Once upon a time, I used to cheer for May the 4th... now I cry with disappointment. *Except Clone Wars S7 and the Mandalorian - they are awesome*
I know the limitations, it's the distance still. In Arena combat, places treat teleportation as a high tier ability, and they often don't teleport but around a set battlefield. Yours travels the distance between the Sun and Earth, and presumably anywhere within that distance.
With the new changes, I would request a Nerf in the teleportation. Because. Traveling the distance between Earth and the sun, is something akin to a very high level ability even within the confines of the limitations.
He's supposed to be able to teleport from one planet to another as a use for travel, with each teleportation having a cool down of 12 hours. He doesn't teleport in battle, he just does it to travel from one place to another. I can change it if you want, but I'll need to edit a thing or two.
You can in fact post just for the character that is free at the moment and give a few more days until we are certain on Ryo. If he cannot come, then you can push Shizuka out of the way and keep going.
I'll see if I can post today, otherwise expect one tomorrow.
The battle may be slow, but I don't think it's that dead. It's that time of the year again, so I guess that activity is unavoidably going to take a dip.
That said, @Lmpkio, I tell you to not wait for @Ryonara for too long, we never know when he can have another RL emergency and be unable to play for some time.
Adding the benefit of the doubt to it, I say that more or less 01 week since their last post is more than enough to be considered a safe/fair wait. After this we can call them again, giving a few days, if nothing still happens we move on while sidelining any stuck characters.
Very well, I can continue. However, you want me to just have Mephilius knocking her off somewhere and keep going? Or just simply post for Unit T. Thinking the former but Im just wanting to be sure.
Motto: “Where there’s adventure, there be monsters.”
Leaders: Richard M. Malkovich - President and founder of GHEG, Richard Malkovich is a calm and laid-back individual, always ensuring that your stay and hospitality are satisfied. However, he is always serious when it comes to a mission at hand, always stressing the fact how the organization is hunting not extensively for purely just for profit, rather more so for the fun and experience. His job is to brief the Explorers on the mission they are about to attend, the possible dangers, and objectives. Despite being once a famed hunter, he has since retired from that career choice due to an injury of his left leg.
Phoebe Quinn - Leader of Domino Squad, Phoebe is a seasoned veteran and one of the oldest members of GHEG. While she looks like a tough and no-nonsense kind of girl, she’s actually rather friendly once you get to know her. She’s very supportive of her teammates and is great at leading them towards their objective. Afterall, she previously participated as a Special Forces Unit for the United Federation of Planets before keeping it low and eventually finding herself here.
Min Mu - Head biologist and scientist, Doctor Mu has been researching alien ecosystems for over thirty years and has categorized a total of 3,000 species of fauna and flora across various unknown regions of space. Graduated from the University of Galaxia, he worked for the Intergalactic Taxonomy Organization (ITO) for 10 years before being found by GHEG’s founder, Richard Malkovich.
Description: The Galactic Hunting Exploration Guild (GHEG) is a guild that is centered around exploration of unknown planets and star systems, as well as taking part of legal hunting expeditions under the strict eye of the United Federation of Planets. Despite their status of seemingly wanting to ruin nature, they are in fact wanting to help and preserve large areas of ecosystems and catalog unknown species of fauna and flora. Hunting, to them, isn’t simply about trophies or money, but also for the respect for nature and the love for the process and atmosphere of the hunt. They do not hunt animals in large quantities and do not kill any endangered animals under any circumstances, unless they are an invasive species. They are known to take out various illegal poaching squads whenever they are given the chance, occasionally hunt giant Mega-Fauna, classified by Min Mu as “Kaiju-Class” creatures, and even aid in disaster-relief operations.
Goals: GHEG’s goal is to explore new and unknown planets with wild and exhilarating exhibitions and hunts, while also providing preservation support to various ecosystems of interest. In addition to preservation, the Guild is known to take down and arrest various illegal poaching groups and provide occasional disaster relief to those in need.
Unique Abilities:
Customized Weapons/Gear/Vehicles: Guild members have access to various customized weapons, gear, and even vehicles that allow them to deal with the mission at hand. There are weapons used in immobilizing creatures for study (not killing them), weapons and gear used to take out illegal poaching squads, and even those design to battle huge mega-fauna creatures.
”Neutrality” Compact: Despite having close ties with the UFP, along with significant funding from that government and others in support of environmental protection, the Guild does not take part in major military action with the UFC, other than occasional disaster relief and against illegal, black market, poaching squads. They are a mostly neutral faction that often goes about its own life and missions. If there’s any “faction” that they are undyingly loyal to, it would just have to be with mother nature herself. They’d usually run from any major confrontation with major empires, unless they are blocking their escape route.
Territories: N/A: GHEG doesn’t have any authority to uphold any permanent territories. It can only hold temporary ones untill governmental forces arrive on scene to take the land-process from there.
