If I had to be frank, I must say I really don't want a 'Kid Flash' unless the GM is going to demand I either allow one or rejects my Flash sheet. I just don't see Barry mentoring someone at the point he's at. That said I have no problem with Blue Demon's Jesse Quick since she operates completely independently of Flash.

Quickstart Enterprises was set up by Jesse's father to do research into the Speed Formula/Speed Force (Legit yo) and since Jesse kept the company running after his death I was extrapolating somethings and I wondered, If The Flash was contact by QSE, would he agree to help them with their research?
Hmmm, I don't honestly know.
One part of me wants to say no because evil organization vibes (not saying they actually are but hey when you're the fastest man alive, everyone wants to steal your speed.)
But another part of me wants to say yes because it's good to have allies.
I could see him giving them a chance anyways.

I think it would be more to be able to write out Barry meeting another Speedster in the IC than to pre-establish it personally.

Well I went Jay Garrick as being a fictional character after all. Wally, I'm being vague on as there's still a chance someone might want to play as him but I personally see him as being Joe's nephew and being more like this version, since Iris is adopted and not a West by blood and I think it'd be really contrived for Wally to be her brother who was also adopted. (Yeah that's where I choose to draw the line on contrived :P).
If I'm accepted as Flash, I would have to say I don't want Bart running any time soon, (I'm still skeptical on Wally if there's Jesse Quick. Don't want the RP to be over saturated with Flash-Family.)
So yeah I think that should wrap up everything.
Yeah, all things considered it's better not to get too bogged down with things like this, just let slip the dogs of war and see what happens. A kind of sliding continuity that Marvel used to use, retconning as it went along if need be, is always better than setting things in stone before the game has even begun.
