Well, usually that's how it should be, but with some many shameless exhibitionists around, I imagine that you can find a way. It's not like it's very hard to move a flimsy piece of clothing such as a silk cravat aside, right?

It's ok, the uniform has a double-breasted jacket over a white shirt, buttoned shirt.
