PERSONALITY: Kyle comes off as dangerous. In a way he is. He sometimes will act like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders, but he doesn't belittle people for their own suffering. In most cases he won't talk about his own.

SKILLS AND TALENTS: Kyle has a near perfect eidetic memory, which comes from training. Animagus (Panther). Patrous also a Panther.

Weakness: Kyle has a need to protect. He'll always be the last to retreat to make sure everyone get's out okay. This has gotten him close to being killed a far amount of times.

WAND: Rowen, 11 2/5, stiff, pheonix feather

BIO: Kyle comes from a family of Slytherins. They all supported Voldemort from the beginning. Kyle though broke out of that cycle. His childhood had been a series of dangerous and deadly pranks to train him for a war he had wanted no part in. He learned the spell Protego before any others. Growing up in the middle of a war Kyle became hard and wary. He started collecting dark detectors and had moved out of his family's home by the time he was 16 and started training to be an Auror, once he was of age. After the attack on the office he left seeing that it was too dangerous to be against Voldemort and working in the ministry "You're too visible". He has spent the last ten years doing what he could for the Order (until they fell), he the joined The Ashes.

OTHER: Kyle considers all of his family dead. They aren't but to him they are and he has no allegiances to them.

Edit: And did Kyle go good? Or did he stick with the family since this is an AU I'm really tempted to go for he stuck with his family.
Edit2: Which would then sort of make him an enemy...and it's kind of hard for me to see him actually being evil.
So a good Kyle then.

Tom looked at the little girl intensely. "Everything is shut down right now. Lying to you would do nothing. Now is the only time I could be honest." Tom turned back to Five. "Please, Five. If I can put up a convincing lie for HQ then in the future I can protect others like you. If it comes out I let you go, I'll be sacked." or worse "Trust me I'd rather not get hit in the back of the head."

Darkness Below

Once the last person was inside the room several clear walls dropped separating the crowd of people into smaller groups. The voice over the PA said, "Survive. There will be a bag to assist you." And then everything went black around the groups.

When light returned Stíofán, Cricket, Tessa and Logan along with two other people were standing on the roof of a building in full SWAT gear, just shy of the SWAT on the back of their flack jackets. Each of them had two guns, a hand gun and a rifle of shotgun.

Tessa, having caught her breath looks around and then at the gun in her hand. "What?" She looked up at the others fear flashing in her eyes. One of the other two people that were with the group was a dark skinned man in his mid 30's.

"Take a deep breath kid." Tessa nodded and did as he told her. "All right. I can make a few guesses as to what is happening here and none of them are good. I don't see any radios on us, so we're not police of some sort. That leads me down a whole other path of dark possibilities. Now I don't think I'm one to cross the law, so I'm going to say if we are doin' some sort of robbin' we're goin' to want to not do it. The voice only told us to survive right, well it's a lot easier survivin' when the law likes ya then when it don't. Let's see if we can find that bag the voice mentioned. My name's Kyle." He added as an after thought. "Or at least I think so."

"I'm Tessa." Tessa nodded and looked around to see if she could find this bag the voice mentioned.

Tessa nodded and took a deep breath. It sounded a little wheezy, but the air got through. "Yeah." She let the woman help her keep her balance as they walked down the hall. "I'm Tessa...I think." Tessa gave the woman a wary and slightly terrified smile.

As Cricket gave her own supposed name the group came to a large set of doors that slid open silently. On the other side was a room as bare as the rest of the rooms they had seen so far.

The PA cracked "Enter." Said the voice demanding. Tessa frowning followed several people into the room.

Tessa ordered some ham thing that sounded good. She hadn't had ham in a long time. She took a deep drink of her own water and then looked over the pictures. "He was just out on patrol." Tessa pointed Tom's picture. "I've seen him before though. I mean he's on a special team, they patrol for rogue androids." Tessa almost hit herself for not realizing it was him that had been chasing her. Not that it would have been a good idea to let him catch her either way.

Tom stared at Five wide eyed. "Five, do me a favor. Hit me in the back of the head, like I did to her. I need a cover story." He then looked at the other Android. "My name is Tom Richards. I work for Hark in a special division to hunt you and those like you down. I can't do this anymore. Listen," he now looked between the pair of them. "Do not let them catch you guys. I'll say I was knocked out and you disappeared, that's all I can do for you." Tom then looked to Five again and nodded.
