Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

@ClocktowerEchos, yes. One prospective player, @Keksalot, will be a Super Mutant with permission to have more points to spend on more attributes; in exchange, however, I will be sending what PCs I can against his character once the game starts.

@APRoll201984, you can be neutral, just interact with other PCs or create two major NPCs (who are permitted to have SPECIAL stats) that can interact with other PCs.

If you have a custom faction, I will allow you to control minor NPCs but they won't have SPECIAL stats.
