Niesha left the fire starting to Clif, as she sat down, and took out the small supply of pokemon food she had, offering a handful to the pokemon, she took out Bidoofs pokeball, and left it out. She studied the pokemon, offering her arms so she could climb in, and began to check the bidoof over. but there didn't appear to be anything seriously wrong with her.

"Doof Doof" Niesha said thoughtfully, trying it out for a name. The Bidoof seemed pleased with it, so that was all Niesha needed. Using a potion, she treated her, and then nudged her towards the pokemon food.

Satisfied, she took out the pokemon egg, feeling it to make sure it was still warm, and checking for any cracks, seemingly dedicated to the task as she wondered when the egg would hatch.

Having dealt with her pokemon first, she then took out a package of sandwiches, rice balls and some other foods, a small feast, but her mother had been worried she wouldn't have enough food. She held it out for the others as well

Lily took the offered phone and put it in a pocket, listening as Angelo spoke, she nodded, and shifted her pack. "I can pay you back for mine" She said, thinking if she had known about them, she would have given the money for one to begin with. She didn't know how good they would be against the hacker, but figured as long as they didn't get a bug or tracker on them, they should be okay.

Yes, it could be causing tummy aches too, just stick with it, drink plenty of water-if the taste gets boring you can put a bit of lemon juice or orange juice in it for a bit of flavor.

Sodastream's pretty nice. I make myself cherry limeades, raspberry lemonades, and fruit punches with it, and they're all tasty and refreshing. I also like regular sodas, being active enough to keep their unhealthiness from really affecting me, and drink a fair bit, but I severely doubt that it is addictive to all people. As part of a charity program for the past two weeks, I drank water instead of soda the whole time, and I never went through withdrawals. By the way, just a little fact check: the last traces of cocaine were completely eliminated from coke in 1929, just 14 years shy of a century ago. I'm not too worried about that.

There's a few good ones, going with the diet syrups so diet cola, diet lemonade diet raspberry lemonade, diet summer lime...I get it for Christmas and can't wait. I figure it's a lot more healthy then normal sodas.

You're right, not everyone goes through withdrawal from cola, but a lot of people do. Some people can drink a lot of it and not be addicted-just like coffee but others can't.

You could almost be going through withdrawal symptoms. Cola is highly addictive, and the sugar in it gives you an almost natural high. I've seen it, with my grandmother. When she ditched it, she wasn't feeling well, she had the shakes and became sweaty.

I myself haven't drunk cola in about three years, not since I learned the reason why it is called coke a cola. They use to put cocaine in it, like forty years ago. Who knows what they put in it now. So smart choice ditching it, I think. That's why I'm investing in a soda stream-you can make your own natural syrups to put on jeans it's much healthier

@Caits can you get tummy ache from drinking to much coffee. Cause I dont fell well. At all

Of course you can-coffee, too much of it, can damage the tummy lining, you can't just drink like 10 cups of coffee a day, your tummy needs time to reproduce the acid that breaks it down

But has anything changed in your diet? Do you have any other symptoms besides not feeling well? Do you have milk in your coffee and if so could you be lactose intolerant? A good way to find out is to cut milk out of your diet for a couple of weeks and if you feel better chances are you are lactose intolerant. Generally, it's not permanent unless you are unlucky like me to have it for life. Have you been sick lately, like Castro or such?

As the situation continued to escalate out of control, Gabriel gave a heavy sigh, wondering if he could do anything to simply put a stop to all this. The dragon might be a good choice, but Gabriel hadn't had a chance to work with him since gaining the spirit the day before. Rat might be good.

There was always Koda. Perhaps the cute bear spirit might put a stop to the fighting for a few seconds at least. Gabriel just didn't know. But he knew one thing, fighting would only serve to bring about some dead bodies. And before he knew what he was doing, Gabriel darted in front of Ike, forcing the Mage to either stop his attack, or attack Gabriel.

"why seek revenge when it will only make you just like the people who harmed you?" he demanded, planting his feet, he stared at Ike, any fear he might have had was gone, as he watched Ike barrel down towards him. What was he going to do, pick up a stick and throw it at Ike? Dog growled but Gabriel didn't spare the spirit a glance, as he waited for either pain or Ike to stop.

Carrie didn't get a chance to say anything else as Zephyr swung her off her feet, earning cry, and she immediately began to struggle. "put me down, you, you, you man child!" she said, finding no way of escape, almost hysterical now.

She shocked herself with tears, as she tried to hit Zephyr anywhere she could to escape, but her hits were weak, almost child like as she sought to find a way to dry her tears.
