treatment. Rule two fighting is only allowed in the classes dedicated to teaching you those skills. If we can keep those two rules then we shouldn't have too much drama. Everyone will be assigned rooms. Those will be text messaged to you. If you dont have a cellphone please stay behind. Your parents eill be contacted. They were suppose to tske cate of this but many of us older beings have a hard time adapting to change. So I image most of you dobt have the supplies we requested. Dont worry. I will see that you have everything in your room by the end of the day. Questions?"

@Undying Curiosity the type of magic is the school. Or is it what they specialize in?

Is everyone in the auditorium?? I feel like I am missing someone.

While Jess and her mom talked Roxy leaned against a tree watching videos on her phone. She watched vidoes of attacks. She studied them to see if the fight moves she knew could help her get out of a similar situation. If she couldnt think of a move that would work slshe searched for fight videos until she found one with moves she thought might work and she would watch that video until memorized the moves to practice later. Looking at her no one would know how she felt. She had learned long ago to hide her emotions.

When the other two woman started to walk Roxy followed without a word. She kept her distance. She felt like a real anchor. She was something that Jess had to drag along just so she could function. Once again she was surprised when Jess asked if she wanted to go to the cafe. Like what she wanted mattered. It didn't and they both knew it. She couldnt deny the other woman without being cruel. She shrugged. "Sure. It makes no difference to me. You lead and I'll follow."

Roxy flipped off the voice that echoed through the air. She knew it was pointless but it made her feel better. She wasn't a rule follower. She had already spent years proving herself to one father. She had no desire to so again. Especially when the man appeared once ans disappeared. He wasn't here to force her to do jack so she was going to do what she wanted to do.

This was going to be a disaster. She glared at the people she past as she made her way to the gym. She was here because it was a chance to learn the things she needed. Plus her human father couldn't get here to stop her. It was her one chance to become whatever she wanted to be. She just had to figure out what she wanted to be. And the only way to do that was learn what her options were. For now she was willing to see what this place offered.
Griffin followed the others inside. His stomach rumbled at the mention of food but he had no intention of eating. Not until the he knew the cost. In the world he had grown up in everything had a price. Without knowing what he was expected to give in exchange he wasn't touching anything. He leaned against the wall and watched the others. He was studying the others.

He knew that their lives were different from his. He had grown up at sea and they had grown up on land. He was sure that there were other differences. But the one thing that they all had in common was that they weren't what their parents wanted them to be. He wondered what methods their parents had used to try to get them to do what they wanted. He supposed some of them would be similar to the things his father had tried to force him to follow in his footsteps.
