Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

:| ..... -does the tango with you?-

Okay. That made me smile. Slightly. Thank you.
<Snipped quote by Caits>

-glomps you and cuddles-

i don't think cuddles are gonna cover it today

Mihael

"Sorry, Kitty, but you can't touch this" Uriel said smoothly, before gently taking one of Jackie's hands, a soft light emitting from his own palm. "I do not know what I'll be able to do, but I shall do what I can" he said softly.

Michael shifted, rocking back on his heels, as Uriel worked. Right now, all Michael had to do was maintain the summons, and Uriel would use his own magic. It wasn't particularly hard on Michael. "The difference is, they weren't in a battle. They reacted, yes, perhaps a bit hot blooded, but they chose to threaten someone else, and I think that would have happened even if they were thinking clearly"

Penny
@Lunarlors34
So she had some family, at least. Or did. What had happened to her, to be here with very little memory? As the food was delivered, Penny took her soup, leaving it to cool down slightly. "Do you remember where you were last with them?" She asked, trying to piece everything together, to bring Jasmine back to some semblance of normal. "I don't know who Cody is" she said, testing her soup carefully to make sure it wouldn't burn her tongue.

Carrie
@Oblivion
Carrie was not overjoyed to be forced to an ice cream place, and she thought about saying she was lactose intolerant just for spite, but couldn't work up the energy for it. She didn't particularly feel like eating, her head was making her stomach uneasy, the pound making it seem like if she ate anything she'd be sick.

"I don't think it would be a good idea if I eat" She said carefully, lowering her head into her hands, which were shaking.

Sasha
@Crimson Raven
Sasha sighed, "Your sisters attitude will get her killed one day, and given that it seems you are rather uniquely....joined that will get you killed too. I could very well leave you to whoever, whatever, wants you. But I won't. Because I don't think you should be punished for your sister's attitude.

Now, why do I have to keep you alive?"

Lucas vs Soren battle part two

Lucus sighed as he used wind to push back the attacks again before turning to Soren.
"This is a pain for both of us. You can escape any attack I launch at you, but I can sense your attacks as they come towards me. Thus, we're at a stand still." He said, a smile on his face before it vanished and became deadly serious. "However, my guild mate's humiliation on her last match still burns in my mind. And like the rest of my guild, I'm not in the mood for games any more. So you get one more attack before I begin taking this seriously and finish you off boy."

Soren thought that there was too much talk going on, and stood there silent as Lucas spoke, watching and waiting for the perfect time to attack. He attacked again just as Lucas finished and launched with an attack that shook the ground, something similar too what had been done earlier by another contestant, leaping across the ground towards Lucas.

Lucus reacted calmly and with efficiency. Kicking up the winds in front of Soren, forming a wall that Soren would find very painful to pass through. However, he was no fool. He was willing to bet Soren was simply going to teleport out of the way and he needed to stay aware of his surroundings. Easier done then said.

Soren didn't teleport, this time, he used his Contain ability, to contain the magic and shifted through the wall, landing with a slightly jarring impact, in front of Lucas. Soren figured that Lucas wouldn't expect that, and that meant he might have the upper hand, as he attacked with fire once more.

"Well, that is certainly unexpected." Lucus said. While he lost his balance, a quick shield of wind blocked the flames before Lucus summoned a blade of high pressure wind behind Soren and launched it at the mage's leg, hoping to cut some of the muscles and cripple him, forcing Soren to reply on teleportation magic, which would rapidly deplete his magic reserves.

Soren did indeed teleport, but he didn't go far, appearing behind Lucas, and threw flames once more at him, teleportign again, this time appearing to not appear anywhere else, hopefully forcing Lucas to physically look for Soren as the mage watched Lucas, looking for any sign of a weakness, as he worked up another magical attack, building it up as the wind slightly picked up.