Critical Point 1 - Space Station Solaris: GHEG’s Headquarters are stationed within Space Station Solaris, which also holds other various shops, offices, and the like. This is where they store all of their tech, ships, weapons, gear, and planetary ecosystem information. If this space station is destroyed, and if everything hasn’t been evacuated from the station, the Guild will basically have to start all over from scratch.
Critical Point 2 -Cargo Ship Voyager: The Voyager is a recommissioned Elaborator-Class Cargo Ship that is used to get from star system to star system. It’s essentially the hub-ship for any Guild members and can carry a vast assortment of weapons and vehicles inside. If this ship is destroyed, the Guild would have no access to get from planet to planet and if on an unknown planet, it would leave them stranded.
Critical Point 3 -Dropship Hyunwook: The Hyunwook is a Stealth-Class Senator Dropship, provided to GHEG as a gift from the UFP. It’s the Guild’s most trusted dropship in carrying its crew to and from the planet’s surface, having saved more butts than one can imagine. While it is reasonably easy to repair, its destruction will certainly cause a painful sting to the Guild.
Allies: United Federation of Planets: The UFP is their biggest supporter towards conservation of ecosystems, as well as their mission provider. However, GHEG does not take part in any major military actions, except on very rare occasions towards nearby disaster relief missions.
Enemies: Illegal Poachers: As conservationists, their mortal enemy are the ever-present black market illegal poachers, who want to make a profit by killing animals and selling their body parts on a large scale, with no care to how it would affect the ecosystem. While GHEG does do hunts, they do not hunt in large quantities and at best they always take the entire body with them, donating them to museums to put them on educational display or laboratories for research purposes. The Guild always try to confine the poachers and call for governmental assistance to arrest them.

Title: “Supreme Bishop of the Quintalian Star System”; “Prophet Of Gilthrantropi”
Height: 2.4 Meters Tall (8 Feet)
Weight: 91.17 Kilgrams (201 Pounds)
Age: 1,091 Years
Race: Quintillian Alien
Tier/Influence: 4 (National): Medium-Advanced
Groups: N/A
Appearance: Nebulius is a tall, bluish-grey alien, with a lean body and long lanky arms. His skin looks rather reptilian and semi fish-like, with nobbs lining around his shoulders and at the back of his head. He has chilling-blue eyes that can stare deep into your soul with darker blue pupils. His attire is based of royal armor, which while light and doesn’t protect him much, it does it’s purpose rather decently.
Personality: From an outside perspective, Nebulius looks and feels impassive, with not a single spark of emotion being hinted. He often looks with a cold gaze and speaks with a monotonous tone. After all, his god, Gilthrantropi, has ordered him to seal away his emotions in order to become balanced with the universe. Nebulius speaks with neutrality, sometimes offering help if he deems it fit according to both the asker’s aura and his own stance in balancing his Kunami energy. He calculates his situations with pure logic to retain order and balance wherever he goes, rarely hesitating to reconsider any action as long as it pleases his God. Many also consider him as heartless and remorseless for one day being an ally and the next being their enemy.
Yet does Nebulius want this personally? Not exactly. Like his God, he wants to see the world to be balanced and stripped clean of chaos. While he’ll go to great measures in achieving this goal, some of the actions he took go against his personal beliefs. He will show no tears externally, but he’ll grieve heavily internally. He cannot talk back to his own God, for if he does, he risks his own demise, throwing away his life, hopes and dreams in the process. He is ultimately trapped and is unable to get out of the hole dug for him. Yet he continues to force himself to please his God, even if it’s against his own beliefs and word.
Powers: Magic: Nebulius wields what is known as ‘Kunami’, which in short, is what the Quintillians call “divine magic”. This magic stems from a the Supreme Bishop, in their monotheistic religious group of Keltianophy, blessed by their god Gilthrantropi. Those who are blessed by the Supreme Bishop are connected to the Kunami Nexus in which they are provided basic low-level powers like telepathy, teleportation, and a basic elemental manipulation power of their choosing. Overtime they can improve on their Kunami and learn new and more powerful abilities, eventually to the point where it’s said that one can separate their spirit from their body in Astral Projection, allowing them to traverse into Falion (Heaven) or Noqul (Hell). Nebulius, being the Supreme Bishop, has access to a whole variety of abilities (minus Astral Projection; an ability he is trying to learn), some of which are exclusive to his rank alone. These include:
( 4 )Kunami Essence: Nebulius is able to create eldritch-esque energy spheres, beams, and shields based off light (Fali) and darkness (Nol) from his staff. Both forms are capable in hurting enemy opponents if used correctly, but using one type for too long and abusively will cause the user to die. They do more damage depending on the aura the opponent possesses (see Aura Sense). They are to be used equally, the maximum ratio being 60%:40% before risking the user’s life.
Light Kunami (Fali): Light kunami allows the user to deal more damage to those of “dark aura”, and is used to create primitive life and for healing those in need.
Dark Kunami (Nol): Dark kunami allows the user to deal more damage to those of “light aura”, and is used to corrupt life and cause utter destruction.
