Bio

"If you kill a man, you scorn his wife. If you kill his wife, you scorn her child. If you kill her child, you scorn his village. If you kill his village, you scorn the kingdom. If you kill the kingdom you scorn an empire. If you kill an empire, then who is left?"

The constant internal turmoil between LeeRoy and Silvia raged on.

And by raged on I mean it was an endless passive aggressive standoff.

You'd have to be a fool to stand up to him.

You'd be wrong in that assumption.

Look at how calm he is, it's like he lives for the express purpose of kicking ass.

Literally a nineteen eighties action movie protagonist. Musclebound but not terribly smart, just look at how aloof and vacant he is.

I think you might be mistaking calm malice with stupidity.

Unlikely but potentially.

But in the face of someone who trumped him in height, weight, and fitness. Someone who looked as savage and wild as he did calm and aloof. Someone who lavished in bloodshed and murder.

LeeRoy spit.

Though, much to his distress he had forgotten that he was wearing a helmet. On the screen of which he had left a dab of saliva that slowly crept downwards, leaving a slimy trail behind it. This made thinking a slight harder.

Why?

Laughter.

Cacophonous laughter from the metaphysical orifice that serves as Silvia's voicebox. It was deafening and hurt his head with each chortle. No amount of ennui could salve this sort of wound, LeeRoy had done something stupid with the intent of riling a response but had instead wildly embarrassed himself.

That is to say, would have embarrassed himself if he had that emotion anymore, and now all he felt was a mild annoyance and disgust. Which one could liken to embarrassment.

LeeRoy opted instead on a proper kick to the jangly bits with an upward kick of his right leg. A simply enough move, twist the hip, turn the body and sharply raise your shin upwards into the groin of your opponent. Whoever this savage was, he was going to be treated like a savage.

Savagely.
@Doc Doctor
Oh shit, I forgot to post.
@DLL Huehuehue, I just planned out my next two moves. They're gonna be fuckin' sick.

@Starfall
I like the idea, but the main concept is that every part of the world is taken from the homeworlds of each of the characters. There ARE no normal people. That's kind of the entire idea behind it. To have unhappy normal citizens would immediately decimate the entire idea of a planet that was made for these superbeings.

@ImportantNobody
I'm trying to keep this roleplay contained to a single planet because of how annoying the planet system was in the previous MV. I don't break character, and nobody else should either. If I can't explain why I'm traveling from planet to planet without any real reason other than my character feels like it. I'm avoiding doing it, even if it ruins the roleplay for me.
@DLL
It's chill my dude.

I too am a flake.
@Rilla How about maybe?
@MelonHead
They're programming videogames right now, so it's totally up in the air whether or not they'd be roleplaying. But I consider Tantalum my foil, since he's way more level headed than I am. And he's got a widely differing opinion than myself. It's to give a significantly different view on the issues at hand than a view that I would own my own or from someone of a similar mindset to my own.
1: No tier limitations, save Ultra-High and God-Tier of course. Since we don't want the planet popping in space. Let's say that beings THAT powerful have their own plane of existence and leave it at that. Though the previous tier system will be a five tier system instead of three. This gives more wiggle room for the rules of engagement.

Low

Low/Mid

Mid

Mid/High

High

Rules of Engagement are as Follows:
If you are a tier higher than your opponent.
Your opponent can choose to fight you alone.
However, they are allowed to bring in a companion.
As long as all parties are in agreement.

If you are multiple tiers higher than your opponent.
They may bring in multiple companions.
Or agree to challenge you alone at their expense.
This allows for more fair fights.
Encourages cooperation.
And allows for challenging more powerful characters.

This tier system isn't stupid either.
There is no such thing as invincibility.
If you're stronger than your opponent, it doesn't mean
you won't take damage from them.

2: Standard Arena Rules, though with a few additional to keep things clearer than your average roleplay. I'm not going to enforce a numbers system, but what I will enforce is clear character sheets. If I can't understand what your character can do, I won't allow it. I tried changing the rules before when I hosted the last one, but it didn't work out too well. So I'm sticking to the basics.

3: Player driven, mostly. Though I'll try my damnedest to get stories rolling. This is much more open world on a much more reasonable scale than the previous Multiverse. The planet system was kinda shitty, since getting from planet to planet was frustrating. This is an Earth Sized World and it's possible to travel by land sea or air to get where you want to be. And since there will be a news network, people will be able to find hotspots where fights are active.

4: All characters. Except maybe really bad ones. Like. . .

Oh previously stated, no ultra-high and god tiers.

5: I'm probably not going to mark this as ranked. So there won't be any ranked judgement, but if there is dispute about posting or moves, I'll step in to rule.

6: So far, myself and @Tantalum. We discussed his participation over skype, and he's agreed to help me out. Though I might need a third who's more active.

7: Factions are character created and run, with an agreed upon leader. I will keep a list of factions and I'll have to draw up maps of where their zone of influence is. Factions grow in influence by increasing in number or winning battles.

8: No >:C

Instead we'll have a centralized urban area where the characters can do normal things and converse with eachother. Bars, restuarants, the whole lot. I'll describe its appearances once I get the first thread open.

9: *Jazz Hands*

Trains that run inexplicably to every major location. Totally instant travel, despite them just being trains.

10: End goal implies there's a starting point. Honestly there's really no over-arching plot. Since this is going to be mostly player driven, any major plot that seems to pick up interest will become the major plot of the roleplay. Until the interest fades in that, and a new one emerges.

But it seems you are wanting to separate it from contact outside of its own self contained world. So that might not work out to well.

That's literally the opposite of what I said.

As your name falls into obscurity, as your influence grows. So to does your home shrink and envelop.

If you're unknown? You've got no power, a small place in the world.
If you're well known? You've got power, a large place in the world.
If you're legendary? You're all powerful, an empire is yours to control.
