Griffin watched the others. They all seemed so relaxed. He didn't understand how they had the confidence to interact. Some of them were so casual that he wondered if they had known each other outside of the academy. Of course some of them had been here longer than he had been so it was likely they were used to each other. He on the other hand had never been around this many people his own age.
He ignored most of the teachers rambling. He doubted that he would ever need to know any thing about the tide or the moon. He couldn't imagine what either would have to do with the life he planned to live after he got out. He saw no point in struggling to understand things that he wouldn't use. He was curious to see who responded to get challenge. He didn't have the first clue. Of course part of that was because he hadn't been paying attention to her review.
@vn2202 why a camel for Arthur?
@Polaris North I suppose older students. I hadn't thought about that.
@vn2202 That's fine as long as I have a way to link them.
@Echoes Don't worry too much about. I have no intention of him being a loner. I hate character that don't interact. I will figure out something that fits his personality.
@Echoes Well locking the door wouldn't keep Griffin out. Being kicked out possible. But it being mandatory should be enough to at least get him there. Getting him to socialize is a whole other problem.
@Echoes I would have to figure out how to get Griffin to go but I can work on that between now and then.
