Sorry for the double post just wanted to say I will be getting a post up soon-ish, depending on how crazy my work schedule is I may take my laptop with me and work on a post on Thursday, but I don't think I am getting a break *shivers in fear*. Or the more likely situation I'll get a post up tomorrow night after Kittyluna pokes me enough times.
I wish I had noticed of this RP a bit sooner as I can see that it is filled. The characters look great and the IC posts look great, too. The whole layout of the RP is just exquisite and just thought I'd drop in and let you guys know that. ^^

Wow, thank you very much.
Hey everyone just an FYI I'll be gone for the 3rd until the 8th. Kittyluna has my number, but I will only get to check my phone a couple of times while I'm gone because where I'm going there's no cell reception and I have to drive like 15 minutes to get a signal. While I am gone McHaggis and Kittyluna are in charge. They know basically everything about the plot so if you have a question you can ask them, that doesn't mean they'll answer though. They know not to give out spoilers. They can also run all the NPCs while I'm gone so if you need to interact with one of the NPCs they are available. I am not going to have a plot post go up while I'm gone so there isn't too much to worry about. Basically right now you need to get your character out into the parking lot. (Except you Code since your characters didn't hear the announcement and no one has noticed you're missing yet.)
Okay that's my post for this round probably. I'll be camping from the 3rd until the 8th so I'll be nearly unreachable. If anything crazy does come up Kittyluna can text me and I'll get it when I drive down to check my emails and voicemail for interview options.
Beth, once the ship was safely docked, stood and stretched. The flight into Oberon had brought back a couple memories, a few good ones, and a couple not so great. She had decided she'd think about the good ones. Of course even those were tinted with melancholy. Walt was waiting though, and he did not care overly much to wait too long.

"I'm going to visit my cousin." She told the captain, before exiting the ship. Walt's shop was busy, that wasn't surprising the man knew what he was doing. He stood behind the counter haggling over the price of some large shaped oil covered piece of metal. Beth couldn't guess what it was and cursed herself yet again for not having spent more time with her father in the engine. That had been for a good reason though, the pilot's seat called to her more than the engine ever had. Once the price had been agreed upon the customer paid and left leaving Walt alone at the counter. "'Ello." Beth said with a bright smile.

The large, grease stained overall wearing man, looked up from the register and gave Beth a toothy grin. "I didn't think you'd actually show up. After last time." He winked and Beth laughed just enough.

"Blood is blood." Beth shrugged. Walt squeezed through the opening of the counter and pulled Beth into a heavily scented hug.

"What brings you to Oberon anyway? You were mighty vague on the wave." Walt asked once he released his cousin from the hug.

"It's a long story cuz, but I got awful close to payin' my dues." Beth frowned looking down at her boot covered feet. Walt harumphed and then called one of his shop hands to care for the register. He led Beth back into his office, a small room overstuffed with papers. He opened a drawer that had a couple folders in it.

"Don't know if ya saw this." He passed a bright blue piece of paper over to Beth. The edges were a little bent and the ribbon, a soft blue one, that had been tied around it now slipped off. Beth read the paper a smile and a tear appearing on her face. She used the collar of her shirt to take care of the tear.

"I hadn't. Bet she's pissed." She handed the paper back to her cousin.

"If you get a chance you should visit her." Beth shook her head. "I know." Walt sighed, knowing exactly why Beth couldn't visit that particular family member. "I'm glad you're here for now though. If ya need parts, family discount. Also you're invited to dinner tonight." Beth nodded, the smile gone now.

"Thanks Walt. I'll let the captain know, and see about making it for dinner. For now I think I'm going back to the ship." They clasped hands.

"That's our Beth, never one to be off a ship for more than a few hours." Walt chuckled and walked with her back to the outside of the shop. Beth, as she walked back to the ship, pulled from her pocket an old worn red ribbon. For a moment she contemplated the ribbon before shoving it back into the pocket.
Ash Mareinos and Jamie Drummond

“Please everyone.” Mrs. Standiford’s voice cut through the room, chaos still filled it. “Attention everyone. If you are able please exit the gym and head to the parking lot. If you are not able give us a moment and we will assist you out.” A few students started out.

Ash turned to Katalina, “I’m going to find Jamie.”

“Okay, see you in the parking lot.” Katalina said and started of to join the group that was leaving the building. Ash hurried forward and squeezed through the crowd. She eyed the dragon, this school is weirder than I thought. Finding Jamie was easy he was leaning against the wall of the Gym just outside it.

“Jamie, are you okay?” Ash started to reach out to comfort him and saw her skin was still blue. She had no idea how to change it back, and had even less of an idea of how to explain it to Katalina when she did finally ask about it.

