Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

Ethan

As Ethan approached, the rustling grew louder and more frantic. Then he would soon hear voices. Quiet, yet squeaky, like a child. But it was no child. "Wheres? Wheres the foods? We want to be eatings!" Carefully Ethan may peek around and notice, perhaps to his horror, that the ones here were not villagers or humans; it was goblins. Clad in crude piecemeal armor, wielding iron spiked clubs specked with rust and blood. These goblins obviously have been looting from the dead, as they smelled of waste and death. Ethan could count at least five of them. They haven't noticed him either. They were too busy trying to break into the general store, bashing their clubs against the doors and windows, but they were tightly boarded up. But he should move fast. One started to sniff around and spoke up. "Waits. I smell humans. Or maybe just a human."

Katherine

Kathrine would proceed towards the trapdoor entrance that was in the Drunken Dragon itself, with everyone giving her a wide berth. Even when Livia called out for her Katherine wouldn't have heard it. If it wasn't for Livia's hug, she might've not even known that Livia was following her. For a moment she would snap out of it, albeit in a daze. Katherine would have felt as if she had just woken up from a daydream. Perhaps she was just tired. It has been quite a harrowing day after all. Indeed, Katherine's eyes would feel abnormally heavy and her body was sluggish. Doesn't help that she drank that entire mug of Magic Hammer in one sitting, so she was also certainly on the edge of drunkenness. Whatever feeling Katherine decides to rationalize, she would at least know that she was tired in some form. Sleep might be good for her.

Livia

Petr just looked, stunned, while his mates also looked stunned but quickly began to rib and insult Petr for having his woman stolen by a girl, though Petr was just too surprised to even feel angry. In any case it would seem that Petr and his lads would leave Livia alone for now, and one thing she might notice is that everyone else seemed to leave Livia alone too, at least while she was with Katherine. Even as she hugged her sister from behind in the middle of the Drunken Dragon, as bustling and busy as it was, no one so much as glanced at her, not even Petr or his boys who had resumed drinking. Livia could certainly tell something was off with a little bit of thought, but the source or reason would require further investigation. She'd also notice that Katherine looked tired. Somehow it appears that she had bags around her eyes and her body looked haggard, though Katherine herself may think otherwise. It had been an exciting day after all. Arriving to the Frontier Town, meeting with new and familiar faces, being chased around Underhaven, a lot of things to take in. Livia's cat also made an appearance, having somehow separated from his caretaker to meet his new master. Creme mowed cutely, trying to get Livia's love and affection.

Chopper's smirk faded as Mamafang entered the conversation screaming, berating everyone as if they were insolent children. This just made Chopper angry and insulted that she thinks that just because Chopper wanted to negotiate a price that she somehow doesn't take any of this seriously, and especially didn't take kindly to being insulted with the sort of words you'd expect from an internet tough-guy, and not a levelheaded or responsible guild leader. Chopper made this much known. "Hah! And here I thought only Relka really beleived in that whole "might makes right" nonsense. But I guess it's only natural that power corrupts, isn't it Mamafang?" Chopper gave her a dismissive snort and hopped off the King's chair. "That sort of attitude is exactly why we have so many PKer's and players who don't care of listen to you or these other guilds. You want to talk shit to us and then claim the high horse by thinking you're so much wiser and experienced, expecting us to be thankful that you're even listening to us, that's how you get a rebellion started."

Just to show that Chopper didn't care for Mamafang's attitude or authority, Chopper even stepped up towards her and looked her in the eye, face-to-face. "You want to talk real world, than you know that anyone who isn't your ally is your enemy. Because no one who's neutral wins; it's always been a dog-eat-dog world even before we all got stuck in the Elder Tales. You want to kick me out because I'm not your toady, than go for it! Thousands of other players out there already disagree with you and they're showing it by attacking caravans and not following your bullshit laws ran by bullshit leaders. If your only plans for dealing with them disrespecting and killing them, you're just contributing to the same cycle of revenge and violence that is our problem in the first place. Because here's the thing; death isn't permanent here." Just to show how little of a problem Chopper even has towards pain itself, she took her Bardiche and sliced her own neck, doing a critical amount of damage to herself without even flinching. She was just a solid hit away from dying right in front of everyone. Anyone, even a level 1 new, could kill her now, but despite that Chopper continues on talking.

