I don't really agree with that philosophy.
Personally, if a person has murdered someone in cold blood, especially multiple people, or definitely will kill people, their life is definitely not worth saving, protecting, or else. Maybe not actively ending, but definitely not protecting.

I know what it is to not trust easily, but I also know that...you have to start somewhere" Sasha said, giving a sigh, weary.
She was hurting, hoping that everything was okay with Lazarus. She was still so very tired, after her match and was worried about how long it was taking to recuperate her magic.
"The starting step is, I'm wiling to help, and I have access to chocolate" She said, quite easily offering a bribe for good will.

Jamie glanced back as Damian caught up with her, "I imagine there was, but I was tied up trying to stop lava from over taking the streets. Lucky, most of the bystanders got out quick smart, and we were able to contain it, and take down those that attacked us" Jamie was not going to say anything about the mess with Angelo, with Jack.
"She was downstairs in the dinning room, when I dropped Angelo there a few moments ago" Jamie stopped at the landing, wanting nothing more then to get into something comfortable and sit down for a few moments. "I've been away from the Arena for most of the day, and out of touch with most everyone. Has anything else gone on I should know about?"

While the headphones were a reassurance, it didn't mean that she wasn't in an infirmary. But she was just so tired. Somewhere int he back of her mind there was a warning that she shouldn't sleep, not with a potential head injury, but it was dull and fuzzy. She let go of Zephyr's shirt, and without that holding her up, she fell back onto the bed, curling somewhat into a ball

Carrie couldn't make herself let go. This wasn't her hotel room, and that made her suspicious that somehow he'd taken her to another infirmary. She didn't have the strength to fight, but she wasn't letting go until she knew she wasn't in an infirmary. If Zephyr tried to assist her in letting go, it would be much like trying to pry a kitten off, well, a shirt.
Her vision darkened completely, and for a moment she thought she'd simply pass out again, but it cleared slowly as she drew in a deep breath slowly.

Penny watched Jasmine, watching to make sure she wouldn't fall over again, or stumble,, that she was steady, before stepping back. "What did you remember?" Penny asked after a few moments when it seemed Jasmine wouldn't be forthcoming. Penny's main goal was to simply get the girl back where she belonged, and perhaps this would help.

As they reached the hotel, Jamie instructed Angelo to eat, then rest, before heading up to make sure Amelia and Sam were okay, glancing passed a TV lacrima that was stating the last battle of the third day was over, and they were just waiting on the results. Was it still only the third day? It seemed that so much had happened, that it was almost impossible it could happen in less then a week. She entered her roomms, calling out to Sam and Amelia
