Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Kalinda

@Vicier@YoshiSkittlez
Kalinda glanced over as Deon entered, Arianna hadn't taken either the meds or the drink yet, and she knew she needed to coax her friend into taking the meds, but Deon posed a challenge to that. She gave a soft sigh, shaking her head, but knowing she could really deny Deon medical care. "Yeah, I can check your nose over-" But she didn't get to finish what she was going to say, as Arianna kissed Deon, making out with him. Kalinda stood there, a little awkward, looking for a way out before she remembered that this was her cabin, and she couldn't really leave them. Especially if they were going to...oh gods. father, come take me away, please. I don't ask for much!.

She cleared her throat, but Arianna didn't seem to hear her. Choas danced around their feet, clearly looking for a way up, to poke her head inbetween the two. Kalinda scooped her up, and set her, for the moment, in her cage. At Arianna's behaviour, Kalinda knew they could be in for some realy trouble. Yet she wasn't too sure what to do. A little worried, okay-more then a little, especially as oh shit Arianna was licking the blood from Deon's face. Kalinda clapped her hands, the lights flickered on and off with a little effort from her part, "Ariana!" her voice snapped out like a whip, although she suspected that wouldn't do much, she knew she needed to do something else "Deon, you ass! You couldn't have waited five more minutes?" then she would have had Arianna medicated, and perhaps everything would be okay.

All she knew was that she was not going to get herself under Mr D's attention-that was worse then him deliberately messing up their names, if you had Mr D's attention, you were in some serious trouble. She had to get Arianna to take her medications, and sooner rather then later, or it would be her ass over the fire. Kalinda did dislike medicating her friend, and one day she would figure out a way of treating her, without the meds, but today was not that day. "Arianna, please. Please, won't you take your meds?" She said, desperately, just about begging.

She would seriously consider getting a bucket of water, and throwing it over the two of them, to simply try and avoid a disaster, but she didn't want to tempt fate right then and there.
Maria was just about ready to say screw it and leave someone else to deal with the mess before she realsied that they'd just come after her, kill her, and pin everything on her. No, she would get her goal. Sighing, she read the reports, furious. Why had no one known about these twins? Even with the destruction of their Development department, someone should have known about these twins. it infuriated Maria, and she shoved away from the desk, wanting to hit something, anything thing. But not having an outlet for that. she simply paced a moment, ignoring for the moment the ring of her phone, the ping of emails, before walking back over to the desk, and sitting back down.

She answered the phone, and immediately wished that she hadn't.

Thirty seconds into the rapid fire questions, and Maria snapped. She kept her voice controlled, although it was a little louder then normal.

"It was a goddamn earthquake, we have said we have the situation under control, do not call again, or I swear to god, or whatever sadistic bastard is out there, I will reach down this phone, and tear you're throat out"

She slamed the phone down, satisfied at that small defiance, before she disconnected the phone, and spent an agonising five minutes setting up an auto-reply message to all who were messaging her.

To all wishing to contact Maria Jordon, please do not bother her. She has another to deal with without adding reportors to the mix
Auto-response message

She spent another five minutes figuring out how to flag messages from Viccar, from her bosses, and anyone else she needed to respond to, and culled the rest. In peace for a moment, Maria pressed her fingers to her eyes, before starting to do what she had to do. She began to search what had happened, and she dispatched a few agents to hunt down the twins, and bring them in before they could cause any more damage, she instructed them to be extra careful. They knew nothing about this kids.

Kaylee and Cassandra

“Tim Tams… but you American’s don’t sell them. I swear to God, you guys have no idea what you’re missing out on…”

Frowning slightly at the mere thought, Kaylee took a moment to herself before eventually, her dark gaze tore away from the shelves to instead come to a rest on the girl that had chosen to speak, and to offer her help- the girl was cute in her own right… dark hair, sweet smile, gorgeous eyes… but even so, she just couldn’t help the way her mind once more seemed to wander back to the guy that she had run into earlier. There was seriously just something about him…

“Sorry; didn’t mean to sound like a bitch or anything. Your grocery stores… they don’t stock any of the things that we’re used to; I mean, I don’t even know what half this stuff even is…” Sighing out softly, she shook her head lightly from side to side, being sure to shoot a quick glance over at her mother to make sure she hadn’t lost her before she turned back to the shelves, reaching out so that she could grab a few packets of pocky, “..everything’s just so… different here…”

Cassie was slightly taken aback by the way the girl spoke-they didn't really get a lot of tourists from other countries, and this was something new for her. She smiled, “I think I've heard of them. There's a city a few hours away that sells that stuff I think, but unless you want to load your car up every couple of weeks, there's not really anything around here”

She glanced about them, then back to the girl, “We might have some of the same stuff under different names. Maybe you could describe them to me and I could help?” She gave a soft laugh before saying “I'm sorry, I'm Cassandra. Are you here for a visit or to stay in Red lake?”

