Personally I'd like to keep the OOC in the OOC where everyone can see and participate.

Also, could you explain the mechanics of how Presumption of Innocence works when you have time? For example, is it legal or moral crime, and if so, under what legal/philosophical system? Is it only crimes acted upon, or does thoughtcrime count? I ask because when I read through I noticed some weird hiccups like Akasha triggering despite having zero ill intent and how Nico doesn't seem to ping no matter what he thinks but Alice does? Also the lingering scents, thing. Does that mean he can track people by crimefart or something?

It's all very confusing to me, is all.

And Nico pinged a lot; Mikhail just doesn't mind. Mikhail himself also stinks to his own magical senses, he sees that as a push to get better.

As for the lingering scents, that's because I'm presuming that due to Jasper's school accepting anyone, even criminals and misfits, a lot of bad things regularly happen/happened there despite the best efforts of the school, and some aura of those accumulated, leading to the stink of crime and villainy lingering. Basically, do enough immoral things in a place for long enough and the place acquires a certain atmosphere...

Despite Alice being the one thinking she's in a dating sim, Nico attracts potential love interest as fast as a harem protagonist at this rate.

@Scio Oh! January's question reminds me. Does Four Winds have electricity? Although, if tech does get interfered by magic, probably electronic devices as a whole wouldn't work here but idk.

You know...it would be interesting if Nico turns out to be the 'protagonist' of this RP, considering the fact that he's the one with the most conflict centered around him. What would Alice think of that?

@banjoanjo, It doesn't help that Alice is lying to get Nico's attention, implying that all she's interested in is getting in Nico's pants without getting to know him. So Alice has her own part to play in that slide.
