The dots for date of birth and height are the default color. Since you changed everything else to a custom color, these should be changed as well. The same goes for the aspekts, you could change them to the new color.
Put a minus (-) sign on the negative exotic effects and a plus (+) sign on the positive one. It basically tells me who that it is applied to: you (+) or the enemy (-).
Other than that, all good! Add to the character tab. Really cute model in the gifs, by the way. I like her a lot!

Intriguing backstory! Dramatic and mysterious. It looks very deliberate for some nice sub-plot action. The headmaster of the Oakridge, Cid Dysely, will be a global non-player character that everyone can control. He is a veteran of the breakout war with the Mordrem. Perhaps he would know a thing or two about your character’s family issues. Just a suggestion, if you want it!
Could you put minus (-) signs on the exotic effects? Curse, Poison, and Terror, so that we know that it is the enemy suffering them.
Other than that, everything looks good. Please add Ezra to the character tab. You can add your secondary character as well, so you can work from there.

That prayer was cool. It is a strong character concept, so I think it will work out great for everyone. The theme was nice, too.
Okay, so, the second gif—could you put it a centered? I think it would make the sheet more stylish.
Also, could you reformat the spirits in the same fashion as seen in the character tab? Like, [elemental damage type] [exotic effect] and so on. ‘Impieta’, for example, would have the Pain, Imperil, and Poison exotic effects. ‘Nefara’ should probably make Morganna immune to the Fire element. We could call such an exotic effect ‘Blaze’.
Other than that, things look good. Where on the map would you like for Petragrad to be?

Love the first gif! That expressing is just, gah, so many things at once. I think you did well here. I have always liked the ‘sunshine’ concept for characters in roleplays. It seems rather rare at times.
Anyway, you can expand on the Ideology section whenever you feel like it, as it is rather thin at this time. But I recommend that you do this as we go, so don’t force it right now.
The spirits are fine as they are, and you can add another one if you want. However, could you put the color of the elements to the standard of the character sheet? This one: d8996d. And put minus (-) signs on the negative exotic effects: Imperil, Poison, Blind, and Curse.
Other than that, all good! Add it to the character tab. I’m not sure if I picked up on that reference, though. But I am totally stupid, so that is no surprise.

Looks good! Fanatics are pretty much a cult, and they seem to behave as such in your background story. Ifrit from Final Fantasy is an Eidolon in this world. It might just be that it is the patron for Fanatics, that they worship it.
However, change the Anatolian 'state' and 'government' to a specific city-state. All world governments crumbled with the arrival of trouble.

Sure. Then it's a trick weapon. Like, blades emerge out of the edges all around the shield. Or, even better, make it a chainsaw around the edges of the shield! Go crazy.

At the top of my head, so far nobody is using an axe or hammer weapon (boom hammer maybe?), daggers or spear. Nobody is using a bow. Or why not a shield? If you are planning to play a medic, a shield would make a lot of sense. I always thought shields had cool offensive applications too, in games. Shield bashing is one of them! Or... maybe something ranged? Just because Guardians favor melee weapons doesn't mean that they all use them.
