Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

It was Eris's Message that woke her. Which put a smile on her face, even if it was a bit disappointing that they couldn't do whatever Eris had planned. It was nice to be thought of. Very nice indeed. She rolled out of bed, and blinked, still a little unfamiliar with the surroundings of her dorm room, pondering Eris's message, and trying to figure out what she meant by riddle. As she showered, she took the liberty to have a long, hot, uninterrupted shower. that was perhaps the best thing about being by herself in the dorm room. No siblings to interrupt her, or hurry her along.

She sighed happily, wondering briefly if things would be the same if she hadn't decided to move out. She supposed she never would know that. And she would be eternally grateful for that decision.

After she dressed, she felt coherent enough to reply to Eris.

Eris,

While I'm saddened to know we can't do what you had planned, I'm certain I can figure out your riddle, and that we can meet online. You certainly have given me many cryptic messages, but I wonder, do you see yourself as the moon, or the sun? Knowing you, I'm certain it's the moon, and I'd have to agree. The moon is mystical, and beautiful, quite like you.

Until we meet again,

Cassandra

P.S. I liked the way you called me Cassie, the other day.

Satisfied with that, Cassandra sat for a moment, flickering through her mind to figure out if there was anyone she had met with the name Eclipse in the game. She thought, perhaps, she had seen someone...She wouldn't have needed the hint. Not now, in any case. Cassandra imagined that Eris had been testing her, when she gave her that riddle.

Pondering that, Cassandra began to log into Deep ground online, before pausing and taking a moment to message Jukebox

Good Day, Jukebox!

I will be online for a time, but do expect I will be doing some things. If I see you within the game, perhaps we can work together once more. I do however have plans to meet someone. If I see you, I see you!

Regards, Nies Hellum

She once more began to log in.

Welcome, Nies Hellum!
[/hr]

Nies Hellum was still in the black city. And alone, once more. She knew that was dangerous, she wasn't skilled in fighting, but...it seemed a tad irresistible, being there. She could wonder about...and began what she now wished to do. No longer afraid, Nies Hellum stood, straight, and scanned the area, almost calculating.

Still, as she began to walk through the city, she was careful to move quietly, wondering what intel she could gather. And wondering if she'd be required to share it with the Green king. Mostly, she was on the look out Eris's character. @KoL@McFazzer
@KoLawesome. Gotta figure out how to have her figure it out.

I'll have a post up after I've been to the gym
<Snipped quote by Caits>

Cricket ball + getting it smashed at you + wrist = broken wrist. Very painful broken wrist, because I keep using it

Oh.

I see.

Stop using it!
I'm assuming it's this one:

.

"I see that you are someone open to possibilities, and thus someone worthy of my respect, even if our moral onsets are as far apart as the Sun and the Moon..." Eris said to Cassandra once she had finished her talk about what the perceived challenge within Deep Ground. "However, even the Sun and the Moon come together during an Eclipse, right? If that's the case, we might as well become friends on both sides."

Trying to find the riddle now
@KoLokay, I could probably do the same and search the ic

I'm just so tired

I'm happy to wait, will be a whole before I post today anyway!
@Caits

Oh, don't forget Eris' riddle from a couple nights ago, when she first met Cassie. This should allow her to discover who Eris' avatar is, if she comes across Eclipse Princess inside of DGO.

Which riddle was that?

@KoL that's fine, I shall post later on then. I can't remember where I left nies!
Niesha was slowly winding herself down. While not dull work, being a medic at the moment was not as demanding as she thought. Some accidents, yes. But for now, it seemed quite stable. She was tidying up, as Niesha set store by a clean work area, setting files aside, organizing medical gear and other such menial tasks she could have left until tomorrow. No doubt it would need to be done tomorrow, as well. A never ending war against messinesss.

She wondered who would win.

And then the alarms began to sound, the young Nimin was certainly no stranger to chaos, and seemed resigned at the noises. Although generally reluctant to use a weapon, Niesha nevertheless carried one with it, secured under her clothes where it couldn't be seen or grabbed randomly. She couldn't say it made her feel safer, but she knew what it was like to be without one. She would fight if she had to.

She could imagine the alarms were a warning, and as she went to check what was happened,'she discovered that there was some sort of ship, that appeared to resemble there's, in front of them. Was this good or bad news? Either way, Niesha jogged back to the healing bay, retrieving a field kit, and prepared to head back to the main bay, but hesitated. Once more she was acting, rather then waiting for orders, particularly orders from the lead physician. She glanced about, pondering for a moment what to do.