"Can't just go all Mama Bonesaw and kill someone you don't like and expect that to be the end. No one fears the guild because the only threat that could have work in the real world, like permadeath, isn't a problem here. At best you do the American thing and imprison and enslave them and hope the rest of your lemmings doesn't think too much about institutionalized slavery, which I'm sure you and your family are A-Okay with, huh?" Chopper turns to leave with a grunt, not caring to listen to any rebuttals. She had work to do, and a conspiracy to now form. Perhaps it was petty, but if this was the organization that was suppose to bring peace to the realm, than Chopper wasn't going to side with it. As she walked away and towards the exit, she drank a low level healing potion and tossed it off to the side, restoring her health to full. "I don't trust anyone who expects me to work for them for free first. That's the sort of shit corporate motherfuckers use to screw over subcontractors. I was being nice by volunteering to do the monster job, but if that's how you're going to treat people who want to help, then fuck you and everyone who kisses your rotten fat ass. As for the rest of you, I hope you know what you're doing. It'd be terrible if you ended up shafted out of payment because someone thinks you did a shoddy job."
Orchid wasn’t surprised by Crispy’s reaction. Not just Crispy disbelief of her origins (Orchid could hardly believe it herself) but also his reaction towards the others. Frankly she was surprised to see the pixie again. Not particularly pleased either, but she wasn’t going to complain too much about it. Ash introduced herself peacefully enough, and the pixie decided to introduce himself with some sort of profound prophecy which made Orchid tempted to shoot him down right now. Crispy, naturally, thought this was all a trick. She needed to dispel this immediately and put a hand on his shoulders to bring him back to his reality.

”This isn’t a trick Crispy. Like I said before the monsters were acting weird. No… They’re just like us now. They talk. They’re as smart as you and me. They’re even willing to work other other monsters to survive. That’s why when Rattleskull started going around killing the others in the cave, all the monsters came out and fought the goblins instead of each other. Things are changing. You’re going to have to get used to it. Otherwise you’ll end up like old Rattleskull.”

Orchid was starting to get tired of having to constantly explain things to Crispy, but she’ll have to keep going at it if she wants to get the goblins on her side. While she has some influence, the other goblins will fall to Crispy’s side now, and until she can gain the loyalty of the others he controls the goblins. She needed to say something that could calm him down and make him not feel the need to be so paranoid about these monsters. Even if Orchid has to lie.

”They actually helped me survive before I met the other goblins. If they wanted to kill me they could have when I was still weak and stupid. But they didn’t… So I trust them. And if you want to survive, especially outside of the cave, you need to trust me too.” Orchid pointed towards the forest and wanted everyone heading in that direction. ”Now let’s go before any unfriendly monsters find us. I only got the ones who I could trust. Who knows what else will leave the cave now that Rattle is dead and new monsters start moving around.”

Chopper didn't seem too bothered when Park's defiantly took the biscuit away from her. Mainly because once he finished assembling the jam and bread together, Chopper's quick hands allowed her to snatch it out from his hands so she could eat it right in front of his face, her Food Fighter ability allowing her to consume the snack before Park's could get his own reaction off to take away or tamper with it. "Trust me, your majesty, those monsters will have more than what they bargain for once I'm there." Chopper turned her gaze to Relka who was starting to annoy Chopper with the chaotic evil mercenary act. It just made the fellow merc sigh and shake her head. "You know absolute freedom is the birthing grounds to tyranny, my fellow myrmidon. Funny how you espouse the flaws of laws and praise the freedom of a video game, and yet demand that we somehow give you respect and consideration as if it's due to you."

Chopper got out of her seat and looked back towards Park with a snide glance. "Culling monsters will be child's play and while I'm no fan of politicking, I know a few people who could help ease these PvP problems if you want to pay my price. Of course since I'll be so busy dealing with that monster problem pro-bono, I'll need some funds to help grease the wheels for the PKers. Just enough to cover the service cost. 3000 gold. No strings attached." Chopper normally didn't show her cards like this, but this would be a good chance for Chopper to get some extra gold out of this. She already had plans to deal with both monsters and PKers, but if he could get money for doing both she'll milk as much as she could. Undercutting Relka would hopefully make Park's more agreeable to Chopper, regardless of her horrible table manners.

"A king must be decisive and fair. I'm sure you'll know what would be the best option for everyone in these lands of yours. I can promise you that when it comes to problem solving, you'll find no one more efficient and tactical than me. I didn't make its far by bumbling around and getting lucky after all."
Yes, I could use valiant warriors for my eventual ascension!

