I believe that your character is alright now. As son as you have properly finished the rest of the remaining details like her appearance, we can give her a final judgement.

Is that code for "still here, boss".

Pretty much, hehe.
Funny, I was wondering what was up with this one, yesterday even.

Anyway, I'll see if I can come up with some ideas later. For the time being, I'm still keeping my eyes here.

“From your bearing, I gather that you are the Master if this household. Am I correct, young lady?” Rider said as soon as the doors of the Tohsaka manor swung open and they were greeted by a dark-haired girl at the brink of adulthood.

In his time, such a beauty would have been enough to compel whole armies to move. However, it was her confident bearing and the words she spoke that gave away her identity. In this form, Iskandar was no mage, thus he couldn’t just her worth as one. But the King of Conquerors knows talent when he sees it. This girl would have a promising future, as long as her wings weren’t clipped at such a crucial age.

“We will accept your invitation. Let it be known that Iskandar of Macedonia and his Master have arrived,” He said boisterously as he entered the mansion. “Do you happen to have any wine to celebrate this moment, young lady?”

“Alright. It’s about time for us to depart,” Othis said in a deadpan voice, replying to Anastasia’s confirmation. As soon as she said so, the young Alchemist put on her hat and made it for the door.

Before Othis opened it, she turned around and looked both to the pure white Princess that she summoned as well to the fairy that accompanied her. “I hope this isn’t too hard for you,” she said in the same tone of voice from before, even though she meant these as words of sympathy for them as individuals rather than familiars. In the end, Othis was still unable to differentiate between emotional states, despite her best efforts.

After saying whatever she could think about to try to sooth the psyche of her Servant, Othis opened the door and walked away with Anastasia and Viy in tow. It didn’t take long for them to reach the room appointed for the final pre-war meeting, where none other than the Ainsworths’ youngest waited at the moment.

“Four hundred and thirty-seven,” Othis said under her breath before addressing the other girl with a curt and simple “Good Evening” and helping herself to a seat where would remain silently, unless spoken to by anyone else.

Ok, so here's my review of what you have so far. Even though it's pretty much a more elaborate version of what @Lonewolf685 mentioned already:

At first it was a long scimitar forged of fine metals that held the force of a hundred tidal waves within each blow; now it has broken into shards and embedded itself into her teeth, fingernails and toenails make them neigh unbreakable that were designed specifically to rip flesh from bone even through armor. Her nails on both ends are hooked and can not be removed cleanly, when retracting her hand chunks of flesh tend to come with it.

I'll consider this purple prose, so it has no real impact in the character's overall evaluation. However, I'll take the chance to make it specific for everyone reading, that it's not to be taken literally just as a precaution to avoid past cases of misunderstanding from happening in this RP as well.

The sunken world (Passive): Wherever she steps the world under her feet changes into a portal to a decrypted ancient place that mirrors the above the world completely sunken underwater and nearly devoid of life. Unless Evelune is grabbing ahold of someone she is the only person who can enter that portal, this allows her to turn any surface into a swimmable one, the area she is directly under will also change into a portal that moves with her as she swims through the sunken version of the real world, though her speed in the water is nearly four times as fast as when she's on land. Additionally it should be noted that the portal that leads to the Sunken World can be expanded to a massive twenty foot radius around her body.

Sincerely, this isn't totally bad. However, the viability of this ability hinges on two questions:

- How fast can she use this power? Meaning whether or not she can use it as a reaction to avoid any manner of damage altogether or not?

- And whether or not someone that she tries to pull with her can resist this effect? Because a nigh inevitable death by drowning isn't really an easy thing to pass.

Lastly, I'll say no to expanding it to any area beyond herself. At most she could drag anyone or anything that she's touching (within the limits of reason, of course; you won't ever pull anything much bigger than a medium size car). Otherwise this would fall into the unavoidable trap scenarios (allowing her to bring a whole bus under, even) that would make this power too to be even considered.

Miner blood manipulation: The human body is made up of water, so Eve can control her own blood flow by manipulating the water contained within it giving her the ability to alter her blood pressure to an intense degree triggering a massive amount of adrenaline allowing her to enhance her own strength and speed via increased oxygen and nutrient transferral

Grammar aside, this doesn't make any sense. Blood Pressure and adrenaline might be linked in a certain way IRL, but it's usually, the latter triggering an effect on the first. The contrary seems pretty unlikely. Even discounting that and the fact that this doesn't seem to be an usual ability for blood manipulation, there's also the problem of broadening the scope of your character's ability a little too much compared to the others.

