@The One - What I'm saying is that battle magic isn't actually a type of magic.. unless it's an alternative magic, which requires a relic of some sort.
@The One - Actually I was thinking only human.. guess I should have clarified - unless you want to somehow convince me to accept a monster for a character. xD Also I figured the limit will be one for now. I think if you stick around for a bit (sorry, used to people disappearing) I'll allow more. ^^

@PharaohAtem - Well, my character will likely be on the upper tier of power at the start due to a magical artifact, so... I'd say.. @Drazah's character is a pretty good example. A bit on the realistic scale sort of, but quite obviously powerful enough to be considered a heroic figure. I hope that makes sense.

@The One - I'd say for one, 19 years old is a bit young for a commander. The youngest is likely somewhere in the 24+ range. Other than that, a lot of her skills aren't well described. What is samurai arts? Also battle magic isn't a skill? You either do Verbal or Somatic unless you want unique magic in which case requires an artifact to replace one of those magic spells. Her leadership skill isn't well described either... what makes her a leader?

@Drazah - Only thing I'd edit is adding a bit more description to him being a master at his lightning magic. If the bolt comes from an artifact, how is he a master at it exactly? Practicing his aim? Otherwise I adore that you added a description right under his picture! Major points for that! I'm going to try and do that too! (Also if he did kill a dragon, please note that ^^)

[@Everyone] - I didn't think to add this, but I am adding a part of which kingdom your character is currently aligned with (example: Sheolan).

@BubblegumQueen - You could do steampunky too if you wanted.. though that's more the Empire than anyone. xD
@BubblegumQueen - Preferably not anime but fantasy.. but I'll accept anime if needed. ^.^

The Shackled Relic, Giver of Life, Granter of Wishes. Everyone knows of it's legend, so much so that most write it off as rumor, fairytales to give the wretched hope, to inspire the soldier, or to ease the burden of fear - that maybe one day someone will find it and they too, could ask a wish from it's infinite well of magical energy. It's said that a dragon's soul was trapped within three rings, shackled to be imprisoned forever, but if you find it and free it - you will be granted one true wish with no limits, for the soul of a dragon can unleashed even the power of the gods.

... but that's not quite true. While this role-play will revolve around the relic's power, it must be explained before you dive too deeply into the idea of it's myth. It does not grant wishes as the legends say, but instead, it shackles those that seek it - to one another. This role-play is heavily inspired from the show Sense8. It will begin with all of our characters having found the artifact at basically the same time - for their own reasons - and as it activates, each character finds themselves mentally linked to one another.

The characters can react as they wish, but this link allows each character to (sometimes without willing it) 'visit' each other mentally as if they were physically present. Of course only the heroes connected can see each other, but say Elle visits James, but Mary also visits James mentally - they can all see and interact with one another as well as continue doing what they were doing... thinking of it as expanding their minds in a way. In either case, to a lesser degree they can also sense each others emotions (but not thoughts exactly). Those familiar with Sense8, there is one difference, is they can't share skills directly but are allowed to teach each other, if they are teachable skills.

Character Creation Handbook

@BubblegumQueen- Yeah! Working on the OOC right now. SimpleD helped a lot with making the world and such. ^^ Just gotta type it all out. =3
That's about six people in total... the other two haven't posted here because I've been talking to them otherwise. =3 I'll start working on something more concrete today, I think, for the OOC post. ^^
@Drazah - Um.... ROFL.. that never even entered my mind as something in this role-play, haha.
