Current Two days ago, Noble Arms is indisputably four years old, spread out across three threads, and the third thread is still ongoing and about to reach the endgame...

Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Still don't know if I should reclassify or nerf my character.
<Snipped quote by TheWizardLizard>

I'm gonna do it sometime tomorrow so wrap your stuff up guys.

@Letter Bee
There's a ten year age difference between her and Lucas but she is the more mature of the two? That begs the question, has Lucas been doing drugs or drinking hard for the last few years?

The last character we has that was that fast was Max Velocity, an SS class meta. I also think she needs to be a B class.

What c3p-0h said.

Also, will change Lizzie's classification to B-class, then, unless I mistook your intent and want her to be nerfed.
@Vilageidiotx, Thanks!

gtg rest.
The Next Day

Ursula and Rei had left; Emperor Michael had decided that those two would be useful for an ambassadorial job - aka increasing his influence on their homeworlds - instead. The remaining members of the group, Jupiter, Ninty, and Henry, were gathered near the Gummi Cruiser that they would stay on for the duration of the journey, where Emperor Michael would introduce a new member to them.

"Everyone, this is a late arrival, Mackinzie Little," the Emperor then gestured to a 17-year old who walked on artificial legs. "He isn't a Keyblader, but he is an expert in technology, and, like Jupiter, has a strong Heart that can manifest a Keyblade eventually." He then smiled. "Anyway, you'll find the required information about 'Reign of the Confederacy' on the ship."

And with that, the 14-year old left the group to get acquainted with Mackinzie, as well as enter the ship. In said ship, which was piloted and crewed by Moogles, were the same luxury facilities that were in the palace, as well as an arsenal, a navigation computer that controlled the larger guns and the stealth shield, and of course, a library that contained digital and paper versions of books.

Within those books, they would find out that the world of 'Reign of the Confederacy' diverged from the Original Timeline when Lee won at the Battle of Gettysburg, securing Confederate Independence. The Confederates then became a Pariah State due to their retention of Slavery, especially when they invaded Mexico on a pretext, winning large swates of territory, before failing at Cuba due to their undersized navy.

Now, it was twenty years after Gettysburg, 1883, and the Confederates have become a Police State as well as a Pariah Nation, using violence to cow both Black Slaves and Poor Whites, maintaining themselves only through political inertia on part of the Union...an inertia that is ending right this moment, as the Union readies a full invasion of the Confederate States in conjunction with a Black Slave Revolt.

However, the coming of Magic and contact with other Timelines was changing things; the Confederates were recruiting the traditional 'losers of history' from more 'modern' timelines to help them fight against the coming Union assault. South African Afrikaners, Neo-Nazis, French Algerians, and traditional Nazis were gathering at Richmond in a great symbolic 'White Alliance'.

But, at a plantation at the far outskirts of the city, Heartless were battling, and consuming the local guards, traditionally used to keep the slaves in line. There were Shadows in flying masses, and Air Soldiers, and Hook Bats in the air, while on the ground were Soldiers and Large Bodies, along with Red Nocturnes who were setting the place on fire. Not merely that, but the sensors can also detect the presence of a Princess of Heart there.

So it was time, time to defeat the Heartless and Slavers, and rescue the first of their targets, and perhaps (Henry would probably insist) a flight to Richmond in order to decapitate the burgeoning threat. Either way, they had to decide fast, not just on how to rescue the Princess of Heart, but also how to do so without attracting the attention of the forces mustering in the nearby city.

"Remember," said a voice over the Speakers; it was Emperor Michael, "I, Damianos, Giorgios, and the Senate-appointed commanders are coming close to you with a fleet of Gummi Ships and troops should you guys need it. I'm also negotiating an alliance with the Union and Mexico; it's not just the Confederates who are seeking allies. Nevertheless, do your best, and don't forget the disguises, should you need them!"

