I honestly prefer the winter, but everything is already kind of cold and dead xD

I'm a fall girl all the way!
:) Let's hope the roleplay lasts back into winter. That'd be great.
@LordofthePies

Wonderful. Winter just ended then and a hot summer is on the way!
Here's a REAL question this time-
What is the season currently/what month is it?

Summer vs Winter in New York are very different :D
@HushedWhispers

c: Got my little mojo back thank you for the set up. The little time skip is just what this brain needed.

Qᴜᴇᴇɴ Mɪʀᴀ ᴏꜰ Sʟɪᴀʙʜ

Location; Kingdom of Abhainn's Ball
Interacting With; Her Husband - @Scarlet Loup Her Sister-in- Law - @HushedWhispers Her Children @Polaris North@FernStone

A small "ooh." followed by an "ahh." fell from Mira's lips as the explosives lit up the sky of Abhainn. The fireworks were very impressive, not matter how many time she had seen them. They hadn't much use of them back home, so they were a rare and beautiful site to see. You could tell this was a special event indeed. She stayed inside watching from the grand windows, not really wanting to be bothered by bugs or having to navigate an unfamiliar place in the dark.

Mira had stayed by her husband's side for most the morning, greeting old friends and new acquaintances alike. The two parted sometime in between as the men and women's conversation topics drifted off into unfamiliar territory. Mira spoke to women about the fate of Julianna- how her marriage would be, how many children she would bare, and if she would make a great queen. With the highest regards Mira praised her sister-in-law in all categories. "Though, I must say," Mira started "A woman chooses her own path. Her husband may run a kingdom, but his wife pulls the strings." Some of the women laughed as they covered their smiles by the woman's words. How daring of her! After Mira became bored of the small talk she viewed the castle's exterior and admired their gardens until the sun set.

"You're quite the handsome one, it'd be a shame for your wife to see us, alone."

Mira spoke as she approached her husband from behind, her small hand on the small of his back before she walked around him and showed her devious smile. He looked happy but she could tell the hint of worry and frustration was still in his eyes. She grabbed his hand and kissed the back of it gently, lovingly. "Did you see the fireworks? Quite impressive. When I was married to you, I think they shot a cow. What a difference in the times." she sighed as she looked around the grand ball room.

It was grand indeed.

Eventually Mira found herself at a table drinking her weight in wine. She nodded and lifted her glass back to Julianna as the woman did to her. She watched as the children were then met with their aunt "Teach them some manners my dear sister!" Mira called to her, her words slightly slurred, as she turned back to the decadent food and drinks that were being served.

If there are any questions, now or later, don't be afraid to ask.

How much wood COULD a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck woOOd?

Shenanigans aside- no questions so far here. Excited :)

Also, after reading the post Molly is gonna need those cigarettes back. Holy moly! That'd be so scary.
I think we should wait to see what bubblegum and Dino end up doing first - default too, but I assume that he's part of this scenario so he can figure out his character and write to catch up to us. Oh, and I might make Abigail cut herself on some broken glass with her little flight - just because I highly doubt our knock-off eleven was trying to aim accurately.

Agreeing with this- :) We've got good speed and traction here as is- so letting some others post will be good!

The man's loud voice was boisterous as he spoke the tales of what happened in the neighboring town. The crowd was bustling with many emotions. Some sheep, just nodding and agreeing with whatever the man was saying while other's began speaking up. "Liar!" could be heard from a few voices. "Tell us the truth!" another person called as the crowd began to become a bit more rowdy. Mia felt a twang of nervousness. When crowds became angry they turned quickly into mobs, and mobs destroyed things faster than any magic she had seen, whether it was real or fake.

The young woman Mia had been watching earlier began to make her way through the crowd and Mia then put together that she was a refugee from Arngrim. "Now I understand. She will tell the truth, hopefully." she thought to herself as she watched the woman make her way through the unrelenting crowd. Her attention was only then taken away by a man up on the building yelling something to the officers. Mia was just in earshot to hear the conversation but not entirely sure as to everything being said. "He's going to get himself killed!" Mia said out loud to the people next to her as she shook her head. This was no time for games as he pointed crazily to the sky.

Then the rain came.

Could it be?

Mia pulled her cloak tighter against herself as the rain pelted her. She looked around to the faces of her neighbors as they looked back in shock, awe, confusion and everything in between. It was there she caught sight of Gideon, as she pushed her way forcefully through the crowd. "What is the meaning of all of this?" she asked to him in a hushed tone once she reached his front side. She turned back to the man to see what he would do next, in hopes that he was not going to make anything hazardous fall. "The least he could have done was made sweet rolls fall, we're all hungry as well." Mia said to her companion a small smirk on her face. She was still in a state of disbelief but of also awe.
