@agentmanateeI was thinking of something, so I'll remove the post of my CS about Emilia being a chimera. Instead, she'll have a transmutation circle tattooed ask over her body, for human transmutation. The reason she needs others blood is because she had lost all her bone marrow when she tried to perform a transmutation on herself in search of immorality, now she needs to get s supply of fresh of fresh blood on a constant basis or else she'll die of blood poisoning in less than two days. Though she can just make it with a normal hemodialysis. That's what she needs Valorie for, in fact.

Mira was walking around the school campus while chewing her favorite soul flavored bubblegum enjoying the fine weather when suddenly dark clouds came, fried some birds with lightning and disappeared again all in less than a minute "Well if this isn't interesting? Even the weather here seems to recognize me, mwahahaha!" Mira puffed her barely existent bust and placed her hands on her hips as she laughed maniacally, while standing at the edge of the roof of the dormitory building where she lived. It didn't took much time for the dorm inspector to find where the resident megalomaniac was putting up a show this time.

"Get down here now, missy! Or do you want me to go up there?" the stern woman yelled, the sun reflecting of off her glasses giving her an even more sinister appearance than usual. Despite the fact that she was but a normal human, the air of authority that circulated around the dorm inspector was so powerful that even the most powerful students never dared to question her. If rumors are to be believe, she was the president of the student council for two consecutive years when she studied here, and only missed the third because she went on a date with her first boyfriend, who she met on a fight nonetheless, a couple hours before the final match.

Try as she might, Mira wouldn't be able to avoid following the inspector's command, even her pout failed to reach the woman's steel-cold heart. Without any escape, Mira jumped of off the roof and walked away to try to find another place where she could let her glory be known to the world.

EDIT: What kind of piece would you feel Andreas have given him, seeing his powers it should be either 3 pawns at least (taking in his king status you were saying, meaning he is likely rather powerful and thus should have easier access to powerful pieces as due to his own powers he can take some peers with high value with pieces of natural lower value
(otherwise said, the pieces grow with the king, the more powerful the king, the less value is needed to reincarnate a powerful/ high value member)
if you think 3 is not enough however, then Rook or 5 pawns would be needed, or more pawns, your call

Andreas status is based of the status of the devil that names his house on the demonology (I think all the other houses al more or less like this too) and Dantalion is and Archduke (which is equivalent to king), so Andreas must be prince if he's the direct heir of the house. This makes he borderline Ultimate class, IMO.

As for the piece you can have a rook. I don't think any other thing would fit.

Hmm... I have a question. How does one turn the floor of a metal train wagon into quicksand? And, in case you do, shouldn't you create a hole on it? Certainly it's not thick enough to stuck anyone down. I'm just saying that because every alchemist that has a very specific power like he seems to have their own disadvantages and this seems to a situation where he would suffer from it.

I was kinda thinking
gears dont use magic normally (unless stated otherwise)
physical attacks dont use magic

so he would only be immune to magic spells, meaning from my own group
Zeke and Meona, all the others use gears, plus it is also a downside, cause healing magic will also have no effect, so if runa would to heal him if he is too wounded for regeneration, she needs to mix her gear and magic to heal and that wont work
hecate, ophelia, runa when normal, yumi all can beat him with the right teamwork or smart use of their gears.
Stella can beat him with rook and dragon strength but her fire breathing is worthless.

when you think like that, would he still be OP?
if so I would easily lower it to resitance

The thing is that magic immune creatures are a very complicate idea. It would make he immune to many other things, since magic is more wide in scope than just the things you mentioned, plus it would make he invincible against pretty much any bishops that there's which in and of itself is OP enough.