This time the flares hit home but Lucus had enough playing around. Withing seconds, the wind in the Arena picked up to tornado levels. Lucus knew the stands around be protected, so he was going all out to defeat Soren. And the longer the enemy mage gave him, the stronger this attack would become.

A temper then? Soren could work with that. As the wind picked up even more, Soren teleported again, appearing once more in front of Lucas, throwing a ball of flame again to disturb Lucas's attack, while his own major attack was waiting, ready to use when Soren wanted to use it.

Lucus simply raced a hand and caught the flames in a ball of wind, which quickly caught fire as well before he lazily threw it at Soren.

Once more Soren used contain magic, taking the magic within to stop it, and fired the excess energy back as simply a raw force that if it hit Lucas would, hopefully throw him back.

Lucus was hit and knocked back but the wind kept him in his feet and from going very far. He stopped the tornado though, realizing something. If he launched a big attack, Soren was likely to just negate it and send a similar wave at him. So he had to simply make this match last as long as possible until Soren ran out of magical energy. Soren had been on offense most of the match and using more then he had. So it was only a matter of time.

The battles seemed to change to a game of cat and mouse, and Soren paused a moment, feeling like he was being maneuvered into a trap and that he'd do well to finish this battle sooner rather than later. So that being said, Soren dropped any magic he had going and simply launched himself at Lucas, deciding to go physical for now and work with his fists

"Fist fight it is then." Lucus said before blocking Soren's first blow. He knew he would need to stay on his toes now, as Soren was likely to se his magic at point blank range in order to land a blow.

Soren grinned, perhaps for the first time, stepping back from the block, before attacking low, watching to see if Lucas would counter. If he did, he would find that flames would reach up to burn or hurt him in some way

Lucus jumped over the attack before using the wind to blow himself away while also sending another blade of wind at Soren, once again aiming for the other mages legs. Due to the wind, he avoided the flames all together and he calmly landed on his feet.

Soren narrowed his eyes, annoyed at this attack and dodge sequence of events. He didn't attack with magic, but did contain the wind, and launched himself at Lucas again, to punch Lucas, at the last moment teleporting, to appear behind Lucas and launch another punch at him

Lucus waited and wasn't all that surprised to see Soren teleport. He also wasn't surprised when he sensed Soren behind him. Kid had to originality. Lucus side stepped the punch and used his magic to have the wind propel Soren further then the boy would be expecting, in an effort to cause him to trip over his own feet and fall to the ground.

Soren rolled and caught himself, refusing to grow frustrated. He just had to think of A way to get around Lucas's abilities. Almost testingly, he threw balls of fire from various directions, teleporting to do so, to see what he would do. If Lucas threw them back towards him, Soren would contain the magic and the push it forward towRds Lucas.

Lucus did indeed blow the flames away, looking bored as turned his head towards Soren to see what the boy was up to. Something told him it wasn't going to be good for him.

Soren gathered the magic, containing it for now, and as Lucas turned to towards him, Soren grinned, as if he had a plan. Which he didn't. He was just winging it. Moving, he didn't stay still, wanting to keep moving and put Lucas I'll at ease. He funneled the contained magic into the attack he was preparing, getting closer to Lucas, appearing calm.

He attacked with a few spats of magic at Lucas, hoping it was distracting him

"Okay, let's review here. First off, you launched those attacks with the objective of having me reflect them so you could absorb them. So that happened and you did. However, you didn't, and have yet to, launch that energy. I doubt you're using it to fuel these pests. Not only that, you're closing the distance. meaning you're aiming to unleash a close-range attack. So, come at me already." Lucus said, dodging all of Soren's attacks with apparent ease

Soren just smiled once more. He drew closer still, beginning to weave fire around both of them, appearing at ease with the use of these abilities, the fire magic in particular. as he used wind to fuel it. It used a surprisingly small amount of energy, and Soren weaved it between himself and Lucas, hoping to lure the other mage in, hoping to finish this quickly.

