As far as I'm aware, no colour of Kryptonite is truly safe for a Kryptonian. All have a side effect of some kind.

EDIT: Also it really wouldn't have powers so much as 'functions' would it? Cyborg, Red Tornado, Argent, Brainiac are all good places to begin if you want examples from the DC Universe.

@GreenGrenadeThanks, working on the more valuable floor plans for it now. The only real 'Most Wanted Mission' that's going to take me forever naturally is collecting all the Riddler Trophies, everything else is fairly straight forward but man the Occupy Gotham and Roadblock ones are way too many haha.
Having a slow day at work so I started some plans for the Titans' Tower.
No one paid her much attention, which both annoyed her and made her determined to show the rest of the Titans how much better than them she believed she was. She closed her eyes and rested her head against the seat for the remainder of the flight, envisioning what she planned to do come game time.
This makes me chuckle slightly as both Eric and Evan took time to monologue about how good looking Ariel is. Apparently they need to man up and talk to her haha.
Might you be needing a robot?
That would be an interesting addition to the mix... very interesting considering what I have planned to come.
