Cedric barely managed to dodge the ethereal arm, straining his Power Armor's systems and accidentally slamming himself into a wall when he did so. He knew that the end was near, that all his life, all that he had worked for was endangered. He now knew this; that even an incomplete victory, or a defeat where something was salvaged, was valuable, valuable because for both sides of a war, complete victories were...difficult.

On second thought, the tone of this RP clashes with my preferred playstyle, which is to try and 'fix' somewhat dark worlds, and I don't think FL will allow me to do that, at least, not as one of my preferred style of character.
