Considering that;

1) Everyone but Althea, Esther, and Regina have close-to-short range weaponry the missed shots aren't a concern for most.

2) That there is bait (Leblanc) implies the intention to manipulate the Rocs into a predictable position to strike them.

And, again, retreating into unknown territory is dangerous if they come upon yet another monster and find themselves confronted on the ground and the sky. Avoiding fights may be all well and good but one mistake and you'll find everything you snuck passed is running to stab you in the back. Stay, fight, and you'll have relatively secured a point to organize and operate out of as they plan to capture the target monster.
I mean, i get she may want to be a guerrilla fighter, but when you are already engaged and surrounded from the air, it's more of a detriment then a benefit if they attempt a retreat and only expose themselves to attack trying to break for cover. Birds of prey kind of excel at diving upon prey like that.

And that's not to mention that this expedition is into monster filled lands, so if the Cadets can't rebuke adolescent birds, they are going to have no hope in the future. So the Princess would probably see them come together in defense then scatter into the woods which could hold even greater threats amidst the dark of leafy boughs then flee with their tails between their legs.

It's not like we have some objective to be completed at all cost, like blowing up a vital bridge along a supply line and can't afford to get bogged down, otherwise Regina's tactics would be perfect for the situation. It's time to grind EXP, not save your MP for the Boss~!
@Banana

Luci doesn't care. He's having a panic attack and isolating himself. She'll ignore him once she'd gotten past Wolf. If Frog decides to try anything, that's on him.
Well then, if Awesome doesn't make somepost OOC or IC by tomorrow, Luci is taking Wolf down and moving on to Lucille.
I'm still waiting on Wolf for Luci and Frog vs Bonesword and Wolf.
Well while I question that line of tactical assessment and recourse, the post is formatted adequately.

Suparna Wolgen

At some point Diana had hijacked their flight, but in all fairness Suparna assumed she was more well informed then her and was welcoming of a little guidance not derived from hunting instinct.

A decision well worth it as Diana ushered them towards the unbridled maelstrom of conflict whirling over a sea she never recalled existing. Had they not been chased by an irate creature from another age then this would have been a great time to slink into the shadows and enjoy the spectator sport, but alas she was swept off her feet and carried like a blushing bride through this conflict, Diana making certain to rub up against the biggest, baddest creature she could find before taking the both of them into the water.

It was rather hard to drown a maggot, but weighed upon by Diana and her own vestments and the two dived to what they hoped was a safe distance relatively quickly. Blinking to herself in the pitch black waters, only assured of her companion by the tactile sense of arms curled around her, Suparna almost felt as though they were safe and isolated from the conflict.

Were it not for Chirada failing to dive down with them. Being a winged carcass whose most notable feature is being hollow save for the vast repository of maggots, writhing tentacle intestines, and sharpened bone, Chirada was a stubbornly buoyant bastard and hovered over the water, avian head quirked in such as way as to convey the expression,

"Well, I'm fucked."

It was still connected to the other half of the maggot collective, Suparna witnessing the battle of titans unfold with some interest, more so when Khaine burst into the cavern and began to assail the cieling in some intentional pattern she couldn't discern the cause for. Regardless, he was on the offensive and his target was the ceiling, so it didn't take a genius to guess the nature of his actions, especially when she had nothing else occupying her attention.

She reached and shook Diana, trying to motion for them to surface and escape while the monster was distracted even if it was difficult to see. "Now's the perfect time to return to our original course and blow the tunnel behind us, leaving the beasts to duke it out!"

Though perhaps she could do something to tip the scales against Titanica. Chirada's head snapped towards the colossal Vessel and snapped it's wings outwards, the weaponized corpse carrying an air of grim determination amidst a rising aura of hunger. They'd never hope to puncture it's hide in any reasonable amount of time, but Khaine had wounded it and now Zeruel was grasping it's full attenion and was likely to leave the lizard battered as well.

And open wounds were invitations for the carrion to feast!

Rocketing up into the air, Chirada was put a gnat to these titans and that was exactly what it reveled in exploiting. Worms to be trodden under foot now rising- RISING!- up to devour them from within. Racing along the curvature of it's back, every beat of its wings scattered hungry larva along open wound and scale, eager to multiply and feast as they burrowed deeper, seeking to negate and ultimately overwhelm the healing factor.

Even when Khaine would bury them beneath an impossible multitude of earth and stone, the maggots alone would be free to devour their pinned prey and perhaps move onto the rest. It wasn't certain of affiliation at the moment, but chose to leave Zeruel free of maggots so it could better distract Titanica. For now.

Leblanc Farris

[[ Location : Abandoned Settlement]]

Her hands came to rest idle beside her as the votes were cast, tallied, and taken as the suggestions they were when Ires and Gradon rose to helm the adolescent unit with an air of...disappointment? Disdain? Even with her eyes focused upon the Princess it was hard to discern exactly what it was but it seemed likely the future monarch was eager to witness the command of others and was left wanting as responsibility was left unclaimed.

Not like Leblanc could alleviate this, as the sorts of people she could consider amicable with were a far rowdier crowd and more prone to trying to gouge her with a hidden knife then offer a bowl of venison. She sighed and averted her gaze to take in the greenery overwhelming the remnants of civilizations failed conquest and felt herself wishing for the tension of tight packed alleys and the clamor of crowds milling down highways with not an inkling of what occurred beneath their feet.

"Hmm?" Dour thoughts were dispersed as smoke on the wind stirred by the arrival of avian death, colossus of the sky circling above them with ill intent transparent. "I'm not one for animals, but this is worthy of an exception."

People scattered and ran for cover, marshaling their Vessels and preparing for the attack of the titanic Roc's- juvenile age not withstanding, a large bird of prey was still big- while Leblanc drew forth her primary knife and dipped it into her jar of paralytic poison, not bothering to do the same with her throwing blades as she doubted they'd pierce the bird's hide's, let alone cripple the birds with any relevant speed.

"Bait, you say?" Her ears perked at the Princess' words and she leapt horizontally on hyper coiled muscles, her Vessel working overtime to enhance her muscles beyond normal elasticity, to skid along the grass with excitement flashing on her stolid face. "I'll volunteer for that duty. Worst comes to worst, I'll be curious to see how far of a fall I can survive."

Blinking, she turned to Tzi as she darted for the square, making a show of ignoring the dangers as she cupped her hands before her mouth and shouted. "Hey Tzi, be careful when you cook anything I stab here unless you want us to fall over for a day or so. Cook it thorough and we should have no problem, okay!?"
I understand why the warning was given, but it was definitely one that you could construe as sorta singling you out.

It was a warning applicable to every RPer in Notes but seeing as Leon and Natsu were the ones positioned away from the group and/or likely to distance themselves, they were Mentioned.

Seriously, this isn't a severe matter and it's been blown way out of proportion. A warning is not always cause for alarm, but consideration.
@Leotamer

For whatever reason you and Merc reacted explosively and defensively to KoL's warning. Perhaps it was the directed nature of the post that alarmed but to clarify further upon Windel and KoL;

For being a stealthy rogue who can operate away from others, you are still confronted with risks for choosing to play in such a manner, and KoL is firmly establishing now that the possibility of threat exists so that if such were to ever occur, it would not be from out of left field but because of a conscious decision to operate based on a riskier play style that brings you satisfaction in playing your character.

The lesson is: Do what makes you happy, but accept there is danger in a lone wolf play style just as their are advantages.