”Stay.” Turning her head back around, Kaylee once more met with the girl’s gaze, seeming to size her up, or look her over for a bit before she decided it was time for her to answer the question a little more than she already had, “We just moved in today. My dad got a job here; and mum’s opening up a bookstore somewhere in the main street.”

Turning her body slightly so that she was facing the girl a bit better, she shifted the boxes of pocky into one arm, her other hand lifting up to brush some of the stray strands of her long dark locks back off her face and behind her ear before she dropped it back down, her weight shifting and resting over to one side as she slipped her hand down into the back pocket of her denim shorts, unable to help the smirk that played over her lips as she quirked her brow, “Why, that obvious that I’m not from here..?”

Cassie gave a laugh, “Oh, just a bit. Well, Red Lake has a lot to offer. I'm sure you will get use to it eventually” the girl had to be close to their ages, chances were she'd be in their year. She gave the girl a smile, glancing back to see if Syleste and Gage were coming before looking back to the girl. “You probably have a lot to do, but a bunch of us are going camping tomorrow, if you'd like to come with us. It's never too soon to make friends right?”

She seemed to think a moment, before grabbing another box of pocky, and looking back to the girl, a little hopeful.

“Camping..? Oh… I, uhm…”

Turning her head back so that she was able to glance at her mother once more, Kaylee caught her mother’s eyes, the encouragement behind the gaze only added to by the fact that she was nodding her head and motioning for her to go for it; to take that leap of faith.

Hesitating she tore her attention away from her mother, letting it fall over the girl’s shoulder to where she could see a young girl with pink hair hugging a guys arm close against her, the powder-puff’s cheeks a bright shade of red as she let her head rest gently against his shoulder- she was only going to assume that these two were also going to be on this trip. It would be nice… to have some friends… and it wasn’t as though she couldn’t control herself after years of dealing with the full moon…

“..oh, what the hell. If it’s not gunna cause you guys any trouble, I’d love ta come.” Unable to help the way her soft pink lips turned up in a smile, she brought her attention back to the girl stood in front of her in the aisle, her eye sparkling slightly with excitement as she nodded her head, “My brother and I used to go camping all the time with the, uh, ‘pack’- almost every weekend we were out, surrounded by the bush. It’d be great to get to know the area, and meet some new people.”

Cassie smiled cheerfully, and she said ”Oh, great! I’m sorry, did you tell me your name? I don’t think i caught it if you did” Cassandra was sure she had given the girl her name, but if the girl had given her her name, Cassandra hadn’t heard it. She continued speaking, ”We normally go up to the lake and camp there, and we meet at Riley’s place, generally” She said, giving her the address, she would have offered to pick the girl up, but she was sure she’d be picking Syleste up, and her little bug would be loaded with stuff. ”I can give you my number, to make things easier”

“Alright; so meet up at the bed and breakfast in the morning… got it.” Smiling softly at the mere thought of going camping… of making friends, Kaylee nodded her head lightly up and down, her dark eyes lingering on the address written on the piece of paper now held in her free hand- her brother was not going to like this… and there was no way her dad was going to be able to take her… maybe her mother could drop her off..? Hell, she’d run if she had to; either way, she’d figure something out.

“Well, I guess I shouldn’t keep you any longer; looks like your friends are waiting for you.” Turning her head around as the sound of a trolley approaching caught her ear, she let her gaze meet with her mother’s for a few moments before she nodded in understanding, taking the opportunity to drop the boxes of pocky into the trolley with all her biscuits before she began to follow, stopping only long enough for her to be able to glance back over her shoulder at the girl, a warm though still playful smirk playing over her lips as she grabbed her attention.

“Oh; and the name’s Kaylee Evans. Seeya tomorrow, Cassandra.”

The pure happiness enlightening Aron's face pleased Cody, even as if stabbed at his heart. He hasn't seen Aron this happy before, and indeed both twins after seemed down-due, Cody was sure, their adoptive mother, and father given what he had seen of her. He wanted to bundle Aron up, to keep him safe and happy, away from that toxic environment. He wanted to protect him, he just didn't know how! He hugged Aron close, returning his kiss, and decided he would do whatever he could, to ease his boyfiend's-boyfriend! burden. He'd figure out a way of getting both brothers out of that house.