Test of soul / Undertoe: Eve can drag people under to the sunken world from the surface world if she has at least part of her body already submerged, only the person pulled and Eve herself can exit at this point and if the target can manage to fight their way to the surface they will be inflicted with a curse that will open a portal under their feet that which they themselves cannot enter but reveals their position to Eve for five minutes.

Not that you can't have this, but rather the question is: Why does she need to have this power which is apparently completely disconnected from her theme? Also, the question again is, how can someone resist her powers, if it has no counter it obviously isn't something that can be allowed.

This piece of Intel was told to her little sister Soma in confidence about how she went from the uplifting people with the current to dragging them down to the depths. She had been investigating a cult that gathered deep below the ground of a seemingly abandoned house a nameless air of desolation hung around the old decrepit manor and the insidious atmosphere crept up her spin the further she descended into those lofty dust caked catacombs. The walls began to change from a creaking old decaying wood to cracked stone of unknown masonry, the craftsmanship unlike anything she had encountered before in all her years of traveling the world the only discernible description she could muster was that it was very ancient. The basement was by far the most strange as it seemed the shadows themselves were alive, not unlike the nightmares she so frequently defeated, but these were different in such a way that the mere depth at the black abyss of the shadows invoked a sort of madness but still she pressed on.

Every instinct her body could summon up, pulled at her core for the girl to give up this chase and forget this day was reality and push every piece of the happenings into the darkest pit within her subconscious. The girl couldn’t stop, however much she would have loved to leave, she felt as if she had to uncover the truth, to her dismay the ladder went down even further than she would have liked to have. Once reaching the bottom the low sound of chanting could be heard coming down a perils corridor that drummed up the most frightful of instincts, fear leaked from her body and her very soul felt like it wanted to leap from the mortal flesh and drag the body to a safer refuge, but still, she pressed on.

Strangely enough the closer she got, the less recognizable the chanting became, the tenacious harrowing sound erupting from their throats was as far away from human speech as it was away from any sound made within nature. These were not syllables recognizable even to the girl who had sailed the entire earth on her magical waves this could only be described as a gross bastardization to the very definition of the world language. Stranger still the origin that created those sounds were human in shape not like the nightmares at all but the shape was all that they took from, in truth every one of them looked like an abstract rendition of the human form, grotesque and monstrous. The creature they gave their praise a direct description too horrific for Eve to properly convey, its eyes peered into her very being and assaulted her mind with malefic visions of a horrid future that twisted and turned her powers upon themselves she had discovered something that mankind was never meant to trifle with and now it was in her head.

Rethink all of this. It doesn't make any sense at all within the concept of the story as it's explained in the opening post. While there maybe other people, or even groups, that know of the existence of magic a full fledged Eldritch Abomination cult doesn't fit anywhere here. Magical Girls are corrupted by the accumulation of negative energy (the reasons for such may vary, though), not by some strange, incomprehensible power from beyond.

It would be better to avoid straining this much from the core concept of the setting.

"This is problematic," Othis thought as she finished the last preparations for the night, dressing up in the Institute's uniform, one of many mystic codes that were employed to Atlasian alchemists in their quest for the cosmic truth.

The fact that Tri Hermes computed more than six orders of magnitude worth of possibilities for the outcome of this conflict or that the average chance of Othis' mission being a success (much less surviving) was less than optimal were not what worried her. Knowing the signs to look for would allow her to navigate cleanly through any of the foreseeable quantum time-locks.

What worried Othis was the fact that she ran out of her favorite blend of coffee beans less than a week after leaving the Academy. She would have to be sure to go look for a shop that could satisfy her needs as soon as tonight's meeting was completed.

Thinking about it.

"Are you done with your preparations, Anastasia and Vyi?" She asked, turning to address her Servant and her amorphous companion, who seemed to have acquired an uncommon liking for the kotatsu that was part of the room that they occupied within the Ainsworth's workshop.

"What will it be now?" Othis said cryptically, as she recalled every configuration of the Ainsworth's tower that she had seen before. Trying to calculate how many reconfigurations they could do became a minor hobby of Othis' ever since she was allowed into the building. She could only wonder how long it would take for her to crack the mystery...

As for the Tohsaka Mansion, the strike of a thunder at their doorstep, followed by an equally rambunctious rapping at its engraved woodwork, would be the heralds of the arrival of the one and only King of Conquerors, along with his Master, right in time for their coalition's scheduled meeting.

"Open your doors, we have arrived for this meeting of allies," he exclaimed boisterously, just in case that anyone missed the earlier cues.