Slightly unrelated, but would we have access to our own tech like cellphones and computers or will we only get to do stuff like train and maybe some R&R? I could totally see Fumio trying to sneak out and buy manga and doujins whenever possible.
Chopper mostly ignored the king as she continued to stand over his meal, drink from his cup, and eat his food. It was just easier this way. As she loitered here some big guy in armor started talking about problems in the land regarding monsters, PvP, and public relations. She assumed this was with the Landers. Everyone chimed in with their thoughts in opinons, giving Chopper time to figure out what she wanted to do. "Well, monster hunting sounds fun and easy to do. Though if I have to go with a group it'll be hard for me to really show my stuff. PvP also sounds like fun. Nothing like an ambush one-two. That Lander stuff isn't really my forte though. Unless I need to fight monsters or bandits to earn their trust, I think it'll be better if I just fight people." Chopper thinks to herself as she sits on the armrest to Park's throne and was eating his meal. She turned to him directly since she figured Park's was the one who was going to divvy up assignments.

"I'll go handle those PKers. If nothing else we could cull their numbers and capture them at the temples. Maybe we could recruit them or something too. Idle hands are the plaything of the devil, so we could hire them and put them to work culling monsters just so they have something to do instead of bothering everyone else. But killing them, that would certainly do enough to keep them in line." Chopper made a mental note to visit a smith to buy manacles too. Perhaps she doesn't have to kill all of them, just stun them long enough to keep them bound and then arrest them. Death was cheap after all, but being locked away in some hole with no means to escape, not even death, could be a viable punishment too. Chopper wasn't sure if such a place existed however.
"Grrr!" Orchid growled as the dagger sunk deep into his chest. While far from lethal, it certainly hurt especially without his rage to dull the pain. He was half-tempted to get angry now and show these tiny devils what real fury was, only for a combination of Parum's healing magic and Brannor's own ferocity reminding Orchid that he should not waste too much energy on these small fries. He kept his rage at bay for now, turning his eyes to the last surviving kobold. Torus had tries to attack it but failed, but this would give Orchid a moment to capitalize on the opening. He moved just at the edge of the staircase and outside of the fog cloud, taking his hatchet off of his belt as he swung twice at the kobold, the first slash with the scimitar and the second with the handaxe. One slash to slice off the left wing, the second slash to hack off the right wing.

Before the girls could get much done, Jett and Roy went all out. It was a slugfest between the two, something straight out of a street fight before Roy started to blast lasers around. Instinctively Mamoru summoned her shield and stepped forward to protect the others from any stray blasts, though fortunately nothing ever came in their direction. Things were escalating however, and possibly to dangerous levels. Perhaps it was hypocritical for someone like Mamoru to judge what’s too dangerous, but even she at least can keep a semblance of a level head.

As the two boys still brawled Mamoru heard what Dulga said about getting out and finding a teacher. ”A teacher huh? Eh… Well, that does make sense! Alright then Gunshow, make sure everyone is safe!” Mamoru tossed her shield over to Dulga. She trusted that the girl would know how to use it as Mamoru left the training room alongside Hitomi to find a teacher. Seemed like she was going to Mako’s office, so Mamoru split off to find the teacher’s lounge. Surely there was someone there who could properly intervene. Wasn’t long till she found someone, running face-first around the corner and getting knocked to the floor.

It was Sarge, the school security officer. ”Ouch… Oh, Sarge! Perfect! There’s a fight in the training room, but not in the training rooms specifically! It’s a no-holds brawl, been told to find you so you can break it up before it becomes a mosh pit!” Mamoru hopped back onto her feet and started jogging back towards the training area, hopefully with Sarge in tow.

”Jokes. It’s just a joke. She didn’t mean anything by it.” Donny said quietly to himself when Nia asked if he was going to eat her. He simply shook his head and ate a few more fruits. When he glanced at her she looked scared. He knew because he was familiar with that look ever since he was a child. That look of disgust and fright. Worrying that Donny was more like a rabid animal rather than a human being. He got so worked up that he didn’t realize that he ate four bananas until Nia handed him a tomato.

Donny was pretty sure he asked for an apple but he wasn’t going to complain about free food. He took a bite and was surprised. The texture was tomato like down to the firm skin to the crisp juices inside, yet the flavor was apple. Sweet golden deliciousness. Donny took another bite before reaching for another apple, eating it whole as well. And he just kept eating and eating until there weren’t any fruits left on the plant. It made him feel… Sensitive.