( 3 )Aura Sense: Nebulius has the ability to see the auras of any living being he comes across as black, white, or grey. If the being’s color is more towards white, then it’s considered as a mostly good character. If the color is more towards black, then it’s considered as a mostly evil character. If the color is grey, than it is determined that the character is balanced in both sins and virtues.
( 3 )Levitation: Nebulius is temporarily able to levitate off the ground up to several meters.
( 3 )Passive Teleportation: Nebulius is able to teleport within a distance of 20 meters. He cannot use this this ability while in combat, hence the name “Passive Teleportation”.
( 4 )Telepathy: Nebulius is able to contact individuals telepathically as long as they are within his sight of vision.
( 4 )Psychic Shield: Due to already having a reasonably strong telepathy skills, it also allows Nebulius to be immune to almost any telepathic attack or ability used against him.
Weakness: Constant Balance: Also known as the “Fali-Nol Oath” (literally meaning “Light And Dark Oath”), it restricts the abuse of either Kunami energy to be abused or be prefered over another, forcing the user to balance out both energies. If he uses one energy for too long, the user will die and sent straight to Falion or Nogul, depending on which power he used the most. There the user’s soul will be tortured for eternity, unable to escape the clutches. It’s fine to slightly use one power over the other for a period of time, but it must be balanced by an equally powerful action based off the user’s initial action. Say if the user used Fali to save a person, it must balance it out by using Nol to kill someone. The maximum ratio the user can endure is 60%:40% and can be sustained for a week before starting to wither away. The only way for the user to bypass this risk is to be on a planet that is “balanced” or a place that artificially stimulates this effect.
Equipment: Staff Of Quintessius: A staff handed down from generation to generation, the Staff serves as the power to communicate with God and to create the light and dark powers. One who it worthy of the Staff is able to use it, while those not worthy are left with a worthless, unbreakable stick.
History: Nebulius Lumvari Suprema is a Quintillian alien, who originated from the Quintalian Star System, from the planet Quintilla. His planet is rich with precious resources and minerals, allowing his race to create massive cities that can be physically seen from space. They are a highly religious and technologically-advanced species, worshipping their God, Gilthrantropi, in what they call Keltianophy. They made massive monuments and huge churches to worship him, in which they are granted supernatural powers for their devotion. To represent his presence in the physical world, a Supreme High-Bishop is chosen by him to be his “prophet”. The High-Bishop is then presented with the Staff of Quintessius, a staff that once belonged to Gilthrantropi himself, now used to communicate with him and to control the powers of both Fali and Nol, their version of Light and Dark in that order. With great power, comes great responsibility, as they are responsible in keeping their powers balanced and in order. One power must never be favored for a long period of time, or else the Bishop will die and his soul be tortured for eternity in either Falion or Nogul, Heaven or Hell, depending on which power they prefered. When that leader falls, a new one is almost chosen immediately to replace it.
Nebulius is the thirteenth Prophet to take the helm as Supreme High-Bishop, having ruled for 839 solar cycles as of this date. For years has his people experienced peace, justice, and order throughout the planet. Everything was balanced and just. Then one day, the voice of Gilthrantropi spoke to him. He said that while this planet has achieved total balance, it wasn’t enough. The entire Universe itself must be balanced in order to achieve absolute harmony and to unify the world together. But how, one may ask, how can they just go around the universe and simply balance out a star system or even a galaxy one by one? According to God, there’s a much simpler way. Near the center of the universe, legends have told of a giant palace. A palace that contains a device so powerful, it can warp time and the fabric of reality itself and grant the user the ability to fulfill its greatest wishes. This device is known as “The Gorge”. If Nebulius can get to the device, he can fulfill his destiny and bring complete balance to the entire universe, where eternal peace will be forever kept without the presence of evil.
The Bishop accepted that mission.
A week later there was a massive farewell party to the beloved Nebulius. He said goodbye to his family, friends, and those who followed in his footsteps. Boarding a giant ship, he sets out on an odyssey that’s expected to take several years to complete. As the years went by, he slowly got closer and closer to the center of the Universe. However, just before he could make the last hyperspace jump into the Center system, a rogue unidentified object collided with the ship, setting it off course and hyperspaced into an unknown system, far, far away from the center of the universe.
When Nebulius came out of hyperspace, his ship crash-landed in a nearby planet, leaving him stranded and lost. Ghilthantropi was not pleased that he was taken off course and, despite it not being his fault, cursed Ghilthantropi with the “Fali-Nol Oath”, in which the user must keep both sides of his Kunami in check or he dies and gets tortured for eternity. While Nebulius initially had a similar oath back on Quintilla, it wasn’t as strict as compared to the curse. If he won’t be able to issue balance and order upon the entire Universe through “The Gorge”, then he might as well do it the old fashioned way. Spreading balance between worlds, or “cleansing them” as it’s said.
Now Nebulius wanders the universe in an attempt to somehow get to the Center and be broken free of this hideous curse. His life is now literally in the balance. Will he find a way to reach The Gorge? Or will he be cursed for eternity?
