Probably not very well. He likes to be seen socializing, but it's pretty hard for him to actually socialize in his state. He's probably talked with Light a bit on account of them both being freaks who can't turn it off, but other than that he probably keeps to himself, does the job, and pursues his agenda. True that; it's just that with most of the Heroes from Arc II gone, I either have to fill up the Inner Circle with OC NPCs or use more recent characters.

At what degree do you say Owlman knows the other members of the team? AKA My character, Patriarch's character, RoflsMazoy's cahracter, and the like?
Also how many people are on that team? I can't remember everyone.
The senior members of the Reformist Council (not including those recruited IC) are:
- Cedric Wessex/Starchild
- Adam Savage/Warpath
- Zachary Talbot/The Owlman
- Olivia (I forgot her Hero Name)
Charles Thompson/Spectrum is a new recruit.