The plantation came into view; it was a paradoxically wonderful-looking victorian neoclassical mansion surrounded by fields of wheat and sugarcane, except for one quarter where the Slave Huts were. In these huts, the slaves were putting up as brave a defense against the Heartless as they could, although by rights, they should have fallen by now...fallen by now if not for a girl, of about 16 and wearing only rags, radiating a soft light that repulsed the dark creatures, while at the same time attracting their attention.
Sure, go ahead. We can always do a bit more later anyhoo. :3

Thanks; have the time to talk privately?
Leader Name: Theophilius Melissenus (Theophilos Melissenos)

Faction Name: Roman Empire

Map Province: Dicose of Egypt

History/Bio: The Dicose of Egypt suffered under heavy taxation and religious differences, although for several reigns, the Emperors have tried to find a compromise that would please both East and West, sometimes favoring the West, sometimes favoring the East. The latest compromise was Monothelism, the idea that Christ had two natures, but one will, which in turn was seen as a 'lukewarm' and 'watered-down' version of Chalcedonian and Miaphysite doctrines. The reason that the Early Church was so insistent on dividing itself via debates on the nature of Christ was because of their adoption of Pagan Roman Philosophy, most prominently Neoplatonism, whose distinction between the material and spiritual influenced people from Origen and St. Augustine.

Needless to say, this adoption made even the slightest of differences into a philosophical, life-and-death situation, literally. Not merely that, but the adoption of Pagan Roman Mores, including the rule that Women must adopt the surname of their closest male relative or husband, also permeated Christianity, turning it from a religion that made widows and unmarried women relevant, to a religion that lynched Pagan Female Scholars in Alexandria itself.

Okay, enough lecturing. My point is, the conflict between the Melkites (Semitic name for Orthodox/Catholic/Chalcedonian) and the Miaphysites in Egypt itself was divisive and destructive, but at the same time, more managable than it looked as long as one concilated the landed families that held all the power. And that was what Theophanes Melissenos, once he came to power in Egypt, started to do.

Born to the Urban Elites in Constantinople, Theophilus was no genius, but still a bit of a savant, who rose up in the ranks, including in the last great war against the Sanassids. Enduring several defeats before final victory, Theophilus learned much about war, but at the same time, from the final campaigns at Cestiphon, also about how superior tactics, mobility, and yes, deception, are vital to turning the tide of a battle.

In Egypt, Theophilus began hearing words from Arab Merchants of the actions of Muhammad, as well as his battles. At first disdainful of this new 'Prophet', he nevertheless retained enough presence of mind to know that as exhausted as the Roman and Sanassid Empires were, they might be caught by a surprise attack. Not merely that, but the fact was that he was prescient enough to know that the normal Roman treatment of the Arabs in Arabia, which inovlved using them as pawns in the Roman - Sanassid conflict, and, like all pawns, casting them aside when they're no longer useful, created much resentment. Therefore, his current advice is to treat the Ghassanids and other Christian Arabs more fairly instead of treating them with disdain.
@Letter BeeJust saying right now, Sebastian is going to call her Rainbow Dash when he finds out her nameAnd he totally doesn't watch Friendship is magic, why would you say such a thing

She's also there to date Jackson.
So, had enough Character Development, or do you want me to delay my GM Post further?
Name: Lizzie Fair
Alias(s): Pegasus
Age: 16
Affiliations: Heroes
Factions: Reformists
Description:

Powers: Lizzie/Pegasus has three weak powers that add up to one B-Class power.

Flight - Goes without saying, Lizzie can fly up to supersonic speeds (though she doesn't usually do that unless specified) and create small tornadoes.

Cloud Manipulation - Lizzie can touch clouds, move them around, and make them rain, hail, snow, or even send out lightning bolts, as well as scuplt buildings and furniture out of clouds, which only she can touch.

Super Strength - Lizzie is as strong as a Shetland Pony (Yes, I mentioned the p-word), meaning that she can punch as hard as a Pony can kick, pull around fully-loaded carts, and pulverize small objects.

Weaknesses of said powers are the fact that aside from Pony Strength, Lizzie is no good at close quarters.

Skills: Track and Field, Usage of Nonlethal, Self-Defense Weapons, Laser Tag.

Equipment: Pepper Spray, Gun that fires Incapacitating Foam, Smoke Bombs, First Aid Kit.

Ranking: B

(Optional) Brief History: Lizzie Fair had always been an adventurous gal, tomboyish, ready to hang out with the opposite gender, and, well, ready to get in trouble. This increased when she found out that she was a Meta three years before the Present Day, and her parents sent her to the Reformists to, well, actually learn how to control her powers and to channel her gifts for the good of humanity. Of course, as her parents happened to live right next door, she was able to visit them every day. Oh, and she's also a My Little Pony fan.

But, seriously, she's a loud, brash, headstrong little girl who has great power, great responsibility, and actually deals with it more maturely than Lucas.
Because the RP's focused on counterfactuals (and Big Hero 6 is one), and Double's new character comes from Big Hero 6?
