Alright people, we've had a good run but its time to pull the plug on this RP. We've lost too many players and all the inertia has been lost, not to be recovered. Time to shut this one down before we drag a corpse into the New Year.

It's been a pleasure hosting you all, and on behalf of Windel and KoL, we thank you for playing up to now. Happy Holidays and congratulations on surviving finals. Ciao.

Suparna Wolgen

Driven by the adrenal rush of combat rather then her typical hunger for meat, Suparna rode the wave of maggots with a more focused fervor for slaying their flesh-less foe. She watched it for signs of attack and true to form it didn't disappoint as Diana's breath attack was redirected in a sweeping faster then the dragon herself could cancel the attack. Gritting her teeth she willed her swarm to split, a small portion clinging to her upper back before she leaped over the roaring plasma and left the rest of the mass to flatten against the snow to duck beneath the brunt of the attack.

"That's it bastard, I'm dragging you down now." The maggot growled as rolled across and sprang to her feet in a dead sprint, swinging her sword prematurely to fling globs of carrion trailing down her arms and the length of her sword at the Lingering Will, a prelude to another running leap before she thrust the tip of her sword through the armor's visor with her clinging swarm quick to follow through the potential breach even as bullets of fire swarmed all around them.

With the grace of a dancer and the brutality of Ira, the armor proved itself better at following Suparna's direction then the dragon was.

"Well that escalated quickly." Suparna spat as she picked up her slackened jaw and affixed the armor with a serious gaze. It was fast, strong, and rather obviously heavilly armored with just a glance, but as Suparna drew in the smells around her, she found it odd that past the ionized air and driven snow, there was a lack of scent from within the armor. The grill upon the helm suggested it wasn't an enclosed environment like something a Machina soldier would produce, and if she were to further hazard to guess, this wasn't the product of advanced technology either.

"Just our luck. Even the armor in Valhalla wants in on the fighting." Seeing Diana rally from the attack and rebuke the armor with a stream of plasma, the Queen of Carrion surged into action as well atop a wave of fast moving maggots. "Diana, keep it pinned. I'm going to try and get inside and stuff it into bursting!"

Riding parallel to the plasma she charged the swarm forward, intent to crash upon the armor and drag it her excess mass before it had a chance to do any harm to Diana with further dueling. If her hunch was correct she didn't expect a meal to be waiting inside there, but she'd like to see the thing move when it was buried inside and out.
Fazzer and Me, as far as I can recall.

Ditto
@Hammerman

Well you can put if off and just post without using the Spirit until you can think of one. Same for the added powers, if it's that much of a road block to writing.
@Noodles

It seems like you are a forcing a similarity between the Vassal and Spirit, not just in power but in description of the hydra as well. Just because the Vassal is a sword doesn't mean the Spirit has to look like it was transfigured from one, but that's really just a nitpick of mine if you are certain of it.

As for the powers, again, they don't have to be the same. It's not expanding your skill set in the slightest if you have to choose between healing people yourself with a sword or doing it with a Hydra. I suppose you're welcome to try it but seems a waste to me.

In three days since I last pinged the OOC, only Zynros responded. Come on, I know Thanksgiving is hear for us Yanks but at least pull out your phone and give the OOC a nudge. This is depressing -_-
@Zynros@Hammerman@Noodles@floodtalon

Since it's you four left with us, and KoL posted for Diana to time skip the group some time ago by now, I think it's about time you starting working on posts. Or heaven forbid an ETA on when we can reasonably expect one, at the very least.

Suparna Wolgen

There should have been a glorious spectacle of carnage terminating with the pachyderm's death, yet neither Suparna or Diana claimed the killing blow and instead were left dumbstruck as an other worldly figure struck it down with no sign of a weapon with which the blow could be struck. Further cementing her disappointment was the sudden and hasty dissolving of the carcass, yet this matter was abated with Diana cleaving off a leg. "Hurry, hurry, hurry already!"

The verbalization of her command was entirely unneeded, as the maggots festering upon the severed limb gorged themselves and reproduced with alarmed speed, sloughing the meat from bone till not a speck was left of the former elephant. She willed the mass of maggots to her, surrounding herself in an amorphous blob of adulating carrion several times larger then herself in width and girth. It swelled as much as a show of force as it was a base response to the eerie figure she could clearly see was staring at her with unreadable fascination.

As a fragment of the swarm connected to her severed socket and attempted with agonizing slowness to reform in the shape of her severed arm- a feat she was quick to forsake as a fool's errand. After all, if she could form limbs of pure maggot, she'd have no need for finding a vessel- Suparna could not shake a of the armored figure creeping upon her as the blood lust simmered within her.

"Diana, can you still do that glowy dragon thing?" Suparna asked, stepping forward to join Diana while the carrion were quick to encircle their queen. "I don't think this...thing is staring just because I'm a demon. We should attack before it gets a chance to break out whatever it used to kill the elephant."
