Bio

Current GM of World of Light. When it comes to writing, there's nothing I love more than imagination, engagement, and commitment. I'm always open to talk, suggestion, criticism, and collaboration. While I try to be as obliging, helpful, and courteous as possible, I have very little sympathy for ghosts, and anyone who'd like to string me along. Straightforwardness is all I ask for.

Looking for more personal details? I'm just some dude from the American south; software development is my job but games, writing, and trying to help others enjoy life are my passions. Been RPing for over a decade, starting waaaay back with humble beginnings on the Spore forum, so I know a thing or two, though I won't pretend to be an expert. If you're down for some fun, let's make something spectacular together.

Maybe I'll wait a little while before coming back to Protea, but I expect I will come back to it, so save your characters.
Arguis will be friends to all before going on a rampage and enslaving every god. Then he will rename himself Arguis, god of gods.

Escre ain't gonna buy that.
A pity, then. I'll have to wonder what I might be able to do better next time.

I do have a couple of ideas for my next attempt at an RP, though.

Thank you all for playing while it lasted.
Would it be impatient of me to ask who's not ready for the end of day at this point? I know at least that the dragon job isn't, but is that it?
I'm starting to think that there ought to be a roleplay where people play as their user personas.

Yes but why risk serious injury from the needle if the doctor does it wrong? I would take the knife.@Silver Fox

See that's another risk too. What if they couldn't wake her and it was too late for a c section? You could have died

To my knowledge, epidurals and similar anesthetics don't make the lady in question sleepy, just numb. But I suppose the occasional person might have an adverse reaction. Still, if it's a legal treatment, then it's rather like flying in an airplane: the results of a crash could be catastrophic, but the chance of a crash is so low that the service itself is utterly commonplace.

Still, the fact that many more people die to doctors per year than to guns is an acceptable justification.

But hey, I can say from experience that there's at least defense training against knives.

I imagine there is still pain. I personally wouldn't risk an epidural. Do you know how close it is sticking a needle in your back to being paralysed? I wouldn't trust a doctor for that! Or any human!

Hmm, the risk is a point I hadn't considered. Still, the statistics remain. Personally I'm not too happy about needles.
Agony was fun to watch? We must be into different things.

Well I can imagine since it's guys getting a taste of what mothers go through. xD

Then again, over 60% of women use epidurals, with more using lesser modes of anesthesia, so they don't get a taste of it, either.
*cuts the strong and turns Caits back into Caits* That wasn't very nice.

Aww, thanks Fox. You write well, too.

Lugu writes well, too.

Thanks! I knew that proofreading for typos and double-spacing my sentence starts would earn someone's approval someday!