"good cause it's been a hellava long wait" Cody said, his tone sweet as he held Aron just about as close as he could-forgetting that Aron was still shirtless, blushing when he remembered "uh. Well. We can. I've got some food here and everything..." he said, once he was sure that he could speak without spluttering too much, as he smiled.

There was a lot that Cody wanted to do, to say, but he was relishing the time alone with Aron, in a setting that not many people knew about. It was, essentially, perfect.

You're killing me, ever so slowly with this awkward adorable noodleness
Hm. I don't quite know what to write.
Ursula

Ursula began the day like she always did. Bathing, and dressing before having a quick, light meal. The woman looked at her reflection in the looking glass, pondering her appearance a moment. A little vain, Ursula was always thinking about appearances. She smooth her curls slightly, knowing that at the end of the day, they would be all over the place anyway. She smoothed her clothes, and started out. She had a small place, not really interested for now in anything bigger. Not when she had neverland to protect. The slow demise of Neverland distressed her, and each day Ursula was sure to check for signs of decay, even as she sought to protect it from Hook, the bastard that had murdered her Aunt, perhaps the only mother she had even known.

She wouldn't let Hook take such beauty again, and she would defend Neverland to her last breath if need be. Even if Neverland was dying, Ursula still knew it was beautiful, It was a haven, and it needed her to look after it. With Peter Pans absence, she would do all she could. There wasn't much else she could do. Grabbing her satchel, she slipped some potions into it, as well as a waterskin, and her battle axe, slinging it over her shoulder, along her back, where it rested comfortably.

She started out, beginning to walk the path she normally did throughout the day, thinking on the inevitable day when Neverland would be no more. One day, she would have to go away, to try and find Peter Pan, or a way to save Neverland without him. But she needed to make sure that Hook wouldn't be around to bother Neverland. Frowning to herself, she let her thoughts wander, every so often, she would crouch by a plant, or Den, pouring a little bit of a potion here and there, checking over everything, Ursula found a peace.

She loved Neverland. She loved growing up with her Aunt, as well, and it was for her Aunt that she would deny Neverland to Hook. If there was only one patch of land to defend, she would defend it. Moving smoothly, Ursula was well prepared for any sign of attack. After a while, she approached what she considered her training ground, removing her battle-axe from her back, she hefted it. The axe was weighted perfectly for her, its magical powers could be actived in a real battle, but for training Ursula kept its powers off, going through the exercises she had designed, knowing that being able to weild a weapon would do nothing if you got tired after five minutes holding it.

When she had finished, she let out a slow breath, wiping her brow. Well satisfied, Urusla walked to a brook, crouching, she dangled her fingers in the water, staring into its depth. She rose smoothly after a time, and continued on her way.
Tabitha

@Eviledd1984
"No, my sister Lucinda owns the place. Her spawn Alex is normally here, and I know that they hired a couple of bartenders, but they appear to be busy. So I thought I'd serve you" Tabitha said quite politely, turning to get the man-and didn't he seem positively angry?-A Whiskey, making it a double for his troubles.

Catching his glance, Tabitha frowned. It wasn't that she didn't know that she was attractive, but now...Tabitha knew that she wouldn't want to look at any guy like that. she handed him the drink, leaning over the country, she said, "Its on the house. Sorry for the wait, I hope the drink is good!"

She stepped back and poured herself a drink, quickly mixing it up, she seemed quite efficient at it, yet asked how it was made and she would merely look down and stare at the drink.

Holly

@Wick@BlackPanther
Holly looked up as a vampire came running in, watching the scene, she shook her head. Witches and Warlocks, always a little frustrating to deal with. She looked to Piper, not concerned with what was going on. "They say love is blind. I disagree. Infatuation is blind, love is all seeing and accepting. Love is seeing all the flaws, and blemishes, and accepting them. Love is accepting the bad habits, and mannerisms, and working through them. Love is recognising all the fears and insecurities, and knowing your role is to comfort. Love is working through the all the challenges and painful times. Infatutation is fragile, and will shatter when life is not perfect. Love is strong and its strengthens because it is real.

From what I hear, Grant's going through a tough time, right? Doesn't know whether to kill Garrett, to believe him, or to question everything his mother told him. It say thats a tough time, and yet you're there, right?"
She said, giving Piper a smile, and looking over the the warlock.
