HISTORY
Kyle grew up hearing the stories of the first war through the mouth of people who had followed Voldemort's orders not only willingly, but with glee. The youngest child of two, his older sister was the perfect child. Except for the "minor" case of emotional detachment, and inability to form real relationships.

Come the second war Kyle had already chosen sides, the opposite of his family. The falling out resulted in Kyle being disowned, and the eventual death of his mother. After the war Kyle became an Auror and hunted down his sister, his father had been killed at the Battle of Hogwarts. Maggie is still in Azkaban.

After Maggie was put away Kyle went to find his oldest friend, Siobhan, they have since rekindled a relationship that had just been budding when the Battle of Hogwarts happened. They are currently trying the whole relationship thing.

[Time Skip - Two weeks later]

The last two weeks had been fairly average. There was of course tension growing between the crew and the suits, not that there wasn't some between the crew and anyone else. It probably stemmed from Victoria's own distrust of the two men. She had let them onto the ship though she kept reminding herself, as did Shen.

Currently Victoria sat on the catwalk, legs dangling off, head resting on the bar, as she clicked through a visual novel. Victoria only half paid mind to it as she had already finished it once before.

Below her in the cargo bay the suits played a game of cards over their case. Victoria was fairly certain this was the third time the same guy had won. He sniggered and reshuffled the deck. They never opened the case, at least no time that Victoria had noticed. It didn't match any other cargo type she carried and sat off to the side away from the rest of the goods. Simple stuff was in the rest of the boxes, mostly cloth, but there were other useful tidbits that Salisbury needed. "Stupid name for a planet," Victoria mumbled, and shifted, her left leg a little numb.

I'm on during the day M-F (Pacific time 8-5) while at work, but since I'm at work I'm not reliable for regular posting because I get pulled away a lot. On the weekends it's a lot more likely I'll be on if I'm not busy with something random.
