Question: Is magic a thing in this RP?

Also, if it is, how would it work? Would it be a strong visible force like mages throwing fireballs or more like the magic from Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones. Where it's more of a behind-the-scenes-force.
Province 55
A certain mage
In the early light of dawn, a band of young elves were swiftly moving through the forest. Armed with spears and bows. While the first was a very standard weapon within Engelican border, the bow was an odd and strange weapon. Yet still traditional weapons among the elves. Most were fashioned from a single piece of the rare silverwood tree. Even in this band, counting over 20 hunters, only 2 carried the silverwood bow. A weapon so lethal it took years of training to master it. Hunters like these were a rare sight indeed, and often were hired to join a lord’s hunting party. Or they went out to hunt on themselves. Trying to corner some animal that would supply them with highly desired hunting trophies. Not every ruler these days had time to go out into the woods for day son end.

The band’s forward scouts swiftly spotted a white deer grazing among several other normal ones. For a second they couldn’t believe what they were seeing. The strange animal looked as white as snow. Its eyes were an icy blue. Obviously they quickly returned and alerted the band of their find. The group of elves moved like the wind. With soft but fast steps they surrounded the herd. The two silverwood bow wielders readied their arrows. Pulling back the strings. But the second they took aim for the white deer, it looked up. As if it sensed the peril. Before the bowmen could release the arrow, the target dashed away. Swiftly moving in between 2 hunters. Too fast to even catch with spears. But the hunters wouldn’t give up that easily. They started to chase it. Soon the deer was nearly cornered, and the hunters gathered up.

Yet right before the arrows shot forwards, the deer jumped into a fallen tree and simply vanished. Baffled, the hunting party approached the seemingly normal log. The deer seemed to have vanished in thin air. Until the bark of the fallen tree began to crack. It started to expand and twist and crack. Soon enough it turned into a 4 legged beast. For a moment, it looked at the hunting party. As if it was confused. But soon a roar of anger echoed through the woods. The elves, realizing the foe would be beyond their power, started to run. With the monster in hot pursuit. When suddenly another, lone elf jumped out of the woods. He simply held out his arm at the beast. It stopped right before the lone elf. The hunting party had already run further. Slowly the lone elven mage approached the creature. Which began to bow down its head. The elf put his hands on the head of the creature. Through the cracked of the bark skin of the creature a soft green light emitted. When the light faded. It went back towards the heart of the wood. Leaving the mage with a small sapling in his hands.

Well invading (or trying to) Aer is probably a VERY bad idea. Like there are several Seraphim's guarding that moon. I called it a fortress moon for a reason. So I'd personally wanna keep any conflict away from that and keep it centered around Anuria.

That said, maybe through FTL tracing or something? Like MSSC's generally aim at a certain point, charge their drive to jump an X amount of distance (the more they charge, the further they go) and then jump. I'm certain Ashtar (who were still in the vicinity concidering they merely jumped a little bit away just to get out of the main line of fire of both Vaeger and MSSC forces) could use radiation readings to see how far the MSSC jumped and through combat footage see in what direction. However, as they are probably somewhat damaged from the Vaegir and MSSC skirmish I'd think they'd first retreat, group up and then assault aimed location. which buys me enough time to get a very basic understanding of the psionic abilities through brain scans. Just a suggestion.
The problem is that there are no logical reasons why any research facility would be on Anuria. It's literally in the middle of the entire war. I could say that they keep him onboard the Seraphim carrier though. After some basic research, the Ashtar could jump in and capture him back? Because the fleet that has him right now will probably jump straight towards the Seraphim so the Ashtar fleet should have no problem locating the Observer.
Well, he'll be brought onboard of the Seraphim-carrier very soon. After probably 1 other post the guy will be transfered towards Morelia's fortress moon of Aer. So I do think he'll be beyond your grasp then. But if you want to target MSSC entirely for retaliation purposes: bring it on!
I'll be honest. The second he even attempts to rip something appart he'll get shredded.

Also yeah, there will be a large black zone of the 3D rendering of the ship where the armory and engineering is obviously.
I agree. My admiral will throw a tantrum when she sees her throphie literally evaporated. Also, yeah the 2 captured ones will have gotten away along side some shield tech which in the far future could serve as an shield bonus for my ships. Also some monitor tech (which is probably far less valuable than the shield tech). Also, you said SIF had the say through most of the ship. Would you mind if that meant that they knew where most rooms were so through 3D scanning and combat footage scientists could create a holographic structure of an Archangel's interior? So in future my ships would know what was where to hit it and boarding vessels know where to deploy the troops closest to rooms.

Concidering the 2 captured Ashtar. I'd say that it's up to you when the knocked unconscious one wakes up (and when/if he commits suicide).

Last I'd say that some Soldiers died but all SIF (excluding Tanner who got shipped out in time).

Also I'd say I lost 2 Virtues and a Dominion due to the heavy blast and most of the sublight engines of the 2 Thrones would also be shredded.
@Romero Question, the familiar unit. How many "creatures" are in each unit?
Are there any pre-set animals or can we suggest some of our own?
I just realized something. Does Anuria have dangerous fauna or flora? Like the Thanator from Avatar? Or Star Wars's Rancor.