"Impressive wall of flames. So please, do go on." Lucus said, watching calmly

Soren merely pushed the attack towards Lucas, and didn't do much else. There wasn't really much more that he was going to do, at least right then. Instead, he waited to see what Lucas would do, ready and waiting.

Lucus just steadily dodged the attacks, though eventually one finally scored a hit on his leg and brought him to his knees in pain.

Soren didn't consider it a trap, and he pounced on Lucas, building flames around them to create a fire storm, kicking up more wind and causing the ground to shake as well, using the magical energy he had stored

"Bout damn time." Lucus muttered under his breathe. The moment Soren was too close, Lucus pounce and slashed at the boys arms and legs with blades of wind surrounding his own hands, aiming to cripple the boy to the point that he couldn't move anymore and end the match. The fire was no issue for Lucus. Sure it was hot as all hell, but it wasn't going to bother him. Wind would give him easy control over the flames so he could leave as he saw fit.

Soren let the blows land, closing in the flames, as earth rose over them. That had been a handy addition to the magic he could use, and he thought to thank the boy who he had mimicked it from. The earth encased them, cutting off the wind Soren had confured, the flames now flickering over both of them.

It would be whoever could survive the longest, and that was fine by Soren. If worse came to worse, h and could always teleport out. As Lucas blows landed, Soren was sure to move even slightly so they wouldn't hit valuable areas

Lucus looked around them as Soren proceeded to surround them with a dome of stone. He laughed though. His opponent had made a grave mistake.
"You know, I like that you can absorb magic, but I do have something to ask you: How much can you absorb?" He said before the wind inside the dome quickly picked up to tornado levels. Even if Soren absorbed the magic, Lucus simply called it up again and again until his opponent couldn't take it anymore and the winds began tossing him around the dome like a ragdoll.

Soren didn't reply, feeling no need too. As the wind picked up, Sorrn began to contain the magic, shooting it towards his dome, strengthening it and building more, making the space smaller, the flames lapping about. There was some strain as it became harder to contain, but Soren refused to give up, even as it became over whelming, he bundled the flames up in a desperate attempt to distract Lucas, throwing it at him

Lucus simply used the wind to blow the flames away and kept at it with the tornados, smiling calmly.

Soren growled, refusing to be taken down this easily, he dispelled the flames, and almost at once replaced them with Ice, the ice cascading down in small, round balls like hail, pounding against everything they hit like bullets, leaving holes in the earth

"You know, you can't keep this up." Lucus said as the winds picked up the ice and began flinging it at Soren while Lucus remained untouched.

"you keep flinging magic at me, and I'll. e able to keep it up forever" Soren replied, annoyed at this situation. A metal knife formed in Soren's hand, and he flung it towards Lucas
I suppose I should post...

Which is probably why I don't have Cassandra take advantage of that. That and it isn't really in her nature

Haha, well, I more trying to develop Cassie a bit, but she would have done it. Because...she does go for what she wants
Well. I'll still reserve judgement for now.

Too tired to think
Cassandra

@KoL

It was so interesting to watch Eris's reaction to her own admission. It seemed the simple honesty slammed into Eris and threw her off her feet more effective then a storm. Whatever she had been about to say seemed to be whipped away, as if Eris's mind stopped working. And it was almost like it rebooted as she stumbled along in her speech. She just seemed so vulnerable, and you added in the blush, and it was just too cute. Cassandra didn't think Eris would appreciate that comment, and so she kept it to herself, as Eris spoke.

How interesting it was that she seemed to, even for a moment, lose that refined manner. Cassandra thought she was perhaps one of the few to ever see Eris like this, and that was...touching. Yet it seemed as the minutes ticked by, that Eris regained her composure. And Cassandra watched her. Could this be true? Was Eris scared?

