Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Nyx smiled, letting herself enjpy Orna's rambling, as she let Castor play with her hands, and whatever else he could get his little hands on, making sure he didn't try to eat anything. "Tran was always a good brother, I'm glad he's adapted to Family life well"Nyx said,"Castor likes to make a bit of a fuss when bathing, we normally end up wet ourselves!" She chuckled, nodded at the baths, before looking to her sisters.

"What about you two?" She asked Hermia and sasha.

"Aurelia likes to fuss abit, sometimes its hard to get her to eat, have to result to quick trickery sometimes" Sasha said with amusement, "Although she's more willing with Kos, cheeky little thing." Sasha smiled, "Its been good. I know Kos wanted a boy first, but I'm glad we had Aurelia first. I just love her so"

"Yvoir is a cheeky thing too, always trying to steal food when I'm cooking, but Veax is really good with him" Hermia said, happily, "I know he was worried about being a father, but he's great"

(I couldn't remember if we had a name for Hermia and Veax's son, so....I made another one XD)
Meinjta followed Rasa, not too happy to be walking off with Grazia, finding the bat pokemon annoying at best and down right...horrible at worst. Well. She could think of other words beside horrible. She sighed, waiting for Rasa to deal with Kaiser, not really trusting the fainted pokemon. He had turned on her in battle, it was like he didn't know what to do, saw everyone as an enemy, and that was not something Meinjta wanted.

She sat back to watch Rasa, worried for the girl, She seemed to try so hard...she didn't deserve pokemon like Kaiser or Grazia...or even herself. She sighed softly, wanting to make things easier for the girl, but not knowing how, as she glanced towards Grazia, narrowing her eyes at the bat pokemon. She shook her head, and looked away.

Heavy hearted, Meinjta sighed to herself, not sure what to do anymore. When she was free...she could have done what she wanted, but with Rasa...she needed to make sure that the girl was alright. @Raijinslayer@TalijaKey@Iatos

"Except that perhaps they need karn alive, to share the body. Who knows? its not like something like this has happened before" Gabriel said, watching Karn, and shrugging. "There has to be a way...for them both to exist independantly of the other. I...hm" Gabriel trailed off, thoughtful now, before shaking his head. "There has to be a way, right?"

@Zarkun
"oh" Penny said, softly, moving with him. "Why did you bring it back out?" She asked, surprised to find she was unsure. She didn't like uncertainity, and yet she was feeling quite often lately, and it wasn't something that she wanted to become a habit.

@Oblivion666
"its fine, Zephyr. It was just during a battle, when Phoenix Wing andthe council fought. That's all" Callie said wearily, looking to him, still wondering why he seemed to care so much. it didn't particularly make sense to her. [color=fff200]"I tried to fry them, so I don't see an issue with it, now"
Isabella

Isabella returned to her quaters, annoyed beyond belief, she started to pack, a few changes of clothes, sleeping gear-blanket etc, and then she checked over her weapons, carefully packing them around the pack so that she could gain them easily, her bow and arrow slung over her back, she glanced about, and sighed heavily. She still couldn't help but shake the feeling that this was a set up of some kind. She'd much rather be here, trying to...well. Get some magi out. A slow smile spread over her face. She'd be with Magi. And wasn't that just something? She chuckled to herself, starting out to meet everyone, she walked calmly, blade by her side, bow on her back and went to meet everyone else, leaning back against a tree, she stared at the school thoughtfully.

She could make something of this, she was sure. Silent, she waited, her things by her sighed as she tried to figure what was going to happen out. And just how she was going to get the bomb out of her. Sighing to herself, she crouched to go through her things and make sure she had all she would need, the young woman glad to be wearing her usual gear, feeling more at home in them then finery, despite being a "little lady"
@Oliver
Except for the fact I don't know how.

Abigale has empthy and I was trying to write that but apparently failed.

i just don't know.
@Oliver
She has a teacher for a father.

But she is still a child, and "No" is just something that doesn't mean much to her. My little cousin was like that when she was a kid. Brightest thing you'd ever seen, but still didn't understand the concept of "No" and "personal space"
@Oliver
Most five year olds don't understand that people want space.

Abigale is no exception. She needs contact to ensure herself that...she's safe. And more importantly, that others are safe. She's lived no other world, and struggles to understand that others don't know about it, even when they are apart ofi it. She's typically only ever been around those supernatural creates that are immersed in the world like she is.

But I never meant to have my words come out like they did...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to, certainly not from Callie, have him feel inferior.. I was trying to balance everything, but I guess that didn't work.

But Callie didn't kidnap him. She wouldn't keep him against his will, not being able to sepearte her from them throws a spanner into the works. She's n ot going to give up on him, but she isn't going to force him into anything.

"No, you don't, Linus, You really don't..." Callie spoke his name, sighed, her voice filled with a fear that caused it to shake, "You can't run forever" She watched him go, a little sadly. She walked behind him, stood at the door, worried. "I'm sorry...The offer is always here, child." She watched him go, heart heavy. There was darkness to the air, and she hoped the child would be alright. "I hope that you will understand...before its too late. I hope that you will let me understand, before its too late..."