”W-When I was a kid… Went to a f-f-field trip to an A-Apple orchard. Ran by robots… O-One of the robot’s was a rusty apple. No one liked him. But h-h-h-he taught me how to make apple food. Apple juice, apple sauce, apple pie… He w-w-wasn’t as fancy as the other r-robots, but he taught me to l-like apples.” It was a silly small story, and barely a year later a lot more things happened that made the memory of that field trip forgetful, but eating this delicious fruit reminded Donny of his simpler, more innocent days. He turned to Nia and noticed blood coming out from her eyes (Having no idea it has anything to do with her quirk), and in his panic he reached inside his pocket and gave her a handkerchief.

”Oh my god you’re bleeding!” Donny heard her saying that her quirk does weird thing to her eyes, but he didn’t expect her to cry blood. That was crazy! He put the handkerchief up to her face as he smelled the sweet scent from her. Normally this would be soothing, but he was more worried about what was going on with her eyes than the pleasure of food or scents. ”I’m so sorry! I didn’t know… I didn’t know your quirk does this to you!”

Sakura could only take her glasses off and rub her eyes in irritation as Seiko seemed to think all she did was pull off some harmless prank, and not understanding the larger implications of what she did. Frankly Sakura just wanted to leave, go play some video games, and let whatever happen happen. But she was suppose to inform Seiko exactly what was going to happen if she doesn’t cooperate. Knowing this, Sakura regained her composure and tried to explain some things. ”Binding someone to a pole and punching him in the genitals isn’t a prank. That’s assault, sexual assault too. And what Kishimoto did to Kasuke Mina is irrelevant. That happened during a combat training class and even then he was punished for it by the school staff. Emphasis on school staff; Komei is raising heroes who follow the law of the people, not vigilantes who subscribe to their own justice. If that’s suppose to be your ‘excuse’ for your prank, than your motives are out of malice, namely to seek revenge on behalf of someone else.”

As for the recent attack on 1A students, this also made Sakura angry. She even lost her cool a bit and blurted something out closer from her heart. ”Don’t you dare try to ride on the tragedy of others for excuses!” Sakura gritted her teeth and regained her composure, her voice becoming cold and icy once more. ”What happened to those students was terrible, but that is no excuse for you or anyone else to start breaking rules. As heroes, we’re supposed to maintain peace and stability in these trying times, not trying to bury our misdeeds in other people’s misfortunes. And it’s especially worse because not only did you do this prank, you involved others outside of 1B as well. They’re just as guilty as you are, on top of the problems they’re now currently dealing with.”

Sakura took out her cellphone and showed Seiko a few screenshots from FaceSpace, a social media site frequented by many school students including Komei. They were talking about the prank Seiko and the others did. ”Despite what you believe your prank didn’t get swept under the rug so much as tacked onto the many things wrong with ‘our generation’. Not many knew about Kishimoto performance during 1A’s training, but there’s plenty of talk of Komei students getting attacked by villains, and now their own hero students wasting time bullying each other instead of being worried about the threats coming after them. Obviously they don’t know all the details. But it’s not going to be easy to dispel these rumors when you don’t take any action to correct them.” Sakura put her phone away and turned from Seiko. She’s done her part to inform the girl of what is wrong and what she needed to do. But if Seiko refuses, than all that Sakura could do is report back and make a plan with the rest of the team. There was only one more thing Sakura wanted to say, this time more on a personal level.

”1B had their problems with 1A at the beginning of school, but now we’re focused on our careers and trying our best to be heroes. I actually want to make friends, maybe even some rivalries, with 1A. But this sort of petty high school bullshit isn’t going to make us any friends. 1A already hates us as it is, and you egging them off to attacking students in our class isn’t going to make the others in 1B any more friendly. You want to be a diva and stand alone, go ahead. Because that worked so well for Ezra Scarlet too, didn’t it?”

Meanwhile, shortly after Miss Mako was lead away by Hitomi, Fujino was quick to Lysander. She seemed to have just happened to come across him. She gave him a polite smile and waved at him. ”Ah, Mordred-san. I’ve been looking for you. There is something we need to discuss. It’s about class.” She walked closer to him, just enough that if he tried to escape she could intercept him. She didn’t want to seem threatening, and usually she isn’t since she tries to take care of everyone in 1B, but her association with the Class Counsel was well known even for those who don’t take part in the hero course. Helps that she also interacts with people outside of the hero course.

"Sex? Useless! I've grown far beyond the base desires of carnal pleasures. I have far more important things to do than be burdened with romance or relationships. And I pity those who are engrossed by those things! Besides, no man could possibly satisfy me, and to save everyone from time wasted or embarrassment, they're better off not trying. I've chosen the solitary life of the hermetic wizard and it suits me just fine."