Her fumbled arguments were to Cassandra an annoyance. All could be disputed. Same sex relationships, while not the norm, were no longer frowned on. And Cassandra no more cared what people thought of her relationships then Eris did. They were weak arguments that were, in her own way, an attempt to protect Cassandra from public opinion. It was sweet. But it didn't make it any less annoying. To think, that Cassandras feelings could be swayed by public opinion?

Eris's speech seemed to regain its normal characteristics, but she stilled seemed flustered. It was just adorable. Cassandra sat through the whole thing, probably looking Mauritius as Eris tried to find her feet once more, and simply let her wind herself out to the simply fact that Cassandra wasn't going to change her mind. Which she seemed to be doing. Cassandra knew what Eris was about to do, knew that the other girl would feel like she had to prove to herself that she was in control, but it didn't make the nerves fluttering around in Cassandras stomach any less intense, as Eris kissed her. Soft, as inexperienced as herself, yet perhaps more sweet for all of that. And over much too soon for Cassandra.

Cassandra was perfectly content to sit in silence, as the moment seemed to demand it, but as Eris rose, she did to. "we all have a future, Eris. And we are all trying to catch a Ceryneain Hind. Sometimes we don't know when we have, and think we are merely chasing a goose" she said, her voice steady, clear "why should I care what people think, about dating you? There will be gossip, I'm sure, as people always feel the need to gossip, but...I'm not going to hide my feelings simply because some kid who has nothing better to do the spin yarns judges me, or you, when they probably don't have anything close to a relationship." she said, as they walked towards the theatre. Eris's words kept on spinning in Cassandras head, and she wanted to make a few things clear. "Once I figure out what I want, I don't let go. If you had continued to try to push me away, it would have been me kissing you" Cassandra bat absolutely no idea where she got this confidence from, but there it was.

"it's cute when you blush" of course some words still just tumbled out her mouth without any thought, but she couldn't help that.
@Caits
If it got broken then yes the mage would be the source of magic to regen it. Of course once it gets broken to a certain point, and the mage runs out of energy it would simply stop regenerating and just be broken as the mage would be unable to muster energy to move.
Indestructible might just be because of materials used to make it. How about just make it difficult to break?
Like the blade is made of mithril (assuming Fairy Tail has mithril XD) and the handle made of mahogany (unsure how heavy that would be) and it's magically infused during the process of creation to make it difficult, but not impossible to break.
EDIT: Or maybe her magic can enhance her scythes durability as well as her own? Sense she will her magic channels her magic into enhanced strength and speed, it could in theory be channeled into a weapon to strengthen it slightly and maybe even strengthen her own durability.
Also what about this for Manami?
Water Saint: A lost magic that has some holy characteristics to it. Her element water mainly consists of defensive and healing spells, but still has plenty of powerful attacking options.

As the water saint stuff touches on something that might interfere with @expolar's plans, I'll let him approve that.

As for the weapon, anyone could say that it was hard to break. I imagine Damian's blades are hard to break, after all. I just don't think indestructible is fair-it means you always have a weapon no matter what and that doesn't seem right, really.
@Caits
So it wouldn't be broken? I mean unless you want me to throw in some cheap-trick to spawn a new scythe everytime it gets broken. Maybe the scythe can be broken, but it regenerates over time? I mean if the scythe gets annoying what I would do is grab it and take it, or wack it out of her hand.

All weapons break. An indestructible, or even one that regenerates, weapon would need magic. What's the most likely source of magic? The owner. The Mage would, I imagine, die.
<Snipped quote by Caits>
@Zarkun
Ok so'll I just scrap the scythe and teleportation and just give her enhancement magic with an indestructible scythe instead? (By that I mean you just can't catch it and break it, or break it in general. Smack it out of her grasp yes, break it no). That sound better?
And ok I'll keep the hatred of Slayers but scrap it being remotely slayer. She would've just been raised to think so XD She will get wrecked by a water slayer, please tell me there is one XD

The indestructible weapon seems a bit OP. Convince me why I should accept it
