Bio

Hello! I'm LadyRunic! But you knew that...

I love most types of Role Play, but by far my favorites are those that are well thought out and worked with. Especially when you can find a group you can work well with. I love books- So many books. It's a running bet that I will become buried under a pile of said objects one day... I'm a tad busy, and when an Rp really catches my interest I'm inpatient for posts. It's like reading a good book and getting stuck on a cliff hanger.

You can generally expect posts regularly once a week if not more.

I've RP'd for the better part of fourteen years, so I can honestly say I have some experience and I've developed the understanding of what I expect of a partner in a one-on-one or a group. I'm also the sort who will speak up and point out something if it looks off or forms a problem to me. I spent most of a year once stuck in a Voice Chat Rp that was hell on Earth, so I'm straight forward when I need to say something. I expect this in return from my Rpers and DMs. I want to improve my writing and love constructive criticism.

"Because safety is in numbers, like a herd, flock or school." She gestures for the older teen to follow her. "Come, walk with me. No one will question two people acting like they belong." Moving on her way and not watching to see if she follows or not, and talking as if she will. "I stay so I can gain more skill over my power, more forms. I could go elsewhere and learn the same, it is true. But if I leave... I'll be brought back to my mother's caterwauling." A bitterness entered her voice. "I've only been here for less than a day and I set my mind to give it a chance." She chuckles darkly. "Me, giving something a chance. Slim hope." She glances back. "What's you're sob story? Ma an' Da start shrieking and kicked you out?"
Bones creaked as the winds roared through the Fall Court. Falk was standing to his full height. Casting his fell voice upon the Fae Winds he sent out the call for any fae to hear. "Shirk ye at thy duties, to not gather as we convened thus every Moot?" The public rebuke of Summer and Winter cast upon the Realm was very public and purposefully insulting. Shadows raced about the Fall King like yarn about a spindle, hiding him from sight as a second wind converged on the Standing Stones of Britain. As they dissipated Falk stoon before the ancient meeting place. His dark hair tugged in the phantom wind. "Greetings Spring, well thou art to be the first arrived." He strode purposefully to the center, standing at his age old place in a parade rest. Legs apart and hands held behind his back. "Thy Court be well-?" His grey eyes gleamed with amusement as the ancient magics of the place gleamed in his memory.
The girl step aside, inclining her head. "You're on the run. I won't stop you." She noted, drawing the idea from the way she wanted to go on the move. "Heck. I'd even join you, or be sorely tempted." The bitter truth was that she dared not to leave. The school was sure to miss her, and thus she would be hunted. Something Desdemona would rather avoid. Though somewhere a little thought echoed loudly. She could shift to any animal she chose, all she needed was the anatomy. To study it for a time. Once done she would be impossible to hunt, or nearly so. Hesitation showed on her face clearly, with a sort of longing. How she envied this other who could as she could not. How she wished to take to wing, hoof, and paw and leave for the sweet mountains and forests. Or the ocean even. That thought brought a bloom of joy to her. It was the last form she learned and she was anxious to feel the skin warp and cold currents wash over her as she was at home in salt and foam.
Tilting her hooded head, Des watched the entire thing happen as she slowly walked over toward the girl. "Shh. Sh. Sh. SH." She shushed her. "Not a threat to you, don't panic." Her voice was harsh, almost condescendingly. Careful not to touch her, she crouched on her heels, toying with her sleeves. "You're not a student here, and you're breaking into the storage room-? And I thought I was odd for living in the wilderness." Adjusting the heel of her boot.
Feeling and seeing the Earth Nymph come, Aisling relaxed only slightly. None of Fall would allow her injury, wary against the Fall King's retribution. Giving a short bow, her groceries jangled again, as she says nothing but moves on. Heading back to the Court of Fall. It was little good to talk to Fae, and the foolish fairy that had threatened her was little threat now. Her knowledge, thought not much, was extremely useful when dealing with the Fair Folk. Know what to say, when to say... More importantly was what not to.
@rechonq No, that's why Fae generally use them.

I'm on at about twice a day. Morning and night.

Slipping out of her packs with a grateful sigh, Trisana Chesire looked about the abandoned mine town. They had traveled a ways, and she was grateful there were no real injuries, nothing life threatening as of yet. Looking at the dilapidated cottages, Tris sighed. It wasn't exactly hygienic or secure, but it was serviceable. Glancing at the Alpha female she spoke through the shared mind link. "I'll check about to see what we'll have in herbs and such. I'm placing a claim for my own cabin, so if one of you do need me I can ensure you won't be disturbed and be with my tools." Her tone carried deference towards the older female, but the request was an iron law in the doctoring of others. Not waiting for a answer, no sense in waste daylight. Tris scooped up her pack and walked over to examine the cabins. A small one would do. Something for two. If more came she could and would lay claim to another's den for a time. While she was entirely grateful for the pack taking her in, she was determined to give them her all as a Healer in return.
@KioruxSesheema @rechonq To clarify things. No one knows Aisling name, it's kept from ALL Fae.

Except for The Fall King.
@smarty0114 Post as often as you like. But don't get all 1 v 1. You, other person, another person, You- ect.
@smarty0114 Name rule applies to both Fae and Human alike. As human can use it on Fae. Fae can use it on Human and Fae. Humans cannot use it on Humans unless granted such a ablity by Fae.

@Natsu Segments of the name do things, but at a lesser scale. The more of the name, the more power over the being.