“Maybe, maybe not,” he said with a shrug, but he didn’t seem to question Ash’s change in skin colour. “The world’s gone a bit strange. It’s turning funny colours – and no, I don’t mean–” Jamie cringed and gestured to all of her. He made no move to stand up, even with the students trickling out of the building.

“Mrs. Standiford is having everyone head to the parking lot.” Ash explained the stream of students. “There’s a dragon in there.” She adds, almost as if that was more important than the evacuation. “Mrs. Wellington punched Miss Standiford.” Ash leaned against the wall, but didn’t sit. She looked at her hands, still blue, not sure if she liked it or not.

“Don’t worry about it, you look pretty in blue,” Jamie informed her in a matter-of-fact tone only a moment later, almost as if he hadn’t heard all of what she said. Ash felt her face heat up, she wasn’t sure how the rush of blood to her face would mix with the blue. He pulled himself up shakily, using the wall as a crutch to lean on. “So that’s what happened. Standiford didn’t even feel anything from it, but Mrs. Wellington sure did. I was wondering…” He trailed off.

“Yeah Mrs. Wellington called her out on having something to do with this.” Ash gestured at the students that were still leaving the gym most still wet from the water that Katalina had pulled from the sprinklers on accident. Others showing signs of some other issue that had cropped up. “So... if everyone has a power, and mine is breathing underwater, what’s yours?” A question that had been pressing Ash for ages. Well the question was in a different form now, one from knowledge that Amy had given her and the rest of the students.

Jamie’s brow furrowed. “You’re sure it’s only breathing underwater?”

“No, I can move it too, control it. It has always felt like water was in my veins instead of blood.” Ash continued to look at Jamie expectantly though, waiting for what he could do, what made him special enough for this school. That wouldn’t change her opinion of him though, he was perfect.

“Explains a lot, doesn’t it?” At first it seemed like he was going to just leave it there on the rhetorical question to avoid answering Ash’s, but he did smile in the end. “Emotions. Well, I mean – well… I can feel other people’s. Change ‘em, too, if I was so inclined.” Jamie rubbed the back of his neck nervously. “It’s all very weird, and probably pretty girly too.”

Ash snorted, “Yeah super girly.” Her voice was sarcastic. “Just like it’s super girly to know just about everything.” Her voice caught a bit at the memory of Amy. “I’ve been an ass.” She added.

“How’d you mean?” he asked, raising an eyebrow. They started to move in the direction of the others, albeit slowly. Jamie looked as if he was about ready to keel over.

“To everyone, well except you. To- and well to Katalina.” Ash kept pace with Jamie, prepared to catch him as afraid to touch him as she was unsure if that’d spark something powerful.

Jamie rubbed at his jaw but continued to walk on. “If you were a bad person, a nasty person, I wouldn’t like you as much as I do,” he ended up saying. “And trust me, I can tell when someone’s one of those. Don’t worry about it, yeah?” Ash smiled, believing him.

As they reached his car Mrs Standiford was starting to speak again. “Everyone if you have a car please take as many people as you can down into town. We’re evacuating the school. Dr. Mann will drive the bus.” A small thing used for field trips to Denver or Belleview.
The partial on the left of the last picture is my stuff (not all of it, just what I have here).
"We were just leaving." Kyle grabbed the sleeve of Siobhan's robe and ran with her out of the not so empty classroom. He heard the boy call something after them, but not what he said.

"Sorry." He huffed out once they were up another flight of stairs. "We need to get out of the hall though." He glanced around, the school seemed quiet, probably because it was a beautiful Saturday and the tryouts were in full swing. Kyle picked what he hoped was an empty classroom and slumped into the first chair with a sigh. After a few seconds he lifted his head, "Can we see anything from here?"
Josh was stunned. Unthinking at first until Dylan poked him asking to get off the bus. Josh had numbly nodded and allowed his brother past him. Now that he was thinking though the terrifying horror of what lay around him hit, just as Mr. Cole ordered everyone else off the bus. A girl was crying, sobbing more like.

Josh offered to help her, she ignored him and continued her sobbing. He climbed out the bus alone and stood by Dylan. The other students had blood on them from the cuts the glass had made. Glass that shouldn't have cut anything. Josh checked Dylan looking him over for a moment to verify that his twin had no markings but the blood from the scratch on his cheek. The students and chaperones started doing the same thing.

Mrs. Shaffer grabbed the buses first aid kit. There was not enough bandages to cover half the cuts.

"What is that noise?" Josh asked Dylan, he was frowning staring intensely into the fog as if staring hard enough would make the fog clear up.
Well I'm officially unemployed so I'll be around more (except the 2nd - 9th because I'll be on a camping trip (or traveling for said camping trip)).
