@BBeast I'm just sat here trying to work out what is going on in that (as in, the meaning behind it).

I was like hmm, great mountain, that's definitely the Solitary Mount. Totally. Because Jvan didn't squish it or anything.
Oooh, living sand, definitely Chronos there. That sun and moon must refer to Ull'Yang and Perfectus, 'cause they are/were n=on Chronos. Yeaah. I'm gooood.
*read read* '...the sun's rays of light was replaced with a gaze of darkness'
HE GONNA KILL ULL'YANG! TT-TT
*read reads* 'strong wind' and Zephy saves the day.

How accurate am I? >.>

Heyyyy berserk

Yes, he went berserk and his hair went white TT-TT
@poog the pig Lifprasil. The stress...look what it's done to his beautiful golden curls!

So I've been training kickboxing with a couple guys lately, one of them is a master but often gets into street fights and stuff and the other one is a guy so strong and huge he's called The Monster.

I sparred against the Monster and I nearly fuckin died, wow

I got hit so hard on the head that I almost got knocked out

Wait, you mean there's something out there so powerful that even a Fretzkick can't put it down?

@Double Capybara The word 'shaman' is not the only word used to describe the Rukbanian shamans - they're also called witch-doctors and magickers. The term shaman was only really used because...well, the closest they resemble, as you point out, are Altaic shamans. So it made some sense to use that as a term.

But to ensure that we butchered these nuanced terms properly, in traditional Divinus manner, we've used magicker and witch-doctor also (already written, coming soon to a post near you). I belive witch-doctor refers generally to the healers and spiritual guides in Africa, whereas shamans are more of an Altaic and Native American thing (it's actually amazing how similar these two distinct shaman types are with regards to their manner of dress!)

We could, of course, just create a new term altogether. For instance, the Eskanadran variant (closer to Rabbi than to Shaman given the different nature of the Eskanadran religion) is Qarqaz.
Throughout my career as a roleplayer, Kho is the first person I've ever witnessed being able to write a two paragraphs, 582 words long text doing nothing but praising the divine beauty of a horse.

I'm in awe.

(sorry Cyclone)

At the time I wrote that I had just finished reading Moby Dick.
That book is a behemoth. Half of it (at least) is just Melville going off about how perfect the whale is and how heroic the whaler is...
It's madness. Then the conclusion, the climax of that leviathanesque journey towards the end, is literally one paragraph. All the action happens in one bloody paragraph. Needless to say, he's my role model. I aspire towards such verbosity.
I was reminded of a few things while reading that post >_>

<Snipped quote>

Shattered and broken the fallen king shall sing,

A song of solace in the memories of another: a blood brother,

Eye of thunder upon him, with knowledge gained, he will tear the world asunder.

With a thunderous roar and a revelation of lore, a cataclysm revealed and his fate sealed,

The power he shall seek, he will surely reap,

Fuck yeah, I did it.

That actually deserves a standing ovation from la société intellectuelle de la poésie. Are you absolutely sure that you've not done this before?