“Wa—wait, that’s totally not fair, ganging up on someone else like that!” Elizabeth complained about the sudden appearance of a troupe of flying beauties who referred to the enemy Lancer as Elder Sister. “You are valkyries as well, aren’t you? If that’s the case, you should know that there’s something wrong with her,” the pink-haired Lancer added, pointing her spear at the invaders.

Keisuke’s voice snapped Elizabeth out of the momentary scuffle. “Right! Hold on, Puppy, I’m going to give you a first class seat for the best ride of your life!” she replied, wrapping her tail around him and unfurling her wings. However, before the Lancer could take to skies and regroup with the Casters…

“Wha—!?” Elizabeth yelped in surprise, as her sight was robbed by a bright light.

“Can it… Sa— Saber!?” she said, her voice quivering in disbelief once her vision returned and she took notice of the falling petals and the golden theater that surrounded them. Even if Elizabeth had been summoned to a million different Holy Grail Wars, there was no way that she would forget these walls; not after being on the receiving end of their owner’s offensive so many times.

The Lancer barreled the crimson-dressed blonde, cutting a swath through the enemy lines—dragging Keisuke along with her— once she set her eyes on Nero’s current form. What in the world was she thinking? “How— no, why?” Elizabeth asked while hugging the other girl.

“Laaaancer! Do you know what you are doing!?” Atalanta yelled at the opposing Servant in a feral voice, her face contorted in a feral scowl.

Regardless of her foe’s reply—if there was ever was any— the Berserker never halted her charge, not giving any ground to the Lancer. Once she was within range for the final lunge, Atalanta tackled one of the wolves, throwing it out of balance before delivering a swift kick that would send the massive beast flying toward her target as if it were a mere ragdoll.

Instead of exploring the blind spot she created for a direct charge, Atalanta dashed aside with blinding speed, reaching the edge of the forest in the blink of an eye. The Huntress jumped and used a tree as a springboard to propel herself to another tree laying a little further behind the Lancer. From there, Atalanta went for a presumed killing blow, aiming her claws to the back of her opponent’s neck, hoping to catch her opponent with her guard down before the wolf even hit her.
Mao

Mao peeled his gaze away from book just as all sorts of individuals began filtering in, making the already cramped store feel more like a sardine can.

“Just one more normal day for the Soulflame, huh?” he commented in an introspective or, perhaps, nonchalant tone.

He would have returned to his endeavor, unmoved by the commotion were it not for the gigantic rabbit brushing against his side.

“If it’s food for the mind that you seek, you have come to the right place,” Mao said, turning his listless gaze towards the living wall of flesh that startled Chen Lu. “It’s alright, no one would cause a commotion here,” he added, addressing his protege in their home language before turning his attention back to his previous task.

“November of 89, huh?” He thought out loud, flipping a page of his book seemingly minding his own business again. Only someone who knew Mao for long enough would be able to notice the minute signs indicating that he was anything but unaware of his surroundings and potentially ready to kill at the drop of a hat if need be.
“That’s just how Miso City is. The folktales say that it’s sitting on lands impregnated with powerful spiritual forces, but the truth is that...” Luna made a pause sighing as she sheathed her weapons before continuing, “that’s just how this place is. Don’t put too much thought into it and you’ll be all right.”

The blonde dismissed her transformation, shivering a bit as the coldness of the early evening caught up with her again.

“Well, we wouldn’t be able to see one another while we were transformed if we weren’t, right?” Luna replied to Yui’s question as a witty smile graced her lips.

[color=palegoldenrod]“It’s my pleasure. I’m Luna Tsukuyomi, a first-year student at Miso High,” she introduced herself with a small, courteous bow. “And my… rough friend here is Soma Ikka,” Luna added, gesturing towards Soma.

“If you don’t mind, can we continue this conversation at a warmer place? We were about to enjoy a nice serving of fresh udon. You are more than welcome to join us,” she said as she turned around and cast a glance at what seemed like the first of many snowflakes that would extend their stark blanket over Miso City on that night.

Somewhere far away from the hills of Old Miso City, another magical girl stared at the same falling snow with her lips twisted in a quizzical grin.

“If that’s the problem, I don’t mind taking the bed,” Black Shot shouted back after her partner’s voice tore her attention away from the frozen precipitation and whatever ephemeral thoughts occupied her mind until now.

After she said her piece, the dark-haired magical girl stopped for a moment, considering whether or not to abandon her assigned post and join Kanbaru’s fight. Instead of doing so, and potentially upsetting her partner, she decided to observe from her current position, waiting either for an upcoming ambush, or opportunity to sweep in cleanly whenever Kelly lowered her guard.
