Here's finished Eris, I'll be done with Eins later:

I'll post up to this weekend. I'm sorry, but this is the first week of college to me this semester, I'm a boy short on free time.
Ok, people, here is a Sneak Peek on Eins WIP CS, I'll provide this format for both her, Eins and their avatars. I can't help but pour more love on these characters, really, I just like them too much. I hope you like what you see. I know that @TheWindel did:

Just to note, I don't plan to begin an argument on this RP. Whether I stay or not depends mostly on how this will progress, but I'm veering to drop this either way.

I don't want to be rude or force anyone to change their ways. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old style player (whose views come from years of tabletop RPing), so I can't comprehend this thought pattern too well. But yeah, this kind of attitude is not for me.

@liferusher

I'm still waiting your reply before I take a final decision, though.

EDIT:

Seems like I wan Ninja'd... hehee.

I can see your reasoning. If you have a lot of fun and know the charactersan d like them you feel more pasionatr in their stories and want to see a new post everday because you like it so much. Or somrthing like that. You d9nt want to miss out on a part of the story of them. Anyway making ic posts shouldnt be the problem then. There are plenty of people that are busy enough and post every few days instead of continuous speed posting. So to say caits and hylianrose. Interacting with them shouldnt be a problem for you i think myself. It took me about half an hour to read the first 10 posts of the ic i dont know if you have thst time to spare every 1 or two days. I would say you should just try for a week maybe and if you find yourself overwhelmed i give you all the benefit of the doubt. (Sorry if this is difficult to follow.)

I'll take your words then. I'll give this a chance for a time, but considering the general opinion of half the cast, I really feel like it's a not gonna work.

Even so, as soon as I get the go for my character, I'll do something about it.
"Enjoys this speed posting" That sounds like you´re trying to make it sound like a bad thing... @KoL

Don´t get me wrong, it is sad that you chose not to participate :c

Some people have lives outside of RPing, including work, study, family, maybe even just wanting to be chill about this hobby. Speed posting alienates this kind of people.

What's the point of playing if you can't keep up because a few people decide it's cool to do a dozen plus posts on the time you are working and unable to read, much less post anything?

@KoL oh, just know you dont have to follow around everything that is happening in the ic. I dont mind recaping it for you either every day or few days apart.

And that your character isnt accepted yet is mostly my fault too. I dont have enough time to be on every few hours to discus. If you are willing to stay ill put my focus on your character the next few hours

I appreciate your intention, and I sure can give this a chance (as soon as my character is approved). However, I think that players who just keep to their own character's microcosm, and don't read/keep up with the rest of the RP lack respect for the others. I try to make a point of reading everything that goes by on a RP I'm a part of.

After all, if I expect people to respect, appreciate and read my posts, I need to do the same to theirs. Otherwise, I'd be missing a whole lot of the fun.

This may feel like a dumb idiosyncrasy to most players on the guild, but I really enjoy RPing as a whole. If I wanted an experience to focus only on my characters, I'd do a 1x1. There's nothing that aggravates me more than see that someone that comes to interact with my character hasn't read my posts.

That's really very annoying.

Anyway, I wait your reply. See ya.

PS:

Just to note, I'm not mad at you for not approving my character yet. I was really just feeling alienated from the RP because it's moving too fast. You can take your time and do stuff your way. I just don't know how I'll few if when I get to do my 1st post the IC count is above 30~40 posts.

Just to note as well, I probably will only post this Friday/Weekend, I really can't spare the time before that because of college and work.
@liferusher

I'm sad, really sad, to say this but I guess I'll retire myself from this RP. There's 22 IC posts up before I eve managed to get my character approved, much less have the chance to do an IC post of my own.

Considering that the IC was opened one day ago, this is way beyond my ability to keep up with. I really like you, and was wishing to play a RP with you again after so much time, but I can't play a RP that goes this fast.

I'll keep in contact, maybe we will get a chance for something more evenly paced in the future. I have some ideas for RPs coming that you may like.

Anyway, in respect to everyone else, who seems to have the free time to/enjoys this speed posting, I'm dropping out.

See ya later.
@KoL Yeah KoL I get what your character is meant to be. I know that they are pretty much a bovine of mythical lore. It's just that when you mentioned my character and that they were accepted despite being able to lift 40 times their own weight. I wanted to defend why my character can do such, and a limit on how much she can pick up.

I'm not trying to cause any trouble with you KoL honestly. I just felt I needed to defend my character.

Ok. I wasn't really arguing, anyway.
@KoL

I would like to mention that some ants around the world could not only lift 40 times their weight, but some can lift over 100 times their own body weight while upside down on glass.

I'm not a math expert, but I will say that Ash is strong, but she isn't powerful enough to pick up a building, she could pick up a car and a large boulder, but something of a house, building, or the school would be far beyond her strength.

Well, this may be true, but if you have read the Backstory for Taura, which is pretty much a TL;DR version of the actual mythological stories, she's based off. Bulls in legends usually are the incarnation of "Unstopable Force", like in how mankind is impotent before Mother Nature and all this stuff. It really makes no sense putting an upper limit on Taura's physical might as far as I'm aware, it's just like asking: "How strong is the Hulk?"

Either way, since you demanded, @liferusher, how about 1Mt (i.e.: 1,000,000 tons) without doing too much effort, I hardly believe she'll ever need this much strength, but if it's just for a basis, this is how strong she's supposed to be.

EDIT:

Congrats to self on reaching my 6000th post.
@liferusher

I'm willing to specify a limit on my character's Strength, but given that you accepted someone that can lift 40 times their own weight, do I really need to do this with the Incarnation of the Taurus constellation?

It's not like I want to take a mountain on her back and jump from a side of China to the other in one single leap, really. Still it's up to you.
