If you choose to hang out with criminals out of your free will, you are an accomplice even if you don't do any crimes yourself.
All members of the Sweepers are accomplices of murder (and other crimes/hurting people) because they know that there's people among them who do it but simply don't care, or even support them.
This isn't subjective stuff, it's the hard, cold truth.

One could argue that Eclipse Princess actions are basically the same stuff Sweepers do.

I don't know what's more funny, how you Sweeper guys are making a point of ignoring Eclipse Princess's actions as if she was harmless or how she turned all of Asahi's speech into a pointless rumble of someone who's trying to overthrow Moon Rider as the leader the Ebony Strikers, after all he yelled words of rebellion right in front of Rider's castle.
Asahi: "Bla bla bla... no one's gonna have the guts to go Outlaw because a few idiots died (in a game)... bla bla bla... we are gonna kill them even if they are our allies..."
Eclipse Princess: *First action upon the reopening of the game, log in, go Outlaw and start killing the Sweepers who try to pass through the choke point they created and know that Eclipse Princess held an army there right besides Nyx.Not only that, but break their equipment, forcing them to not only lose way more EXP than they should but at the same time lose the skill to fight back against her, demoralizing them, after all it's simply unjust, right?