There was still a wolf out there, and with Zoe distracted by the teenagers...Callie didn't want to think about the child out there, alone, unprotected. Perhaps she shouldn't have let him go, but how could she ever gain his trust, if she kept him there against his will? Hopefully he would keep the charm on. She didn't want to think what might happen if the boy took it off, couldn't get any nicotine. A fragile child...And it was saddening to know that he couldn't sepearte her, from those that had kidnapped him. She hadn't asked for him to be brought to her, but she was willing to open up her home, to let him in. She would have let him go, earlier, if the house hadn't locked down. And maybe there wouldn't have been as much damage done, to send him running.

Perhaps the damage was done. Perhaps this was the boys decent into darkness, and she couldn't do anything about it. Sighing, Callie muttered a few words of magic, ensuring that she'd know if the child was near anything supernatural and in trouble. She'd jump to the closest Lay-line, and be there to make sure he was okay, even if he didn't want the help.

"Please be okay..." She had another young witch to deal with, but Callie stood there, heartsick. Would she fail the next generation of witches? Callie stood uncertainly in the doorway, not knowing what to do, before she sighed, and went to return to Alexis.
that...ended up longer then i thought it would

"I apologise, Alexis, you can examine the kitchen, I have to go and deal with whats happening" Callie said with a sigh, as she retreated from the kitchen, back into the living room, just in time to see Linus essentially verbally abusing Abigale, despite the fact the girl was asleep against Magnus. She waited a moment, and then she approached Linus. "That girl is five years old. She watched her pack be killed one by one, finally her mother who was still holding her was killed. Someone hunted down the pack, killed them, leaving only Abigale and Quinton. Can youimagine how she must have felt, everything her father had to leave her with a stranger, on a fall moon, so that the Hunter wouldn't find where she was, wouldn't trace him back to her? Can you imagine how she must have felt, never knowing if her father would come back each full moon? She's five years old, and she's had more suffering then someone 12 times her age. She's had more suffering then you, and yet, she just wants to be happy. Just wants others to be happy as well. She's five, amd doesn't understand boundaries, doesn't understand personal space, she's five, teenagers were just attacked by a werewolf and she's probably terrified a hunter will come, will destroy the life her father has managed to make for her. She's five, child, and just wants a friend"

Callie spoke calmly, picking up the charms, she moved over to Linus, "you do not realise how close Abigale came to being like you. Living on the streets, alone, and hunted. You think her arrogant, when she is just trying to adapt to a world that wants her to survive. When she knows stuff, bjt doesn't know how to articulate it. You are expecting a lot for a child, because despite everything, that is what Abigale is, a child. She's five years old, and despite everything, she puts trust in people."

Callie sighed softly, "I know you have suffered yourself, I know how hard it is to live on the streets. I have been tnere myself, only recently. I also knlw what it is to be new to the craft to not have any idea what I'm doing, what i am capable off. And i know, clear as day if you don't change even a little bit, if you don't begin to trust and believe in people, you will go dark side." she said, and quickly she looped the charm for addiction over Linus's head, not once touching him, flicking a glance over to Magnus, and letting him know that in no way, was she letting him fuel the childs addiction, much less, at the moment, teach him anything. "Do not remove that charm, i won't have you seizing in my living room when I can do something about it. You keep on going on about being kidnapped, but i am not the person tnat kidnapped you. I will not hold you against your will, but nor will I allow you to walk out of here, when you will deteriote, when you will seize. You want answers? Fine"

Callie shifted slightly, narrowing her eyes at Linus, hands on her hips, "I, quite like you, were born a witch. You wish to know why you are here? Because the alpha of this town, Zoe, wants you to be here,because she knows I can help you. Because in ten years, she doesn't want to have to kill you when you go bat crap crazy. Because I can help you. Because right now, this is the safest place you can be. Because not even two hours ago, a horde of teenagers were attacked by a rouge werewolf-because yeah, they exist. Because Klamath Falls is a beacon for supernatural activity, and if you don't believe me, which I can tell you don't, how about a little demonstration, and i'm more skilled then Alexis" Callie didn't even mutter a few words, she merely twisted her fingers in a few hand gestures, a minature lightning storm forming in her hand, to dance and spark a moment, before dying.

"You, child, are ignorant of the world around you. I can help you. My charms are quite exquisite. And they are harmless. The ingrediants are all herb and plant based. And with a little bit of magic, they become something wonderful. I will never give you a charm, or spell that will force you to stay, that will take your will away from you, your choice. Never. Because I am not a black witch. I am white, and I plan to make sure, whether you stay or not, that you don't go black." She shifted, and with a little bit of power, the front door opened.

"Go, if you so wish. I won't keep you against your will, child. But I can teach you, I can give you a home. With Zoe's help, and her families, we can ensure that the police won't even know you exist. We can get the paperwork to foster you, quite easily. Its your choice. Do you want to go out there, be alone again, and maybe die each time you have a seizure, or do you want a place where you can get help, without having to steal from hospitals, without having to fear the cops, and whatever else is out there? Its your choice, child."
